@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Still no fix on Big Sur. Frankly ridiculous. The product is called BT Virus Protect although it is supplied by McAfee. @bt_uk needs to step up and take action and communicate better

@bt_uk I applied for Fibre Broadband. Was told the application was pending and someone would be in touch.I’ve tried several times to call customer service.The £29.99 fee has been refunded. I assume it was unsuccessful and will not be connected by date supplied upon application?

Been a BT customer all my life, don't even get a PS5 stock email reminder that I signed up for. @bt_uk You need to investigate your orders because theres no way they are legit purchases, they're bot scalpers, ruining christmas for all the kids.
