    @bt_uk Sure, I’ve established that with BT support, and thank you. But that gets us to Wednesday before any compensation is considered, which is the problem really.

    @bouncenyc @bt_uk I agree solution to problems is you have to upgrade your package, even if you just signed up with them. Stay clear BT they don’t help the situation, I am nhs staff and want more money from me.

    Just to add, this might be related to the delayed of @btsport being in UHD via skyQ. Originally set for today but recently delayed... So could be related to the poor UHD via fire stick app.

    @btsport MotoGP sorry to say I’ll watch the show on ITV..As much as I & many like Suzie Perry this is NOT the Suzie show. Not sure what has happened to her but she, like many before her seem to think it’s their show. She used to be so good. Believes in her own publicity. Bad news

    I'm delighted you are installing cables, as had they been in place I'd probably have switched to VM when I had to change previously. However, this is no fault of @bt_uk, and it causes real problems for those working remotely or relying on an internet connection to run a business.

    @bt_uk Was promised an engineer would come and fix our purple flashing light on our hub TODAY. Just received a message to say “job complete” when nobody has been here! Reached out to BT who are now saying there is no engineer available. We work from home. Shocking company. @bt_uk
