@MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

Hi @ThreeUK I only chose you for the amazing Feel At Home service. Ditching Go Roam means I have no reason to renew my phone contract with you when it runs out in a few months, since your 4G and 3G signal where I live has always been terrible.

@ThreeUK as a loyal customer of many years I recently upgraded to a new SIM only contract which includes the 'Go Roam' benefits I can still today buy this online via your website, yet I read also today that you are introducing roaming charges for the EU and other countries?

@garnerweb @ThreeUK Me too so I will look elsewhere. They might charge me for roaming but the service will be better!

I’ll be leaving @ThreeUK now they’ve ended Go Roam. Stayed with them for over a decade because of their travel allowance, even if their network wasn’t always the best. Anti-globalisation is the absolute worst 😪

@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I picked up a new device last week and there's already air bubbles under the screen - your online chat service was unhelpful and just tried to sell me a new phone. Can you please tell me how I can get this exchanged?

@SkyNews @ThreeUK I've been a customer of yours since at least 2007 and I just feel like this is another push to leave.

@Wawawiwa15 @davfos @ThreeUK They shouldn't necessarily but they should be embarrassed to have gone back on what they previously said in relation to the issue

@jonny_nichols @ThreeUK Same here, the signal is awful at home and not much better at work. I travel a lot and have been with them for nearly ten years. I won't be renewing.
