  • JohnTillUK John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported from Sandwich, England

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Folkestone, England

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • wavmaniac Roy Harding (@wavmaniac) reported from Canterbury, England

@ThreeUK Hello,I am an existing customer and was considering your home fi for home.Wondered if 1000 gb sim,or unlimited was available without router, and be cheaper please. Currently £16 per month with router. Thanks Roy.

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

@ThreeUKSupport SP11 6UB iPhone 12 mini. I used to have full signal, now if I walk 300m away from home I get two bars and a bit further I get back to full signal. It’s as though a tower is out leaving a dead spot. I know another providers tower is down, could it be shared?

  • neilrwilliams Neil Williams (@neilrwilliams) reported

@ThreeUKSupport raised a complaint today and had a text to say it's closed. Chatted with someone on the app to say it's not closed and just had another text. 31084453 is the number. I'm not going to waste more time today so please mark it unresolved.

  • HvyInd_13 Chris Bull (@HvyInd_13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can do that no issue but will it give me 5g coming from a 4g phone? What do I do about the new SIM that has an entirely different phone number and is linked too my account

  • thomas_beswick Thomas Beswick (@thomas_beswick) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So the only way is get sim for a new network a pac code from 3 put the different network sim in the mobile enter the pac code and then a new sim from 3 the pac code from the new network and then put the pac code in the new 3 sim'd phone?

  • paddythedagger Paddy Mcdonnell 🌐 (@paddythedagger) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No too late I've been talking to customer for a year now and now my contract is up I won't be renewing. I've 7 phones out with three it will be 0 once the contract is up. #dontusethree

  • Frankieabroad Frankie Belle (@Frankieabroad) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I just got a new Sim but can’t find my new number. I haven’t inserted it into my phone yet but need the number so I can request to keep my old number. Would you be able to help? Also I tried calling customer services but couldn’t get through to a human

  • 2point4bikes 2point4bikes (@2point4bikes) reported

@HesslewoodPaul @ThreeUKSupport I went through all this last year, the network isn’t fit for purpose, unfortunately the only that will fix it is just move networks as soon as you can…

  • jackieisjane Jackie (@jackieisjane) reported

@SamsungMobile Got new Z Flip 2 on 6.8. Shame it doesn't actually work, as STILL waiting for you to sort a comms issue between yourselves, Mobile Shop & @ThreeUK. 7 DAYS now since phone was delivered & loads of calls/emails with no luck. Absolutely shocking service!

  • GodOfFsck Will Derrick (@GodOfFsck) reported

I think every experience with @ThreeUK is somehow worse than the last. Today's generous support offer was a 50% discount for a month on a service that's unusably intermittent and slow (600kb/s down because they're so oversubscribed). Cancellation felt good.

  • KarlJames0 Karl (@KarlJames0) reported

@ThreeUK I keep getting "not registered on network" in Burton on Trent. Wtf?
