@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUK following threes decision to increase the pay-as-you-go tariff at the beginning of the year I will soon, when my credit has nearly expired be moving to another network which offers cheaper pay-as-you-go rates, ie 1p mobile.

@ThreeUKSupport If I stand right up on top of a high hill I can get 4g but it's so slow and unreliable it's not worth using and I use a one plus 7t and am finding the data in the area isn't as good as it was but I'm paying the same as everyone else who has 4g or 5g and am not getting it
