@bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

@btbusinesscare This is a residential account. Changed to get the pension credit discount. Resulting in a total fiasco. Call out charge is £40 so I should be paid that for providing emergency support. And charging £3 for a paper bill!

@bt_uk @AshtonWestMIB For better or worse that was the only problem we have had for many years (10 plus). Interestingly all our contact was by phone and they blamed it on cable damage at a site some 50 miles away. All the best TomR
