    @ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

    @ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

    @ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

    I wonder how many pissed off customers will leave @ThreeUK after their servers are back online. Its ridiculous how they have given their team a script to promise that the technical issues will be fixed in a couple of hrs.,its been a week of the same sh*t. #threenetwork #dobetter

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @ThreeUKSupport hello. I can’t seem to get any support from the website or the phone help desk either. My contract was up for renewal and in 2017 and you have been charging me £60 a month for 2gb data and unlimited calls which I see I can now get for £11 a month.

    @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

    @ThreeUKSupport it has taken over an hour of chat to just keep the deal I am on. I am so checking out new providers when this contract ends next year given the way I have bene treated. No point in being loyal as a customer anymore to a brand when you offer new customers better deals. Shameful

    @jadesharp1992 @ThreeUK Honestly I’m so angry I’ve been with 3 for 7 years now and always had issues, was ready to switch to EE this year but 3 offered to do it for a bit cheaper and I just caved 😩2 advisers on live chat told me I’d get a free replacement under warranty and Apple just said they lied!!

    Yet more signal problems with @ThreeUK in SS0. By far the crappiest network going with weeks of issues. Never buy home broadband from #threeuk unless you enjoy intermittent access to the net.

    @ThreeUKSupport Is it any wonder that I have taken this to the ombudsman. In addition when I asked for the third party resolution provider the rep wouldn't tell me who it was because I didn't know the fraudulent DOB . Thankfully Trading standards was very helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer service rep and the shop both acknowledge that the phone account isn't mine but couldn't do anything because I couldn't magic the dob from the fraudulent account . You sent my details to a debt collection agency.
