Purchased fibre optic from @ShellEnergyHome for my mother-in-law's new house. The order has been cancelled as the previous owner hasn't notified @bt_uk that she was moving out. How can we fix this issue?

@bt_uk i know one of your customers live in a no man land, with 50Mbit download and 20Mbit upload ((BT smart hub 2)) , i wondered if he dm'ed you or called customer support, would it be possible to locate the nearest fiber node?, he could be lucky its near the road or something?

@OmbudServices It doesn’t help at all because you let @btcare hide behind @openreach when theres a problem…my contract was with BT they lost my broadband for 38 days…but you and BT blame openreach who are untouchable..you’re all in it together…shocking

  • frogboyflips Andrew Murray (@frogboyflips) reported

@bt_uk Thanks - The fault tracker has shown the fault as being in the 'Fault Fixed' state since the 12th - I fear this is what's causing BT to automatically cancel appointments (to avoid wasting engineers time).

  • jkdarchy Janie (@jkdarchy) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk So the engineer moves hub into lounge no other sockets or place for phone and alarm on lounge wall ! And never said or i wouldn’t of had it drilled into lounge …..

  • jkdarchy Janie (@jkdarchy) reported

@bt_uk Promised by midnight last night … there’s a massive storm coming in and a vulnerable man with no phone line for calling for help or any care alarm how can u switch off without permission and not reinstate as quickly ….

  • fussycoder fussycoder (🇪🇺) (@fussycoder) reported

@NiceEtoile @bt_uk I miss Buzby! I am *sure* someone will be along soon to help you. After all... "We Connect for Good. We’re here to help." (Which isn't as good as Buzby or "It's you we answer to" but that's progress I suppose.)

  • andy77carroll Andy Carroll (@andy77carroll) reported

@lucyjward_ Yes very good @lucyjward_ 🤞🏻 @btsport can find a replacement for the clueless and awful Darren fletcher!!!
