    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @virginmedia better have a good explanation for this but likely this will never be answered and all my years of bills and loyalty mean absolutely sod all. @bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam Any good deals on broadband? And can you promise you wont vandalise my home & connection randomly?

    @pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

    @bt_uk thanks to you're open reach guys my download speeds are screwed I'm now only getting 6mbps instead of the 50 or 60 I should be getting oh and all our device's excluding our phones are on a wired network so yeah

    Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @NakedScientists Inevitable that as more capacity was available (fibre etc) that Openreach would take on more provider customers (£££££). alas they were also cutting service engineers or losing techs/engs through adverse employment changes. So now its Quantity & £££ over Quality. #sigh @bt_uk

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve had terrible internet, terrible customer service and now I actually have no broadband. I’ve reported you to the ombudsman for repeated failures, deception and repeatedly closing my unresolved case. I’m looking forward to my big refund and compensation
