  @bt_uk I had someone ringing my landline today saying money had gone out of an account, my mum answered and she did press number 2 unfortunately and only then put the phone down... How can I report this? Thankfully her bank account is fine.

  Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk Wifi and tv installed 4 weeks ago and not once have either worked all day. Two engineers have just not turned up this week. Complaints constantly closed without resolution. When will this be fixed? #BTfail

  Today booked a BT engineer to SW UK home. Coming Monday. Customer services friendly but why oh why @bt_uk are you still asking if anyone has had Covid/symptoms recently?? You’ve never bothered abt health status before, if we’d had colds, measles or pneumonia so WHY ask today?
