    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.

    @btbusinesscare @bt_uk @BTBusiness We called yesterday to tell you our business is closing on 25th June yet you pulled the plug immediately, leaving us without internet and a working till today. Sheer incompetence on your part, complaint initiated, ombudsman next. Don’t use BT!

    At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!

    @BTCare your broadband service is currently atrocious! Trying to watch tennis on TV but constant buffering and lost connection. This is not good service - please fix immediately!

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!
