    @ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

I'm in the process of trying to close one account as made the mistake of cancelling a direct debit because I upgraded a broadband dongle online thinking the old one would be cancelled and wondering why I was being charged for both.
