    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

    @mizmuggle @bt_uk Me too. Texting that number they mention 61998 I tried help and HELP and fault. I got a text back saying they will run some tests and it says system down in my area and they hope it will be up by 19:00 today....

    @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

    @bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
