    @BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

    @bt_uk this is really getting beyond a joke now. Our Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from our router. I have had to reset the box everyday this week sometimes twice! Why is this happening? We’re paying enough for your service!

    Hey @bt_uk we keep getting people 1471ing missed calls and when they return the call they get through to my number. I’ve never made a call on my number only even have the line for the broadband. Have you sold my phone number to the scammers? You must make it stop

    @bt_uk very disappointed with the “on the go wifi” I received. I paid £9.98 for two hours and only received around 5 minutes of actual wifi time. Never again
