When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help!     @ThreeUK Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s taken 45 minutes and I was then cut off the chat speaking to someone from billing. I’ve been with Three for years and I’m so disappointed by the level of service. Honestly just going in circles of being thanked and asking the issue when all I wanted was the PAC.

    @ThreeUKSupport All other sites are working. It happens in both Chrome and Firefox on the mobile and when tethering the same is happening on Chrome, Firefox and Edge on a Windows PC. (All the browsers I have available.) I notice other people are having the same problem as well.

    @ThreeUKSupport just a heads up - when trying to top up via unregistered card, a new voice interjects about deals (just after choosing data package) and when pressing 2 to ditch him, the top up can't proceed and goes to the hang up message. Not good.
