    @ThreeUKSupport Had to sort out confusion over my bill and had a lovely lady sort this out for me without hassle and even added in something's I didn't even ask for as in reconnecting me as I've been valued customer for over 10 years such a cracking call

    Ditto. Never has an issue with @ThreeUK and luckily i was not affected by this either on all of my accounts with them.

    @ThreeUK I have been with you since the beginning back in 2003 and always had the best service and customer service with you since day 1 my wife and I are extremely happy and content with what we get from @ThreeUK and wont be changing any time soon 😁😁👍👍

    @ThreeUKSupport so cheesed off. Can't contact anyone as three still haven't sorted problem, and need to. Been told resolved each month for 5 months, still without service at end of each month to middle of next, 1m apologies, no efficiency. Cheesed off

    @ThreeUK absolutely appealing #customerservice after cancelling my phone aim after it was lost and insurance claim being made I'm now being charged for fraudulent activity on the SIM which you should of cancelled 😠 this plus taking early payments joke a of a #network

    @ThreeUKSupport I will certainly log the complaint, but you have been working to improve your connections since the past 3 years I’ve been on this network and no improvement have been made. University campus near the city centre is 100% of high priority.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have now been charged a 2nd month after clearly cancelling the chip twice now. This is terrible customer service your telephone contacts don't appear to listen or do their job. I'm outraged and think I need to end my contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have lost my network coverage over the last two days, to the point we were almost left stranded while away. Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did find a guide to enable the DNS setting page on the router, but those settings don’t remain after leaving the page. Do you know if this is an issue across the board with HUAWEI routers on the network?

    Hi @MartinSLewis. Are mobile providers permitted to change T&Cs during a contract? I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for 15+ years & they just announced that roaming will now be charged at £5 a day, previously free. I work in the US 6 months a year so this will cost +£900.

    my 5g hub is not working since today. Only power light is on and all other light is off. calling to customer service said is it software issue nothing I can do. there are load of customer has same issue. I still wfh I have go to cafe for my meeting.@ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport yes, it’s ZTE 5G routers. I shut the router down many times and every time more than 20mins. The issue still there, only power light is on others are off.

    @ThreeUK contacted and talked into your broadband with the promise of a TV, back in February, never received. I contact you via telephone 2 weeks ago and told would be with me in 10 days. Still nothing. Im sure this is miss selling? Broadband alone isn’t worth it!! Poor service.

    @IthicaHawk Having exactly the same issues with @ThreeUK . Been with them over 10 years. They have no interest in retaining me, so I'll check out @O2 since they still offer the Go Roam abroad.
