    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk @Richard66629722 When I looked at upgrading my bt broadband package I was offered the same package but £10 more a month with a no cut in service guarantee.That should be standard anyway.

    @bt_uk How can there be a contract in which the price can increase by any amount but you can't cancel it when the increase happens without being charged.

    @bt_uk (cont) I have requested to speak to a senior manager 6 times and have been promised a call back but to no avail. This is the worst customer service I have received - even the customer service team have admitted it is inadequate. 4 weeks without wifi. Sort it out!!!

    @bt_uk Thank for your reply. I don't see any options that would resolve my issue. The problem is that our street was skipped during the last update to fibre. I've already had BT round to investigate...

    @bt_uk Your wifi is down.! Haven’t had wifi for almost the whole day. And gotta wait 24 hours for an engineer to come fix it? We have restored and contacted the help desk.. still not working? Is the wifi down? Maybe make a statement?

    @bt_uk my mum has waited in all day for her TV/internet installation. She was told at 11am that you would be there by 12pm but no one showed. She has waited in especially and called multiple times but can't get through - help please!

    @btsport Just as people are finding it harder to afford basics, BT Sport decides to go to Box Office for the UFC. I get that it may have been planned well before things got quite so bad and that its a stcked card but still! Not cool guys.
