    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @DandG_Global because of you I'm now in arrears with @bt_uk who are charging me 53.99 an month for board band and BT tv box we never plugged in....@GMB start looking at what you have 2 large organisation hit me twice in a month.....im fuming

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? 😡 Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time it’s full of people that don’t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and I’m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly

    I’ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do🤬🤬🤬

    Day 364 with no broadband , @bt_uk still can’t be arsed to provide any actual service, just what passes for customer service these days, a useless AI pathetic response.
