Jack Leigh (@JackieLeighson) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@neil_huntingdon #LoveNHS #FBPE #BWithTheT (@neil_huntingdon) reported@bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
-
TechbooUK 🔥 (@techboouk) reportedSorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.
-
jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
-
Claire #JusticeForNoah (@ClaireMadMax) reported@juliandc @bt_uk Also many places in rural Northern Ireland and Britain don't have any mobile phone signal at all
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
-
Darren Whitehall (@darrenwhitehall) reported@bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

star6 (@s_starrr6) reported@bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more insane, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner), had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.
