  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk Hello, my internet seems to be cutting out for the past few days. I was hoping it'd get better on its own. I was wondering if somebody could take a look for me. A few months back, had a similar issue, and it was fixed within minutes. Hope for the same again. Thank you.

  @westywaldo @btsport Better because it was free? I'd agree Clive Tydlsey was the best CL commentator but other than that you're watching the same game of football, just the idiot pundits change, the games no different. Terretrial TV stations won't pay up so it's tough **** really.

  @BTCare I've got an intermittent dial tone on my phone. What could be the problem.? When I worked in an office environment this sort of tone would indicate the phone was on divert, obviously not the case in the home environment though.

  @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp what do you actually do? 1st off BT send my box to the wrong address, multiple visits by openreach engineers and still can't sort my issue. Told it'll be sorted Thurs then Friday. No contact. Rang only to find you can't sort it today now.
