I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.
