I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!
