-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"
-
Jonathan Mitchell (@Jnthn_Mtchll) reported from Roade, England
@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

Matthew Barrett (@blueridgehotel) reported from Brackley, England
@bt_uk absolutely feel let down by BT. Sent my 75 year old Mum deferent equipment, failed to install and left her panicking with delays. No where to complain as no one answers.
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.
-
Tracey (@NishTracey) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England
@bt_uk Sorry I can help assist @bt_uk @BTCare further I’ll leave this problem in your safe hands.
-
Martin The Mushroom (@MartinLevy9) reported from Hethe, England
@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.
-
Rosie Tran (@rosieintheuk) reported from Buckingham, England
@bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.
-
Joan Keevill (@Designs_JoanK) reported from Hinton-in-the-Hedges, England
@AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.
-
Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Kidlington, England
I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia
-
Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Kidlington, England
For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk
-
Martin The Mushroom (@MartinLevy9) reported from Hethe, England
How can @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare get away with the appalling service levels they offer. I’m of to another provider
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk All you tweet about is stopping work and the weekend. That's exactly what I have encountered from your staff's attitude to work. BT Culture stuff the customer its nearly the Weekend.
-
Laura Cook (@lauraj_cook) reported from Tiffield, England
@bt_uk I will DM our account details but as in my original tweet we are pub (already horrendously struggling this last year) and we lost hundreds of pounds last night and Friday though the incompetence of your service… THIS CANNOT CONTINUE
-
E L L I E B L A K E (@ellieeeroseee_) reported from Oxfordshire, England
So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!
-
BevHillz (@biss5804) reported from Bicester, England

-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England
@bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.
-
Chef Bryn Jones (@TheOxfordArms1) reported from Kirtlington, England
We apologise if our phone is constantly busy for more than an hour but we are trying to cancel an account with @bt_uk but it’s impossible! Never ever again!

LeslieDaWelsh1/ Leslie (@LeslieDaWelsh1) reported
@bt_uk It finally resolved itself at around 4am. This meant i had to cancel stream plans. Seriously not happy with it. Full fibre needs to rolled out quicker. Speed it up, for the love of god!
-
Bigox67 (@bigox67) reported
@bt_uk Have you told everyone you moving mobile service to EE that send your messages from bank to other people yet?
-
Andy Denyer (@andydenyer63) reported
@LeslieDaWelsh1 @bt_uk What are you trying to stream and in what quality? 4K? Only, that's about the standard speed I receive from BT (due to my distance from the cabinet), and I can stream in HD on 2-3 devices simultaneously without any issues.
-
Craig Stewart (@pmb00cs) reported
I have a text from @bt_uk telling me an engineer is coming today. Checking online my fault says the engineer is coming Wednesday. Either BT lied to me, or are currently lying to me. It's not a good look either way. For a fault they failed to fix a week ago.
-
Disco Stu 🎯 (@stuartyboy_70) reported
@bt_uk Just as well I contacted you or we would never have known this. I'm guessing the engineer won't need access to the house as there wont be anybody in?
-
Paul Garton (@paulgfromhg) reported
@bt_uk Red banner message something like 'there's been a problem'. A useless, vague statement of the obvious. Typical BT.
-
Samanta Collorafi (@collorafi81) reported
@bt_uk why is your network down?
-
John 💙 (@Squonk007) reported
@bt_uk Having problems getting on to email, I need this now for work it keeps saying there's something wrong!
-
Mark Hingston (@MarkHingston4) reported
@bt_uk Yes, once on Thursday and also today. Leaving me with a part installed product for a month while my existing broadband will terminate is poor planning on BT’s part.
-
John 💙 (@Squonk007) reported
@bt_uk hello I'm having problems accessing my email it says there's something wrong with no other helpful information
