    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUK is by far the worst phone company I have ever been with. You tell them point blank you can’t pay when you lose your job because of a pandemic and they still pile on the charges 🙃

    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK It is… it’s being discontinued on May 23rd. I did go to another network but the extra cost to have roaming wasn’t worth it so I went back to them. Other networks are being competitive on offering it. Three has basically gone from chalk to cheese on this one.

    @virginmedia I get that but if you can offer a new customer more bandwidth for £20 than I got for 38.50 there is something wrong with your system. That’s why I went to @ThreeUK .. 100mg 5g for £22 per month 6 moths half price.. sorry @virginmedia you lost a loyal customer of 30 years

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! We've been have serious problems with our @ThreeUK data connection recently. We have 3x phones and 1x home WiFi with three, and our speeds have been 1 or 2 Mbps recently. Your website says we're in a 5G area so don't know what's going on. We're in BL5

    @ThreeUKSupport Name on ID is Andrew and 3 acc set up as Andy. Been like this for yrs see tweets. Still accepted this and ordered new sim on Monday. After 3 days nothing so called only to be told request not processed! So just spent an hour on phone trying to change name. Service is appalling!
