@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@PythonSarah @ThreeUKSupport You did upgrade. And you shouldn't have cancelled your DD. As you made the decision to cancel your DD, three are not responsible for your credit rating being affected. This will remain for 6 years. If you didn't upgrade, it would've been investigated by fraud.

@dannifdx @ThreeUKSupport It's actually 30 days for fraud cases. Not 48 hours. Not 72 hours. It's 30 days. If there was fraudulent activity on your account prior, this is why. So in actual fact, Three are doing you a favour. The only problem is the inexperienced advice given to you.

@ThreeUKSupport The fee was added in error. The contract doesn't end until Feb. They keep saying they'll remove it but it's been nearly a week and nothing has happened apart from now my service is being cancelled. I've also re-setup my DD and I've paid the outstanding service charge.
