  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman 🇬🇾🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

  • ederzavala Eder Zavala (@ederzavala) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile broadband in B15 and B17 for a couple of weeks now. It didn’t use to be like this. I’m changing provider.

  • richardhowle Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK all week I have been having really unstable and patchy service from my 5G router here in Brum. One moment 100Mb the next 0. Is there an issue?

  • And_im_wasted Luke (@And_im_wasted) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • Martbushii Mart🌲🌻🦊🐞🎵😁 🇪🇺♂️🏳️‍🌈🌹🌊 (@Martbushii) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 @ThreeUK What on earth is happening in Dudley West midlands. Mine and my friends mobile phones have had no service. Is there something wrong?. I am doing this on his Post Office home internet

  • MichaelCFA247 Michael C (@MichaelCFA247) reported from Birmingham, England

Do not buy sim deals from @ThreeUK they promise one price and give you something completely different, even their customer relations team are less then useful 🤡🤡 #Complaint #Ombudsman

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • chaz_6 🇪🇺 Chaz6 🇪🇺 (@chaz_6) reported from Dudley, England

@ThreeUK does your new 5G business broadband product support #ipv6, and if so, what size prefix do you delegate?

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • Thebeefyone2 The_beefy_one (@Thebeefyone2) reported from Dudley, England

@ThreeUK guys, I turned off my router the other day to go on holiday and since I’ve turned it back on the service has been so hit and miss. Any ideas??

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

  • BilalRaja_22 Bilal Raja (@BilalRaja_22) reported from Tidbury Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Don’t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

  • worcesterbb The Chandlery B&B (@worcesterbb) reported from Martley, England

@ThreeUK been with Three for many years but in my opinion let me down badly with redmi 9at. It is very slow all round (2MB RAM only). Why did u recommend this when the note 8 was much better? I am very unhappy and curse the phone everytime I use it. Tell me what you can do, J

  • jonoevans84 Jon Evans (@jonoevans84) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK my wife keeps dropping out but phone service is fine, this seems to be happening on evenings consistently! I am in B14 area of Birmingham. Is there a reason for this!

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK Birmingham’s signal strength is rubbish too in large swathes of the City

  • HollyheadAndy Andy Hollyhead (@HollyheadAndy) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK not much point in having a 5G phone if I can’t get a 5G signal in city centres like Birmingham is there? Really disappointed with the coverage.

  • izzyali51 Izazul (@izzyali51) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

@ThreeUKSupport seems to be an issue with the router using Carrier Aggregation. I believe this mast needs reporting.

  • Talitawigg Talita - Kent Detox (@Talitawigg) reported

@ThreeUK who can escalate a complaint and resolve before I go legal? Absolute nightmare for nearly three weeks to get a complaint resolved. Getting nowhere slowly and very frustrated

  • alpha_lgw Alpha_LGW (@alpha_lgw) reported

@ThreeUK can you tell me if you have issues in the west London area, because your 5g home hub is showing a speed of 6mbps download. Your coverage checker is supposedly showing it’s ok, but I know from speaking to your customer service this is not correct-What a joke!!

  • TheRealGoodwood Pseudonym (@TheRealGoodwood) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Signal is absolutely shocking. How is it possible to to go from 1 bar 5g to 1bar 4g. Regretting my move now. If I could afford it I’d snap my SIM & go back to @EE 🥺😢

  • godforharry GARY BELL (@godforharry) reported

Can someone help my daughter as it appears you can not get wifi near the coast due to ferries. Advised to go mi-5 broadband for a caravan static. Then told to go for home broadband bill has doubled but took advice from customer advisor. Valued customer for years @ThreeUK

  • Talitawigg Talita - Kent Detox (@Talitawigg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Guess this is where the supportbus ends yet again… not getting anything resolved and can’t even cancel or request PUK code. Pulling my hair out as nobody is actually properly looking into this.

  • Nataliealana87 Natalie O'Donoghue (@Nataliealana87) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, it’s still only where I have wifi. It’s showing full signal but nothing will load/come through

  • RicieriEnoy Enoy Ricieri (@RicieriEnoy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK me- “ I don't have signal”. Advisor- “ didn't you received a SMS from us?” HAHAHAHAHHA can someone please set me free from three? I just can't!! That's why everyone hates it

  • Kowrek Kowrek 〓〓 (@Kowrek) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can use the web version. Just the app sucks to log into. It never seemed to be an issue historically…

  • frankensteirer yoo hoo (@frankensteirer) reported

@ThreeUK Why is my data so poor signal? Is it because I got the £10 deal? Barely able to make any connections at all popular Areas nottingham huge city whats gone off its getting worse
