    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport It took four hours but repeated calls to your customer service and eventually complaints team finally got the resolution I needed. It took THREE members of customer service staff giving up on the problem to get there but it looks at least to be moving in the right direction.

    Damn you @ThreeUK . Wife's phone data stopped. So I checked if she'd hit her spending cap . Her account page said she had no cap. I spent the rest of the day Tring all sorts of things and eventually had to call them.

    Terrible, the only way to get out of the contract early is to move some place where they have absolutely no coverage.* *according to the @ThreeUK guy when we’re signing the contract.
