    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ThreeUKSupport I do get that, but we have used a few different networks over the years and this far been the worst to the point everyone want to move, and I can’t afford to do them all at once.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, no I’ve lived here over 10 years. No idea who this person is. Your help desk wouldn’t help me as I’m not the account holder (well doh) and they said there’s no fraud dept, which I don’t believe. I’ve wasted over 2hrs already and I’m not even a customer!

    @ThreeUKSupport Asked on 2nd July, possibly earlier - bill says 7th and wants final payment of £2.07. I don't think that's worth anyone's time paying after I was advised by @ThreeUK to cancel my direct debit anyway

    @ThreeUKSupport I shouldn't have to tell anyone my personal details when they have initiated the call. That's a really bad approach for you guys to take as consumers are generally advised against doing this.

    @ThreeUKSupport How can I cancel my Sim Only contract? Your service is getting unbearable now and the lack of support for Visual Voicemail is a joke. I get notifications 2-3 days after a voicemail is left. I’m moving over to @EE

    @ThreeUKSupport I will do but this has been a problem for about 3 days now and we’ve tried calling customer service and they have been really unhelpful just saying to reset - which we’ve done.

    Wonder if @ThreeUK can explain why they formally closed my account 5 (FIVE) days after I asked them to and therefore want paying for 5 days when my service had already been terminated
