@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk FTTP connection installed next to my house by Openreach nearly 3 months ago, neighbours been connected by other providers for a while, but I keep getting told it's not available. Been a BT customer for 15 years, is my only option now to move to another service provider?

@virginmedia No chance, I’ve spent far too much time on the phone to you mob, this problem and the unreliable broadband. With @bt_uk for years, left for £££ reasons but you get what you pay for I guess! I’ll continue to highlight my issues on here until things are sorted.

BRILLIANT @bt_uk it has took a month and a half to sort out, upgrading my TV and broadband package, and you have still managed to **** it up. 30 mins on hold today, I eventually gets through to someone only to be batted about like a tennis ball again, and then cuts me off.

@CarltonCole1 @btsport I was surprised your host praised Eintracht supporters too much especially as she witnessed the scenes they caused - flares/smoke bombs, throwing objects when we took a corner,invading the pitch,throwing objects at WH supporters & the idiot confronting Antonio at the end

@bt_uk James mate, i already know your checks are gonna tell me 8pm may 7th, i dont need you to waste my time anymore, the only fix is a new provider, 5 days of downtime in the last month when im paying around £50 a month is an absolute piss take
