@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I ordered TV from yourself to replace the overpriced offering from Sky, service went live on the 5th but here I am with no TV Box and tracking that shows me nothing since the 5th. Not a great start.

@bt_uk Our Internet is v poor due to old infra with no fttp on the horizon. Speeds under 20mbps are the norm. We're also EE customers and regularly get 60-70mbps 4g with 5g on the way. With your hybrid Internet surely it's time to offer the quickest speeds available,

@UKBrewCrew @MLB BTSport. Is that widely available, and everyone has it on cable TV, or is it a streaming service that only some people have and most don’t because it’s £30 per month?
