    @ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

    @ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

    @Parlez_me_nTory @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I tried 3 once but as I worked in 2 locations I needed reassurances that coverage was good at both. Yes they said. Got a sim and got half a bar at home and 1 bar at work 🙈 Their Customer Svc virtually called me a liar so binned them

    @ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

    @HullTeslaModel3 @ThreeUK Similar here. There's service and signal in my area we're just getting worse and worse, so that plus the removal of free roaming meant I left them for EE. Much faster signal@and v good service on the phones if you need to call them.

    @ThreeUK I have been with three UK for Newley 10 years and they refuse to give me an early upgrade. My household have 3 ongoing contracts, When the contracts in fee moths We will cancel the contracts and go with a company that really think about their customers

    @ThreeUKSupport Aye there isn't much consistency at the moment, some moments it is higher/lower for download speeds. The upload not great when below 1, especially when I am on video calls for work and people on the receiving end are experiencing technical issues ie audio and video from me
