@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I was told when BT open reach set up our line the maximum 40Meg , he also said they would replace copper line in time but it might take years to get Fibre so my brother can get 300 Meg in Beeston while NG12 3AF way down Karen not good enough

@bt_uk Thanks James. I’m well thanks. Hope you are too. These phone books seem to have been put through every letterbox in my area. I wonder if it could be a request only service as the vast majority have already been thrown out or recycled.

@SkyNews About time @bt_uk lazy shoddy greedy BT pulled its finger out of its hole and actually got fibre to every UK address.. They should have been forced by legislation years ago.. No more of their cities only profit first crap! 1Gbe now!!!!

@bt_uk Otherwise I can only assume someone is pretending to be BTBusiness, putting your name and URIs and phone numbers on SMSs. I fail to see what they would gain from this of course, given all the contact information on the messages is for BTBusiness.

@bt_uk WiFi is not the same as internet speed, I have a gigabit network in my house but a 9 mbps internet connection (fttc) it’s just bt, open reach or whatever the call themselves way of trying to con you, don’t fall for it!!
