    Spent over an hour on the phone to @bt_uk for my problem not to get resolved and they hung up the phone. Awful customer service.

    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk Yup. This is nothing about skin colour, it was just a terrible penalty! Also, Southgate should have bought him and Sancho on earlier to get a feel for the game. 2 minutes then straight into penalties is harsh 👎🏻

    @S777HAB @bt_uk The most intelligent comment I have read - never mind ET & pens, we were waving the white flag long before then. I wouldn’t have played Mount from the start. Disappointed in Marcus Rashford all tournament. He always looks as if international football in a bother to him.

My first activation date was 29th June, then it’s moved to 1st -> 6th -> 9th -> 12th and now it’s moved further. It’s affecting my ability to do my job. Raised multiple complaints, but no resolution.
