@bt_uk Yes Aled I do. Was promised the issue would be resolved Saturday and it wasn’t. Was then promised it would be resolved yesterday and it wasn’t. I was then promised a call today that didn’t happen, I’m impressed at the sheer level of incompetence!

@susiesooze @bt_uk I have the same email. It gives no info about what channels are going, no info about what happens if you do nothing. Links to taking out a new 24 month contract or cancelling without a fee....it really is very poor, reads as if you dont value your customers

@bt_uk It is a letter not an email. It’s very confusing & gives no advice at all. I’ve been a BT customer for many years & do not expect to have to change things & therefore pay more in the middle of my contract. Surely you should be aware of this letter that has been sent to customers?
