@ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

@ThreeUK why is my bill £17 instead of £10 for my sim only contract - no extra fees. Never had the £10 for various reasons since I too the contract out. Chat not working

@ThreeUK look, you run a good service, and I've been with you for a couple of years, but you really need to stop this advertising campaign, cool your jets and try something new, because I don't usually hold advertisements to a high standard and even I think this is kinda embarrassing.

@ThreeUKSupport Actually, I know why my 4G wasn’t on, it was switched off as it was twice as slow as 3G in my home, I knew there was a reason for it
