@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@RevMthrSamantha @bt_uk I didn't renew my broadband, then they shut the line. My new provider was then unable to install on the next day. The handler put it through as a cancellation, instead of non-renewal. A week later they charged me for restarting the line, which I never asked them to do!!

@bt_uk For the past 7 wks I have had 10 phone calls booked in with 2-4 days in advance. Each time I wait by my phone and no one calls. As usual, I check with a member of staff on BT chat guarenteeing me they will call... they have not. This is honestly the worst customer experience.

@bt_uk It’s been ongoing for a year now. The most unstable connection I’ve ever experienced; it’s unusable. Thanks for the message but I don’t have time to troubleshoot over & over. I’ll just continue to use my phone hotspot and look for new service.

@bt_uk I have had issues with my BT Smart hub for over a month now. We have had 4 engineers come out and the issue has not been fixed. I feel I have been provided an unsatisfactory service. How can this be rectified and if it can’t I’ll have to change providers.
