    @bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

    Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

    @bt_uk hello our system is down. Reported it to you 26th. You said be fixed by 31st (I think). That's a significant amount of time. I work from home usually. I would like to know about compensation for this. Also saw a note about you removing our "right to leave" - what's that??
