    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @btsport @SkySportsPL why are there 3 2pm kick offs and yet you can only manage to show 1 of them between you. It's our league, we pay enough stop pricing out fans with your mediocre service. You can go any other country and watch the games

    @bt_uk They said that the problem was with the master socket, which they changed. It worked yesterday, but today it's been dropping out. I'm trying to phone BT now, on hold for over 20 minutes. Just goes to show how many people are experiencing. I'm paying you over £80 for a £5 service

    @btsport Did not believe all the bad reports about BT Sport customer service - until Friday past! On Thursday I phoned your CS to enquire about my BT Sport package. I was promised a call back the next day (Friday) after 2pm. I'm still waiting?! Inexcusably poor!
