@ThreeUKSupport UPDATE: Phone can only be delivered 28th Feb, offered two months bill for free (my contract started on the 11th Dec, so two months would take me to the 11th Feb, I would still not have phone also the deal was 6 months half price so only really getting 1 month free) or cancel

@ThreeUKSupport 3 is down AGAIN... after same yesterday!! How long til it’s back on? I have been a 3 customer for many many years and have 5 contracts with 3 which will soon be with another network if this carries on. We need a reliable network more than ever at the moment 😔

@ThreeUKSupport Well the lady I spoke to on phone said you have issues with network which is being escalated so how come you don’t know this??
