    Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

    @ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @ThreeUK I upgraded my 2 contracts and got good deals but later they sent me 3 contract letters with completely diffrent deals. Then i did complain Ref 30899734 but they also tried to help colleagues. I have all conversations recordings. They all liars and waste of time.

    @ThreeUK..... I have been with 3 for 7 years now. I feel like I'm getting screwed over big time. I have pleaded with customer service to either allow me cancel the contract due to network issues or reduce the plan and monthly cost. They refused 😭😭😭

    @ThreeUKSupport I called DPD regarding a complaint about my parcel being sent to the wrong address. The guy who it got sent to thought it was sent from the royal mail so he put it in the posting box at the royal mail. The royal mail has sent everything in there to Swindon
