Does @bt_uk have anything in place to help customers affected by non-stop bad speeds? They always check it, say its fine but the speed is half what it should be both on wifi and Ethernet, non-existent in half the house and it's affecting my ability to WFH causing me to lose pay.

@bt_uk My bt sports doesn't work, hasnt done for a few months now but if i book in an engineer you get scared off with a bill if its your fault. Baring in mind, the tv has moved anywhere or been touched in 3 years.

@ofcom isn't @BTCare meant to make it easy for customers to switch service providers? I've requested a PAC, but instead of providing a code have told me to call or go on their website. No link provided & don't answer calls. Their help page gives a false description of where it is

As I get older I find myself more and more channeling the spirit of the tog-meister himself El-Tel in saying “is it me?” @bt_uk you could transfer a call twice and then the third and fourth person to answer tell you they can’t help! All I want is for my broadband to work!!
