@ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Offered to cancel the contract early due to the terrible network then sent debt collector letters. When asked they had no record of agreeing to cancel early. Ofcom WILL sort this out for you 🤞🏾

So @ThreeUK is repeatedly charging me for the same cancel fee. Every time I pay it, the flag gets reset, and they bill me again. Third time now. And when I call @ThreeUKSupport , they take my details, say they'll call me back, and don't. When can we fix this, please?
