@btsport why do i bother subscribing for your service when I can get better free streams. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

First day of new @bt_uk fibre and we suffer a loss of signal. Luckily BT are sending a WiFi Mini Hub and an engineer tomorrow. One day we'll have fully functioning WiFi at a good speed 🙄

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk got a question. Why is it when I try to switch from the Halo service to Fibre 2 (currently priced £29.99 it tells me I'll be tied to a 24m £58.99 contract? I'm already paying £45 a month for Halo & never getting more than 24mbs, so why pay more????

.@bt_uk New customer, top package deal taken out. Morning installation slot not arrived until pm and #BT agreed visit PM next day for external work. BT contacted (awful customer service) and have to take A/L again for your messup. Expected better from a supposedly good company.

@bt_uk we've had no Internet since Sunday evening. Someone meant to be here between 12 and 2 to fix it. Guess they still have 13 mins. Will the fact we've had no Internet be reflected in our monthly bill
