@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK had a call with someone from PST. They promised event tickets. No email. Chased. Promised "within a day". Weeks later, still nothing... Great way to turn a nice thing into a way to make someone not want to be a customer...

@BarclaysUK You've closed our local branch (Weston Favell, Northampton) and told us to use our nearest branch (Wellingborough Road, Northampton) unfortunately that closes 2.30pm every day! Not a great alternative or customer service is it ?

Wow, I've never experienced such a badly designed telephone banking service, as I have today with @BarclaysUK - the automated service is a shambles with no cohesion between online and telephone. Got looped 3 times only then to be told I'll have to wait 1+ hour 2 talk with a human
