  • JohnTillUK John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported from Sandwich, England

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Folkestone, England

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • wavmaniac Roy Harding (@wavmaniac) reported from Canterbury, England

@ThreeUK Hello,I am an existing customer and was considering your home fi for home.Wondered if 1000 gb sim,or unlimited was available without router, and be cheaper please. Currently £16 per month with router. Thanks Roy.

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Dymchurch, England

@ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

@ThreeUKSupport Any chance of a concrete answer - weeks without proper connection and not much communication concerning this issue....

  • CoachDriverHugh Hugh Johnson (@CoachDriverHugh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any idea if you can find out when service upgrade will be reviewed in GU35 9 area of Hampshire? Service is virtually non existent, using wifi calling is not an option as common power failures too. Thanks

  • DGruszczyk Daniel Gruszczyk (@DGruszczyk) reported

@ThreeUK can you explain to your (potential) customers why you keep charging money for phones that are already paid off if a customer forgets to contact you? In times of #CostOfLivingCrisis £25/month for 6 months is a lot of money! @O2 can do it, why can’t you too?

  • JoeBilbow Joe Bilbow (@JoeBilbow) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK seriously fix this I have to connect manually about 5 times when walking though underground stations what’s the point of it fails to work 99.9% of the time … fix it

  • sparklexstyle Jenny Palmer (@sparklexstyle) reported

@ThreeUK Please can you help - I took out a contract with three on 15 Sept - there was a problem with delivery of the phone so I asked for refund - it is with complaints ref: 327 107 13 still no refund can you contact me thank you 🙏🏽

  • valithegod ValiTheGod.x (@valithegod) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your intl roaming is why I became a customer (c.8 yrs ago), as a dual citizen it was a big deal. £5 per day is NOT helpful nor a “deal” when, probably, a large % of customer base is VERY global and spending multiple weeks working/living in other countries - NOT just on holiday.

  • valithegod ValiTheGod.x (@valithegod) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This variable cost is super annoying. Can you feed back to product team that they should test a flat fee just to initiate the roaming? Travel to US from UK is min 7 day trip. You went from ZERO fees to easily £35+ for each trip, wtf? Compromise at like £15 flat fee.

  • Shawnenne1 Shawnenne🌹 (@Shawnenne1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport could someone help me please my 4g has just stopped working and I still have a few days left till I top up again ?

  • Ewantweet Ewan Cameron (@Ewantweet) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve waited the requested seven days and - surprise! - the money still hasn’t been returned. Raised another complaint and told “we’ll have an answer from our billing team in 72 hours”. I’ve got to say, the obfuscation and delaying tactics on the part of @ThreeUK are masterful

  • 89Jcn JCN_89 (@89Jcn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport what has happened to coverage in the Bury area. My signal at home has gone from full bars of 5g to 1 bar.
