    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged Β£5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. Β£5 for air.

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.
