@BTBusiness we were promised that there would be no charge for BTsport until end of April. Today almost £500 came out by direct debit after being told not to cancel it, you would amend accordingly! No phone calls being accepted by you! Thanks for your support BT!

This is one of the reasons having none, or very slow internet @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk . Over the last year when we were all stuck indoors my anxiety ridden self actually managed to find a group of friends online. Its been so long since ive been able to join in since the move

@bt_uk my contract runs out next month and I keep trying to look at my offers and every time it says “We can't show you any personalised deals at the moment. But there's nothing to stop you checking out our current offers for TV, landline and BT Sport”. Help?

@dw3st0n @bt_uk @bladey2k57 I just had the same problem. I'm wondering whether the BT ID email username needs to be identical to the email associated with your Microsoft and XBox account; if they differ, as mine do, they'll not pair up. It is poor that the call centre staff have no idea.
