@ThreeUK I’m nearly overdraft this Christmas because of their mistake! Cancelled an upgrade in November and it was confirmed that this will be done and that I will not be billed further. Come Mid December I am billed hundreds of pounds for an upgrade that never happened!

Heads up, Carphone warehouse have them in stock for delivery tomorrow if you have time to cancel your Three order.
