@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

@PSobocki @ThreeUK Ok so your phone and tablet is connected to a router? or you mean you have a sim in both phone and tablet? What router do you have? As Three has rolled out some new spectrum but the router needs to support this as well

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott, absolute waste of an hour, still can’t get my issue resolved. for a communications company you guys aren’t at it. which is a concern. thankfully i am not and will never use 3 mobile. awful awful company to deal with. staff just say whatbthey want!

@ThreeUKSupport No, apparently a letter was sent on the 10th July, never turned up, I was told another letter will be sent, but hold no hope that it will be received as per the other 5 letters that have been sent, its just not good enough and this has been going on since May.
