  Hi @bt_uk I am forever having issues casting on complete wi-fi. Even though all devices are connected on the same SSID it's as if one is connected to the router and one connected to the complete wi-fi AP and won't talk to each other.

  @bt_uk really upset that my 79 year mother has a fault on her phone line for the 2nd time in the last two weeks and has been told that it may take until next Friday to fix. This cannot be right as she is vulnerable and the phone provides a lifeline to the outside world 😡

  I don’t think I’ve ever had a worst customer experience than the one I have had with @bt_uk over the past couple of months. The final insult- being charged £12.48 to deal with an issue that was their fault. Never again!

  @bt_uk can you help please. My 89yo grandfather relies on his landline. Calls keep getting disconnected with the message 'please hold the line'. After 20 seconds it then reconnects but keeps happening again. Any thoughts if this could be a handset fault or line fault?

  @elchapo0101 I agreed with everything he said. Don't condone violent protest, but stopping/disrupting a few games will hopefully make owners like Kroenke/Glazer and @SkySports @btsport sit up and take notice. We've been treated like **** for too long now

  @bt_uk 1/2 So in Jan having waited 3 months to get fibre installed, then 10 mins before the deadline got a call saying they'd have to rebook it for 3 months time. Cancelled the entire service, turns out ive been getting charged since jan and cant dicuss bills without power of..

  @bt_uk Why does it take 3 whole days to resolve a technical issue at one of your exchanges leaving me with no internet? I'm paying for a service I depend on for my work that you are unable to supply. Appalling.
