    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    @ThreeUK Don't go on 3 especially if you're in Sheffield the coverage is horse shite even people on pay as you go Giff Gaff receive better coverage and customer service

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I upgraded 2 weeks ago and had nothing from that day and carnt get a resolve even though a phone 3 times a day , I’m paying for 2 x WiFi boxes that have never worked

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK I'm at the point of paying for data and signal I rarely been able to use as the signals got so much worse this last year yet you claim over 90% coverage? Can't believe in a major city area I'm still struggling
