    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk 24 hour after my broadband was due to go on still absolutely nothing. Extremely poor service, all I get is we apologise. Are you going to compensate me for not being able to work from home? #shocking #newcustomer #notimpressed

    Hi @bt_uk - our internet has gone off and our Service Provider say they can't run remote tests and need to send an engineer (Tue earliest). One of your vans is parked outside - have they disconnected us by accident?

    @bt_uk I have bt and it’s been so **** the past few months all of upstairs in the house only gets one bar wifi and it constantly cuts out on your phone

    @bt_uk so you keep sending me text messages asking to call you because you’ve cocked your my order....but then when I do there’s a 45 minute wait on the phone!!! Disgraceful service all round really!

    @bt_uk Still waiting! Told Engineers would turn up today (29th Jan). Once again a no-show. Starting to believe you want me cancel my FTTP order so you don’t have to pay any compensation as per Ofcom guidelines!! Shocking service.

    @bt_uk still trying to reduce my Bt monthly package £110 for bb land line and mobile. Sticking point is 24 month contracts which Bt can’t or won’t amend, or reduce canx charges they are looking at options to help folks who are loosing their jobs @MartinSLewis @angellicabell
