@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport I have an unlimited data, calls and txt tarriff, the new tarrifs are the same only with a 15% rise of my monthly fee for the same as what i have now, so when you say not supported, in what way? That makes no sense? Three only support unlimited everything if they charge 15% more?

@ThreeUKSupport Your whole business is not fit for purpose. The network is poor, the customer service is non existent and your IT systems need upgrading.
@ThreeUKSupport I logged onto the live chat link that you sent. I explained everything in detail about my complaint, and not only has it logged me out, it is now saying it’s busy and to try back later. Typical of Three. Even when you’re trying to help, your systems let’s you down.
