@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

@bt_uk a customer retention advisor added broadband to my account which I already had. I actually asked for sky sports to be added. The advisor placed the order without my knowledge and now I have a delivery for the equipment I didnt ask for. Is this fraud?

@virginmedia I have never encountered such a poor service like Virgin Media WiFi Boosters have failed, there engineers have tried and fail. I’ve waited in excess of 1 hour to get help on the telephone only to be cut off - disgusting service overall. @bt_uk sorry I left you
