    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @ThreeUKSupport internet has been down all day, this happens all the time. I cannot stress how poor your service is. I pay 30 pounds a month for dial up equivalent internet and whenever I flag an issue up I am ignored time and time again.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there any issues with mobile broadband in the S75 area? Your website won’t load for me to check but my mobile broadband won’t work even after restarting the router, and intermittent problems with data on my mobile.

    @ThreeUK what do you propose I do when I want to return a phone purchased from your store and cancel my contact when the customer service number are telling I must talk to the store directly. The stores a currently shut due to national lockdown so what am I suppose to do?
