@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Issue was logged Thursday. Internet dropped out completely 8am yesterday, offline now for 24hrs. Also no landline. 4G unstable and we're feeling very isolated with little or no means of communication. Not heard anything from BT. Are engineers working on it?

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport What kind of horrible fans would STOP going to a game just because it’s streaming. NOTHING beats going to a match and feeling the experience, for those of us that can’t be there streaming at least gives a chance for a bit of shared joy.

@bt_uk I only got a despatch email a couple hours after I initially talked with one of your colleagues on the phone. Seems they just forgot to send it. Stupidly sent on a 48hr service so won't be here until Monday. Activation day was today.
