    @bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

    @bt_uk trying to move to Openreach and whilst customer service is great as real people -10 different people, across 5 calls, all of an hour long, mostly on hold and then cut off and still no broadband is making me rethink switching. HELP....

    .@btcare last month your staff told me couldn't renew line rental saver till this month, link on my bill today 404s, webchat your staff say can't have any more because only landline customer (for 30yrs at least). Do you want me to move to @virginmedia ?

    Rang @bt_uk for help at 1pm today. Advised told me she would "check a few things out" and get back to me in around 10 minutes. " 2 hours 45 mins late I still have not heard a word. Is this the service I pay for ?

    @Baggiepr @bt_uk Been on the phone all morning with BT - having the exact same problem, main light white and bars stay blue. Were told this would give us connectivity while we waited for our main line to be installed.

    @reason2485 @bt_uk I wouldn't get the halo, you get technical assistance with that pack so not worth it if you're already clued up. And I've had it for a couple months and had no issues whatsoever once I got the booster discs in my hallway and upstairs landing
