Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

@bt_uk Many thanks BT for helping me with this, not sure why it is easier to resolve by DM on twitter than phoning customer services? It would be really great if BT had a policy specifically for moves to Care Homes. Looking on forums, I am not the only one who has had problems with this

Never again will I use @bt_uk for residential/business purposes. @RNIB registered friend asks me to help with phone, after he used his pin to connect a call via 195 & the call wouldn't disconnect. I phoned 195 & was hung up on twice when explaining the problem. Utter disgrace.

@bt_uk I was using the internet absolutely fine and then things just stopped. Nothing has changed in or around my property. If you have substation issues you need to sort them asap

How is it possible to screw up this badly and stay in business? Most people would lose their jobs. Now on the phone again as I just received an email saying our complaint has been closed - again - and BT is glad they could help. Still no resolution. @bt_uk #doyourjob

After almost twenty hours on the phone over the last week with @bt_uk, and over a week without internet, only one of two things will happen: BT will close our complaint or BT will send us another minihub, to be switched off when they decide. We have three already.

@bt_uk @duffersj70 I wouldn't get too confident in your praise! What BT don't tell you is that their service will never ever run at the "guaranteed speed" and you'll most likely go days without any service at all. 2 days and counting here, trying to run a business, no contact from BT at all.
