@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

BT have double charged us, increased prices and now I’ve been told internets down till the 27th??? @bt_uk can’t get an agent to call yet displaying it on their website How do I raise a complaint ?

@virginmedia Just hung up on your "customer service" department. Without a doubt the worst experience I've had. All I wanted to do was rmove the TV and add a landline. 45 bloody minutes later and the person on the other end did not have a clue! Mother in law now moving to @bt_uk
