When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
