  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @bt_uk well Bt, Can someone tell me if it’s normal for a company as large as yours to have messed up so much that you have left a business without a telephone line for 5 months and internet service for 1 month ?. I would really like to know the answer to this.

  @bt_uk currently experiencing pretty rubbish service from BT. No services and no resolution - been on to customer services, live chat and text since 2pm
