@bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

@chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

@btbusinesscare absolutely abysmal service. Supposed to connect today. No broadband thousands lost in revenue plus I have to pay my team for doing nothing today. I was reassured multiple times this WOULD NOT happen! But hey your £10 discount will go a long way!

Still no @bt_uk phone line, deadline to fix it missed, poor service. Fault happens regularly - years of underinvestment in the rural telecoms infrastructure (wires wearing, poles too old to service), while priority is given to urban fibre rollout, and yet we don’t pay any less.

I find it ridiculous that @bt_uk are still not offering fast fibre internet at my home when I can see the BT exchange from my window! 7mb only is terrible, we’re in 2020!
