@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk still waiting on an email from Saturday, summarising a recent order/reorder/complaint re a conversation I had on Tuesday with an advisor who miss-sold me products and generally lied about pricing. Why is BT customer service poor? Currently looking at other options....

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk please sort this out it seems the problem is with you and it doesn't look like openreach are off for the bank holiday as they are responding and confirming the service is live (as i have been saying and as evidenced by my neighbour's working fine). Resolve today please 🙏

The lack of data sharing between @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach is staggering. Zero intel shared on faults and problem management must cost a fortune in time, money and customer satisfaction. It has for me! Again … I would love to have a chance to redesign their systems

@MannyR6S Pain. @bt_uk have singlehandedly the worst routers to exist. You're better off buying a cheap 3rd party router just for Wifi.
