    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_uk hi my dad started with bt on the 6th of April with internet n tv,he has phoned up today to cancel the tv part as he doesn't want it.He was told that he will be charged £400 to cancel as it is past 14 days is this correct?

    @virginmedia surely on day one you should have sent a technician round for a paying customer. @bt_uk how quick can you change a package over please as virgin media is an utter disgrace and my grandma is literally crying, we need to respect her generation 🙁

    @bt_uk why do you employ agents who care so little they book in a different date to the one verbally confirmed They also lie about an engineer visit. Nil customer care, only additional stress.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is our broadband so poor after switching to you from @bt_uk ?? It’s constantly buffering and very slow. Please look into this.
