@ThreeUKSupport Hi, mid contract with handset following my last upgrade, have been a customer for best part of 15 years with 4 accounts until very recently I still have 2 accounts with you one for my phone and one for my iPad.

@ThreeUK disgusting that you send an email out to a valued customer of 15 years offering him a personalised offer, just for him to call up and waste 40 minutes on the phone trying to get the offer to be told it does not exist this is surely false advertising @LONDON_T_S

@Mr_Rebecca That’s a terrible experience from @ThreeUK. This is the reason why I’ve always done SIM swaps in a store. As you know you have the SIM. But, obviously, that’s not always possible for so many reasons. I hope they get it sorted soon.

@ThreeUKSupport It an iPhone 6s and postcode area DE24 (most of that area my signal is in and out) been with 3 many years and this is the worse I’ve experienced with the signal

@RuthS_56 @ThreeUK Threes deal is £13 for the first six months and £26 a month after that so even at full price I’m now saving over a tenner a month on broadband alone. Virgin told me I wouldn’t get the speed but I’ve never yet had the speed they advertise anyway

@ThreeUKSupport I've explained what happened. I cancelled an upgrade, so I didn't pick the phone that came with it like 3 told me, and cause the phone hasn't appear (not my fault) you applied the cancellation fee (WTF I CANCELLED it within a day) and want me to pay almost 600£. Outrageous.
