    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.

    @ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service live chat, who told me to call the Protection Team, but the number they gave me didn’t work. So i called customer services, who said they’d call me back within a few hours on Tuesday, but never did. Yesterday I didnt receive a call and was at work so couldnt call

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes he closed his account last year, and has a credit balance, he spoke with three they advised they couldn’t send a Cheque or transfer the credit balance to another bank account. As the bank he used with three is also closed. He’s called on several times and sent a complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport Your service is terrible in HU8 9ES and HU9 4RX. I'm tired now of constantly having to complete troubleshooting steps. - Less than a week with three... Not impressed. Your network seems over congested, how do you get away with advertising very good service.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello! the internet service is very slow since yesterday for me . i have just switched from giffgaff to three for the good network but it seems i took a worst decision in my life. i am just getting 0.47 mbps download and 6 mb upload.

    @ThreeUK almost no signal on the entire Reading-Birmingham @CrossCountryUK line. Do you not consider rail lines when locating masts? Would you like me to send you a map of UK railway lines for future planning? Can't quite believe how reception can be so poor in a modern country.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ll do that now. I need a signal at all times, as I’m constantly on the phone to my husband as my husband is asthmatic and works alone as a dog walker in the countryside. Having a signal that cuts out isn’t safe in this situation.
