@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I’ve just tried to cancel my services and spoke to a girl called Louise I presume she was supposed to try make me stay with you, can honestly say I’ve never been spoken to so badly, 9 mins on call, threatened with charges,inaccurate contract dates and an attitude

@bt_uk That's not really been good enough. The date just keeps going back, with nothing really being done by Openreach or challenged by yourselves. Been sold a fibre network that doesn't actually exist
