    @chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked,well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

    @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

    @bt_uk update since my call with your team (all v friendly & helpful) to confirm an error & an engineer will be out to fix the issue by 25 NOVEMBER. 5 DAYS! We were offered free hotspot usage for these days however, not one single one reaches my flat. So null, void & useless

    @bt_uk we have an broadband outage in the village I live in, we know the fault is at the exchange, approc 30 houses affected, people have registered the fault and we are being sent individual engineers to each house rather than the one who could repair the exchange.

    @bt_uk No BT I am not renewing my contract with you and paying more for a 300mb service that's only 50mb faster than what I have when you are offering new customers a 900mb service for less than I currently pay. How about you treat existing customers fairly for a change?

    @bt_uk To say u are an absolute shambles after 2days events+inability 2 fix ur huge F Up is an understatement Business elsewhere is absolutely on the cards after ur **** show! Cut off our Internet a wk early n can't put it bk for 5dys... WFH all over the UK ring any bells 4u?

    . @bt_uk customer service is even more awful than I remember... spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone spoke to 5 different people, got hung up on, no one would request a supervisor or manager and still nothing solved! Time for a new provider I think... any suggestions?
