    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_UK @openreachHelp My old contract for YEARS gave me download of 64m (max was abt 75,) & 19.6m upload (max 20). It recently fell & my new contract gives me 50m down & 13m up. Why has this been deliberately cut, all my offers are for same speeds, how do I contact BT MARKETING

    @bt_uk bt website won't load, can't issue a complaint, WiFi isn't working at all and hasn't all morning, not the first issue I've had in the last month. Paying extortionate amounts for this shite

    @bt_uk Have been trying to get in touch with BT. I am a Halo 3+ customer, have all comms with you. Have launched a complaint as I haven't been able to install the new Norton anti-virus, have phoned several times. When are you planning to respond? How are non Halo 3+ customers treated?

    @bt_uk @Ali_Phillips01 call this general line Alastair and then sit waiting for a customer service operative to not be able to forward your call to the person who should be able to call you, because of jobsworth internal policy. Seriously just find another supplier, BT are clowns

    @bt_uk Just received notification that you’re switching me to Digital Voice. Your FAQs say: “If there is a power outage or your broadband fails, you'll be unable to make calls using Digital Voice, including calls to 999. Please use alternative means such as a mobile phone.” 1/2

    @bt_uk So, after dozens of phone calls and many excuses my 90 yr old housebound mother will continue to be without any phone , internet or life line service for over a week because BT terminated her previous supplier BEFORE setting up a new one @Ofcom #irresponsible #unaccountable
