@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK I have now had four conversations, been promised 2 callbacks and still no further forward with complaint. Promised headphones when upgraded and now offering partial refund or cancelling contract. #terribleservice

@ThreeUKSupport @three absolutely shocking attitude on the phone just now. Chap in call center was dismissive and rude!! To top it off I am being overcharged as I was a victim of upgrade fraud and assured things would be made right. Shambles. Maybe it's time to move.
