@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk £205 phone line extension planned for today changed at last minute until April! 40 minutes on the phone to customer services who could give no answer. Appalling dismal service. Never again.

@bt_uk Hi Lisa, I won't know until March time as we're not moving in properly until then. But we just noticed this today. In your opinion is this a pretty poor condition (old) wire that does need an update? Regards Matt
