Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England@bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.
-
Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk @commuter_girl Why do we have to pay for these? I don't understand why you're allowed to sell inferior service for higher prices.
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, EnglandDidn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.
-
Alex Davies (@alext_davies) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk hi was expecting a call back today for a long standing issue where you are charging me for a service that should have been cancelled and I cannot use. I have rung BT about 20times & it’s still not been resolved
-
Will (@willisclarkie) reported from Manchester, Englandpretty good of Root, Malan and Pope to spare @btsport’s blushes by making 90% of the audience turn off the telly, leaving the technical issues to go unnoticed
-

Mark 🐝💙🎗🏌️♂️💯 (@romileykid) reported from Bredbury, England@1cornishblue @btsport Phil Dowd just came out with one of the worst defences of a decision I’ve ever seen. Jenas was spot on about allowing for telepathy of player to player passes @btsportfootball
-
Jack Leigh (@JackieLeighson) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.
