They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

Whilst the fault is not yet fixed and we are running off the previous owners broadband as the switchover has not yet happened we have, finally, made some progress and got someone to identify the issue.
