@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUKSupport Speak to the bereavement team.. who can apparently close the account and nothing else. Your accounts team need to get a grip of this. You can't be charging vulnerable people without any communication or checks for a service they are neither consuming or receiving
