@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk After a month of having the hybrid package can confirm its useless. Our broadband went down for about 1 week so had to switch to the 4g, 2Mbps speeds! A joke. EE signal is good for our area (via EE website). 2Mbps better off using my phone hotspot.
