    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk Tbh I don't feel safe doing that, after I did this before with your service and no one helped. Why couldn't the person who promised on Tuesday just have called us. You are close to losing another customer.

    @bt_uk Well, kind that you came back. Online steps did get me to requesting an engineer but age old turn off and turn on again solved problem, so no need. Thanks.
