    @btsport Seriously, expected to be busy and just not prepared to handles the volume this eve. YouTube coverage isn’t same as what’s on the app - terrible. Don’t wanna watch on my phone I want it on my tv! Shambles.

It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @bt_uk thanks to you're open reach guys my download speeds are screwed I'm now only getting 6mbps instead of the 50 or 60 I should be getting oh and all our device's excluding our phones are on a wired network so yeah

    Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

    @virginmedia better have a good explanation for this but likely this will never be answered and all my years of bills and loyalty mean absolutely sod all. @bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam Any good deals on broadband? And can you promise you wont vandalise my home & connection randomly?

    @bt_uk what an awful first experience. Given an 0800 to 1300 slot for an engineer, given the wrong number for the engineer, and now the company you've hired for the job can't tell me if the work is going to be done today! Not a happy customer at all, without Internet need to wfh

    @bt_uk we have an intermittent problem with our internet you sent an engineer to fix it, now we have no landline and no broadband which I need as a key worker who is shielded and working from home! Apparently it won’t be fixed until Friday surely you can do better than that

    @bt_uk We have Call Protect, but that is clearly useless. Will have to manually block every spoof 07xxx number that calls now. We never use the landline to make calls, of course, as it's too expensive, so I might just unplug the thing.

    Between BT and OpenReach we are coming up to 2 months waiting for our Internet line. Poor communication between the two of them and we are left in no man's land listening to promise after promise. @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk 🙄

    @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Are absolutely the worst company in the world. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR BUSINESS USE...AS THEY SEEM TO BELIEVE IT IS OK TO CUT OFF MY SERVICES FOR MY BUSINESS FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER WITH NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS DESPITE ADMITTING IT IS A BT ERROR!

    @bt_uk why does my router constantly boot my printer and ring cameras off the network, there is something wrong with this router, it never used to, I contacted support they did something but its back the same, I shouldn't have to reboot the router twice a week
