@BTCare please sort the new email out. It’s unusable and so busy it’s knackered. It’s the email equivalent of when your child becomes a teenager and forgets all manners and niceties. HELP. Your help pages don’t

If you’re watching the #ePremierLeague on @SkySports then you need to give your head a wobble. Don’t support it, ridiculous Sky Sports even saw value in the righrs acquisition! That crap belongs on @btsport at the most.

@bt_uk Aside from the dropouts earlier this week (which am putting down to weather) has behaved itself since Thursday - much smoother than old router, thank you.

@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It still doesn't excuse the slowness, the constant drop outs, and the near impossible chance of getting through to customer service.

@bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

@bt_uk how do I cancel my BT account?

  • D1Bluebird
    Welsh1 (@D1Bluebird) reported

@bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
