@ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

@ThreeUK How difficult is it to return a phone back to Three? Well I would say impossible as they never send out returns bags but they like to send out letters threatening to Charge you for the unreturned phone. Now waiting for bag number 4. 2 months and still no bag
