    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk hi was expecting a call back today for a long standing issue where you are charging me for a service that should have been cancelled and I cannot use. I have rung BT about 20times & it’s still not been resolved

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

    @bt_uk wow yesterday I rang BT to complain about overcharges and was told the systems were down and they would ring me back, well nearly 24hours later am still waiting. Worse customer service ever, how do they stay-in business, virgin media here I come!!

    @bt_uk been trying unsuccessfully for weeks to get BT to enable my 15 BT Protect licenses. I remain restricted to 2 licenses from my old broadband package. Number of handoffs between value and tech teams with no resolution.

    @bt_uk My elderly father has a landline and a bt account. He has had a broadband account with a different provider which his wife (now deceased)used. When we went to cancel it they told us we would lose the landline number that he has had for nearly 70 years. Is this correct?

    @jsclark_ @bt_uk It seems to be a common theme that BT does not return calls as I logged a complaint on 25th January and am still awaiting a reply. Needless to say I've been left with no choice but to move providers.

    @bt_uk It has been looked in to and is a scam. To charge someone £92 extra per month for a fixed cost service is a scam. You are taking my money to gain the interest on it and I’m making other people aware that this is nothing other than a scam.
