Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport I took the contract out for my daughter. The phone was stolen so I have no access to the My3 app and I can’t remember the memorable password. No one is offering any solutions. Apparently there are no managers available, no one can help either I’m told!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey Mark, Yep, we use one of your routers directly from three and have a package, if its slow we look at the status checker and it says why etc and we wait it out. Bit shocked that today it says this, especially as its unworkably slow today
