@bt_uk @BTCare I’d still like an answer to this please? I need an update on when my fibre is being installed. I switched to BT for the first time and so far the communication has been very poor. I don’t see why you can’t come out, other tradesman are visiting homes.

@bt_uk No idea. I’ve emailed Nick Lane direct who I assume is still director of customer services? I imagine I’ll get a reply from his office within a few days. I’ve spoke to customer service team several times I see no need to keep repeating myself over and over.

@bt_uk do not go with BT shocking service, called up at least 4 times in the last two weeks and been on the phone over 2 hours every time! Still no answers!

@bt_uk Every time we call it’s a different team member who says they’ll call back in 24hrs and they don’t. The latest excuse was that it was an OpenReach problem but we were under the impression that was all sorted before the last appointment (which the engineer missed Feb 3)

They don't care about us, they know we will pay whatever they want because we have to watch our teams play. So they use that to scrape as much money from us as possible. Sick.
