    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @Graham_Day @bt_uk Try turning it off and on again and change the micro filter and check your phone line. Sure the problem with your equipment

    @bt_uk Had the flashing purple light on our router for the last two days. Says there is issues in the OL12 area but given no estimated fix time. Really need some idea of the issues as have work to do from home.

    @bt_uk hey colleen ive just walked down to the box where they were supposably fixing it , there is no workers or anything down there ?

    Moved internet provider and left @bt_uk as they cut us off and have no internet and telephone. You don’t realise how much you rely on these services and because of their massive ****** with our home move and cutting us off weeks before, BT have now lost a customer of 30+ years.

    So my @bt_uk internet is down, so my @VodafoneUK personal hotspot has come in handy able to play ps5 and barely any lag

    @bt_uk Says no know problems. The hub light is blue as it should be and our devices are showing as connected but won’t actually load anything.
