@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@mrsteadyhands @bt_uk I know. I get they are having some sort of issue and trying to fix it but surley they can put a simple tweet out saying what the issue is or that it's down and working to fix it, just something for all their paying customers. Many have zoom meetings for work! Disgusting @bt_uk

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp had issues earlier not being able to access some services on my broadband and now BT internet is completely down with no access to anything, no notification or indication that there is a problem with service on the status website. Fix asap and comp for time.

@bt_uk @EpicGames Epic Games Is down for BT internet, when epic launcher finally loads it asks me to log in or continue offline. I'm using Ethernet and I can connect to any other games just not ones stored in epic games launcher for example Fortnite.
