    Once again @ThreeUK service on mobile is terrible. S8 in Sheffield and I can’t use data at all without WiFi on. This is another week with poor service. Turned phone one and off, data on and off but nothing improves

    Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since three had issues with their network a few weeks ago I realised there was a problem. Overall I would say three months since service started to diminish. My first two years on three were excellent but since my latest renewal it’s not been as good.

    @ThreeUK Customer loyalty deal that just isn't. New customers are offered the Mate 20 Pro at £40.00 per month (conditions applied) and a £49.00 upfront. Existing loyal customers pay more for no upfront charge cos of the charge added to the bill over the contract, 24 mth. Huh!

    @ThreeUKSupport as i explained that only covers the 5G signal, not the internet contained within it ! it *always* shows “ no problem” when the internet speed is very low or zero. unacceptable upload speeds are presently only 3% of the ( acceptable ) download speed in N19 4RN

    Despite my proof in writing that this was agreed and supposedly processed, they not only did not process, but want to charge me 47£ more AND when I said then I'd leave, stated they'd charge me £53 if I left today... @ThreeUK may be the worst when it comes to fixing their mistakes

    @ThreeUKSupport But bad advice is not acceptable. this could have been avoided if we had the right advice in the first place. As a minimum you should commit to providing my daughter with free top up on the pay as to sim which she now has to use until we can get the right sim to her

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. Yes been on the live chat. Been through all the usual. You sent me a new sim as well which has made no difference. Like I said, this isn’t an issue with me as all other people on 3 are having the same issues all over Sheffield. 3G fine, 5G fine. 4G not.
