  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason.   @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

  Didn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.

  @bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. I need someone to own the problem, report back to me on progress of a Welfare Issue.

  @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

  @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.

  @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.
