@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk I see from a thread or two down this part of the country that people are having issues with various providers. If that’s the case then the blame lies with you as you control the land line network.

Never use @bt_uk they want unto wait a month and a half before they even send an engineer out. Even after the 1st engineer didn't even bother to turn up. 👋

@bt_uk I am extremely disappointed with the service I’m receiving can someone pls help? 3 appoints not met can’t get hold of anyone on the phone 3 plus hours of holding on???? No communication from BT currently waiting for installation no one has turned up for the 3rd time
