@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@cjg2405 @btsport Have you enabled former BT Broadband users to buy the monthly pass yet? Currently they can’t. Ring the call centre? ‘It’s a digital product, we don’t support it’. Disgraceful attempt to force cricket fans into an annual contract. @ofcom are looped in - yet you do nothing. Why?
