    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @Ofcom I did state that, my issue like tens of thousands of others is why do they have a price scale which clearly discriminates against the elderly, poor, and disabled. 100Mb, 200Mb, 350Mb doesn't cost the supplier any more than a base price - why the scaling? @virginmedia @bt_uk

    Worst customer service goes to @bt_uk ... Moved into my first home expecting to have the internet up and running to work. They cancelled the order without telling me, been told 100 things about getting it resolved. Absolutely fuming. Stay clear, they don’t care.

    @bt_uk my internet just randomly went down at about 6 this morning and it’s saying could take till next Wednesday to fix??! How am I supposed to work from home?!! Till Wednesday is a bit of a joke!

    @bt_uk help? My hub is flashing pink, had no issues and now Booom. How can we get a upgrade, had the same hub for time, we shouldn’t have to pay for a upgraded version.
