Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but it’s true 🥴 The app user interface is terrible and the app consistently crashes. I have to enter my name, number etc every time I want to use the chat function which is extremely inconvenient. And don’t even get me started on having terrible signal in my area🙃🙃

@ThreeUKSupport It’s mainly to pay off the handset, but when she called, she was told everything has to be paid - contract and phone! in the house the signal is poor but for ease, keeping number, she’d like to stay, also you have a good unlimited data sim only offer.
