Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

@johncpfarrell @MarcAllera @bt_uk Don't waste your time on the phone as you won't get anywhere with their customer service. I trusted BT's no price hike promise and signed up for 2 years contract, now I'm stuck with this bloody company for another 2 years and my bill is gone up by £5 p/m.

Well done to @bt_uk for sorting this out. The service following the complaint was excellent. Pity the individual on the phone the first time didn’t operate in the same manor. Appointment booked and look forward to getting connected on Tuesday.
