  @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

  @YouViewSupport @BTCare why does 4OD and itv never play properly? Rapidly plays through adverts like on fast forward then screen black so program never plays. Can make several attempts but no joy.

  @bt_uk @leeh24 Lee i got mine working by myself. Turn auto network selection off and choose ITIM now turn on airplane mode, wait 30 secs and turn is back on. I tried this before and it didn't work but this time I LEFT the page selecting ITIM open and didn't press the back button.

  @bt_uk they like to take your money but not any responsibility. All I want is fibre and apparently they can't help. Everyone down my road has it so why can't I. Even the @OpenreachHelp engineers say I can but bt still refuse to help

  @UnitedStandMUFC ENOUGH!!!! Enough of this God damn insanity! This HAS to end immediately! EVERY game should be televised. There is NO excuse for this nonsense! How do we fight this? We need a plan of action. For starters, cancel your @SkySports / @btsport subscription as in today. ENOUGH!!!

  @bt_uk hi. Still issues with Smart Hub 2 and google chromecast/home/nest devices. Seems to be IPv6 related. Constant “there was a glitch” responses and inconsistent cast devices showing in any iOS streaming app. October 2021 firmware update did NOT fix it! Let me disable Ipv6 pls
