    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK signal has been awful for the whole week since your outage. Calling you support is just "a long wait" or "use our app" but the live chat on the app never has anyone available.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help!     @ThreeUKSupport hiya i’ve tried my phone on different browsers - this is an issue with the website itself and not me. if you replicated the address finder multiple times you’d see it doesn’t work at all, meaning customers cannot continue (like me)
