Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?

Options seem limited!!
