@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Poor service . It I’m had been a month since I am trying to get broadband installed , so far I have spent 10 hours waiting for your customer services, I have spoken to 6 different people, and wasted ti days waiting for an engineer to turn up.

Internet service down and will be fixed "within a few days" ...I could understand if some kind of natural disaster had happened, but apparently this is just normal for @now @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp? Why can't I live in a country with functioning infrastructure

Now been on hold for over 30 minutes @bt_uk you were meant to install fibre to the property yesterday. You organised for my previous provider to cancel our contract with them. Now no hot water or heating as it's a hive set up. And no help!!!

@bt_uk After 3 hours on the phone and having waiters for the engineer to turn up from 8am I am told that it is a pm job although. Your customer services passed me to Opeanreach who then explained that BT have to calm them. Please respect my time.
