  @ThreeUK Never thought it would be so hard to get my upgrade! Terrible customer service. Seems that no 2 employees have been trained with the same material, as everyone I’ve spoken to has told me a different story,none of which have materialised into reality!

  Hi @ThreeUKSupport I spent another 2.5hrs on calls to you on Friday being bounced all over the place to try to resolve a very simple query. All anyone was interested in was selling me another new contract. I’m disgusted with the service received.

  @JoeBaguley @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK That sounds like a lot of loss up at those frequencies, particularly if that's just RG58 or similar. Though I guess if the result is still a signal that's stronger than you get indoors...

  @JoeBaguley @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK Yeah, so we have no signal indoors and use a femto for mobile (can't live without it these days for SMS 2FA!) Getting a 2nd DSL line to a different wholesaler and bonding, as a bit too reliant on this now.

  @9600 @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK In my holiday cottage in Devon we have NO mobile signal. Three, which my wife and kids use, do SMS over Wi-fi Calling, Vodafone sadly do not... Oh, and BT a give me 26Mb over my crappy phone line. Can’t wait for a decent mobile signal down there!

  @ThreeUKSupport No one on your chat or call centre can help me !! Surely there is a manager who can speak to me to arrange this , you have opened and closed my complaint without speaking to me or giving me a refund I will raise a dispute with my bank now and the obudsman

  @ThreeUK I have had 2 of my phone contacts receive messages from me I didn’t send them I don’t know how this was done because my phone has been sat with me all day your customer service is closed and I need help with this ASAP as this a huge security breach please can you assist!
