@ThreeUK been with Three for many years but in my opinion let me down badly with redmi 9at. It is very slow all round (2MB RAM only). Why did u recommend this when the note 8 was much better? I am very unhappy and curse the phone everytime I use it. Tell me what you can do, J

  • ederzavala Eder Zavala (@ederzavala) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile broadband in B15 and B17 for a couple of weeks now. It didn’t use to be like this. I’m changing provider.

  • BilalRaja_22 Bilal Raja (@BilalRaja_22) reported from Tidbury Green, England

  • HollyheadAndy Andy Hollyhead (@HollyheadAndy) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK not much point in having a 5G phone if I can’t get a 5G signal in city centres like Birmingham is there? Really disappointed with the coverage.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • Freaky_Radish Benn Sanderson (@Freaky_Radish) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting messages and emails to say my contest is ending but I started a 24 month contract last year. Please help.

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • hamilton_david David Hamilton (@hamilton_david) reported from Wythall, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • Helpushelp2 Helpushelp (@Helpushelp2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks but it's been like this since I joined. Pretty sure it's the network at fault. Partners is the same

  • tozfu Toz (@tozfu) reported

. @ThreeUK is the worst network going. Been months and months talking to support people trying to get my new contract on my current number. 4th attempt on the support chat today. Happily will take £67 off me since August though, even though I can't use any of my data etc

@ThreeUKSupport No. Everytime I try and switch networks it logs me back onto At&T. same with my daughters phone. The data roaming is fine. I'm using a Samsung A72. Never had an issue 3 years ago. There are 13 people in our party. 3 more of them are on 3 having the same issue.

  • niven_graham Graham Niven 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🇺🇦🇵🇸 (@niven_graham) reported

@JoolsBell55 @ThreeUK Had the same problem when Vodafone withdrew their magic wee homeplug thingumawhotsit. I cancelled my Vodafone contract, bought a Xiaomi handset and switched to Smarty. 👍

  • Bweqtop Adam (@Bweqtop) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Any chance of an update on my internet being down for the last 3 weeks considering I was told it would be fixed by the weekend and it's now Monday and I still have no internet...

  • niven_graham Graham Niven 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🇺🇦🇵🇸 (@niven_graham) reported

@JoolsBell55 @ThreeUK If that's the code to port your number to a new network, get a new handset and put the 3 sim in it to get the code, then give the code to your new provider. If 3 coverage is OK for you, Smarty use their network so coverage is the same. Smarty starts from £6 a month.

  • adamskiWildfire Adam Breen (@adamskiWildfire) reported

Why can the idiots operating @O2 live chat so useless. 30 mins asking the same questions without answering my questions. Might just sack O2 and go to @ThreeUK . Congratulations you have lost a customer!!!
