Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
