@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@EE @ThreeUK only put theirs up by 4.5% not the 14.4% that you have….. It’s not the fact they’ve gone up mid contract, it’s the fact you don’t appear to care about customers and giving automated responses doesn’t help your case.

@ThreeUKSupport epic customer service. Shut down a mast to work on it for a month and don’t communicate this to customers. Then say as a goodwill gesture you won’t charge for a service you’re not delivering - 🤔
