    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    Spent over an hour on the phone to @bt_uk for my problem not to get resolved and they hung up the phone. Awful customer service.

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying for days to get through for a new account which was cancelled the day after I set it up. Capacity issue apparently, but I can’t sort it out as I simply can’t get through to you. Now I have 2 kids I can’t homeschool and I’ve just moved house. Pretty stressful

    @jacytempleton @bt_uk BT and Outreach promises the world but when you have problem they are so slow in repairing then own service landlines I mist a doctors call about covid vaccine because my landline has a problem When I reported line they did checks a said it’s on their section but will take weeks

    @bt_uk Thanks but this sums up my main complaint with BT: no joined-up thinking. A "telecommunications" giant that doesn't communicate between departments and whose online platform/ social media presence finds a million ways to show you this rather than provide answers.
