I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
