@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service. Endless calls, 2 pointless visits topped by being told that no one will call us back about our complaint because “managers don’t work like that” then refused to log complaint unless he could mark it as resolved on the same call!

@bt_uk hey guys how do I go with switching to your full fiber without the landline rental? Your customer service told me that it not possible but why do I have to pay for landline rental when I get full fibre which is independent of phone line?

@bt_uk Hi there. My internet keeps disconnecting when my landline rings. Can you help/advise please as it’s like going back to the old dial up days! Many thanks

@bt_uk The Quins v Newcastle match is not showing on the app, only a 3 minute highlight video. The other 3 matches from round 22 are on the app. I don't believe it's a problem with my account as other people have mentioned the same issue.

@bt_uk Yes a fair few times. They’re going to send an engineer between 8-6, which I won’t be home for as I cannot work from home without internet. Not sure why this is required as the last residents had internet no problem with yourselves.

@bt_uk Same problem again yesterday and today. Is there anything else that can be done aside from switching my hub off and on again? It's not helpful when working from home
