    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport 5 times I've asked for my pay as you go number to carried to my contract sim, FIVE times I've been told it will take 24 hours... Guess what? I'm still waiting.... I'm honestly at the point when I want to cancel as I'm clearly not getting the service I pay for

    @ThreeUK @educationgovuk All my services are down all day and I cannot get your colleagues to tell me for how long that is gonna last. So much for network upgrades in the area. Nobody knows anything, customer service is a joke. Lost 1hr yesterday trying to get any info, today left w/o services again!!!

    @ThreeUK seems like the most unreliable mobile operator! They have been down in our area for days (terrible intermittent connectivity), and you simply cannot get them to give a credit for the lack of service. @UKConsumerRight any suggestions?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I called the number last night as the online chat wouldn't help said I had to call a number. They guy couldn't help so told me a engineer would call but I'm still waiting on that call. Is there anyway you could chase this if I give you my details for them to contact me?

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I really don't want to rely on wifi for next 5 days, no texts, no calls and no data. If its a network issue it must be affecting other people, I've also travelled quite far to work this morning and still same issue here.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but that doesn't help a I know there is a specific number still attached to the sim but it got activated and i would like to get that number back as it is not in use. Can I do this?
