    Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore

    @ThreeUK I've been experiencing problems with the Internet connection on my mobile phone for the last few weeks. Through WIFI, everything works fine and if I am active the DATA of my Spanish E-Sim as well, so I know the problem is with you guys. Could you help me to sort it out?

    @ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is going in in MK452, we have been without meaningful signal since the weekend. A double whammy when you rely on the network for mobile phones and broadband! Please can I get an update as your website offers k timescale.

    @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

    @ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

Please remind me what I've paid for since the 21st August? & when I tried to change a contract in Jan I missed the deadline by a day and you refused to help, I literally cannot wait for all four contacts to finish

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried restarting and this has been an ongoing problem since I moved to this area in May and I have had constant problems. I should be allowed to cancel my WiFi as you are not compliant with the SLA I signed up to

    @ThreeUKSupport in Cayton village caravan club site with an iPhone 12 Pro. The 4gis show full power but it’s criminally slow my wife’s iPhone X can be locked on 3G which is fine but it leaves me stuck on 4G which isn’t working, very frustrating can you turn it off is it’s faulty

    @ThreeUKSupport All the boxes are shown 4 bars all our phones are shown full 3G signal this started months ago but no1 seems to be able to sort this out Iv given up trying to ring an fix the problem can’t even watch a 5sec clip on Facebook without it stopping
