@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

@bt_uk Why are your existing customer deals so bad compared to New Customer deals? My new “deal” price is twice the price of a new customer deal for the same product. I’m out of contract now and this is making me look at leaving.

@bt_uk i reported a fault with my phone line 05/1/23 that was due to be fixed 09/01/23 - its still not working, cant get through to a human being to discuss, no updates given... fault tracker just keeps saying will be fixed that day but hasnt been, its been over a week now?
