    I recently left @ThreeUK 's broadband "service" and they've sent me a "leaver's survey". The survey won't load. This couldn't be a more appropriate situation, given my experiences with them to date.

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service live chat, who told me to call the Protection Team, but the number they gave me didn’t work. So i called customer services, who said they’d call me back within a few hours on Tuesday, but never did. Yesterday I didnt receive a call and was at work so couldnt call

    @ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9.     @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.
