    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_uk please advise me why you cancelled my home move order and closed my account 18 months ago as you were unable to provide a service and yet I’m still being harassed by Moorcroft Debt Recovery for a debt I categorically dont owe? I have all the evidence to show its your error

    Hello @bt_uk had a letter from you today saying I’m currently out of contract and paying £61.95/month for my broadband, but could lower this to £34.49, but this offer doesn’t seem to exist, please could you help, as @sky are doing an offer also, cheers.

    @Alasdairpkirby @bt_uk Don’t try and leave them in the next 2 years. When Gary moved in and we needed his Sky they charged me nearly £300 for the privilege. I will never use them again.

    @bt_uk hi. Wondering if you can help. I’m currently on halo fibre 3 package at 75mbs speed. I get that speed downstairs no problem but upstairs I struggle lately to get anything. It’s not a big distance from the router either. I have upgraded to 150mbs which starts tomorrow
