@ThreeUKSupport I've tried all that (several devices) and even rebooted one. I also since tried doing an actual 444 top-up, from phone, and it got all the way to the top-up I wanted, then system said "sorry there is a problem".

@ThreeUKSupport He wants to cancel his first contract and move the number over to his new contract. He was told this was the only way he could get the phone. But my brother in law did it two weeks ago for the same phone and was charged no up front fee and able to do an early upgrade.
