    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

    Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

    @bt_uk She spoke to someone else and eventually got the add-on taken off, but they then put her through the dept who tried to flog her another 24 month contract. It's impossible to cancel an add-on without being bullied into signing up for a contract, which is appalling.

    @bt_uk Hi Karen, it seems to be working okay except when we try to use bbc iplayer. If we use bbc iplayer it disconnects the hub and we have to hard reset it. Have you heard of this problem before?

    @bt_uk can I just say you are by far the worst company I have ever came across. 15 years of loyalty means nothing to you. I am appalled at the way your customers are treated. Left 13 days without any services to then wait all day on a manager calling. Now 9pm and no call!!!

    @bt_uk That would be tricky also; Rural area and mobile reception is poor or non existent. Also the person is elderly and has hearing difficulties.

    @virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.

    @bt_uk I’ve just moved into a place in Hackney, told the BT internet was good – currently I’m using my phone data cos all I’m getting is around 1mb on the BT wifi and can barely load google...is it down at the moment or can we get some more speed please? #BTareyouhavingalaugh

    @bt_uk Your flash adverts promising SUPERFAST broadband never mention anything about having to crawl around on the floor checking f***ing wires and what kind of connection box you have. Either you CAN give me superfast broadband, or you can't and if you can't I shouldn't have to pay!
