    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk idea no.2: contact details are held for customers. If you know there's an issue that affects a specific customer base, send broadcast messages to keep those customers updated as issue remediation steps are assigned and completed

    @OpenreachHelp We’ve got projects on hold because @OpenreachHelp have no idea on timescale (per @bt_uk ) and that’s the issue. We can plan for bad news but we can’t plan for no news. 3 months and counting and still in the dark.

    Surprise, Surprise, @bt_uk broadband is down for me again. 31st May, 4th June, today. Looks like there is a pattern to me. Dreadful. You've put my prices up, but you've given me a substandard service. Imagine if my direct debit only worked a fraction of the time.

    Trying to contact @bt_uk via phone because my Internet has just completely dropped... I was told to hang up and wait for a text so they can figure out what's wrong. I go to reply to the text and I get told I WILL BE CHARGED LOL. @bt_uk wtffff man. I want out of this contract 😭

    @bt_uk you’ve now left me stuck in a contract for 2 years with a service which is essentially inadequate. Millions of people play video games to get over 200 ping every 5 minutes is not fair, to then just get a response we don’t guarantee ping is not right!

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk can you help? When I call Sky, they are saying there is a problem at my local BT Exchange and have no further information. I can’t find any information about this online.
