    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

    @ThreeUK you lot should be ashamed of the customer service you seem to think you run how can you have a Indian call center who can’t speak flipping English terrible !!!!

    Disgusted with the Pay as you Go Price hike from @ThreeUK from 2p a minute to 10p a minute. Whole family will be moving to another provider, probably overdue as signal in our house is dire.

    @Ryan_D_B @ThreeUK for some reason, when I think of 3, i think bad signal lol but obviously, that's from when they launched years ago.

    @jayajarvis @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have mobile data and a solution. Take the Sim Card out of the Sim Card 1 slot and put it in the second slot and it works. I've not been able to test it fully as I'm currently not in the best area for a signal but mobile data comes on everytime I turn off WiFi.

    @ThreeUK I have an account that has been billed since 2016. I can’t cancel it. Every time I call I seem to get disconnected *weirdly*. How do I resolve my problem if no one will take the call?

    @ThreeUKSupport hello. We are in the US at the moment. My wife is unable to access the internet because an "adult content filter" block is enabled on everything. I tried calling 333 and entered my CC#, three separate cards failed to confirm age. The support staff hung up on me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Iain. I have a 5G Huawei router which was fine until your recent internal merger. I was told that the 5G service would continue, however, that hasn't turned out to be the case. Rather than share details publicly, is there an email address I can write to?

    I have never ever been screwed over of felt so angry at a business in general as I do at @ThreeUK right now! No consideration for customers. Act as if pandemic never happened. Awful
