Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

Just remembering the time I dropped my phone and it fell down the grid. The council couldn't retrieve it and @ThreeUK wouldn't pay out the insurance because "it would be water damaged". Good times. Don't get a contract with Three

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and they said they would send a Sim. 2 sims had come and they said these won’t work as I want to keep the same number. Then was told a new 1 was on the way? Had to contact you guys again to be told there was a network issue and it hadn’t been sent?

@ThreeUKSupport I cannot log into my app nor change my password, I have moved address and haven’t been able to get reception or use the internet on my mobile since October! The reception is very bad. Can you help please? I’m considering leaving when my contract is up.

@ThreeUKSupport No one called me back. The call this morning was made by my wife regarding another issue. My wife’s contract for my son since he was 14. She cancelled the contract and he took a new one out in his own name (he’s 22 now) 3 contacted her saying there was £10 outstanding balance
