    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

    @bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk Well, I spent an hour on live chat booking an engineer and have woken up to a text from ooenreach asking if the problem, in my office has been solved. Assistance is not required. Fix your website, it is shambolic.

    @bt_uk Broadband activation is now scheduled for the 23rd, but this is after I was promised Hybrid Connect service from the 1st which hasn’t happened and was not possible as no one checked whether OpenReach had released the line. X2. started new order as instructed, ‘failed’again.

    @bt_uk Yeah I've been told that but why was it cancelled? 2 days without broadband when working from home doesn't work too well. Our heating depends on WiFi too. My wife has to leave yesterday with our 10wk old daughter

    @bt_uk Hi Luke. I am trying to report that your business website is broken and you cannot book engineering appointments with it. You don't need to look up any details, BT need a way to ensure that the website isn't broken. My account details etc are not relevant.

    .@bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp never fail to amaze me with their ineptitude. Been waiting since feb 23 for my phone line to be moved. Another day, another engineer not turned up yet the job is ‘complete’ The monopoly on providing home phone lines really does nothing for service 🤬#rant

    @AndyTelfer21 @btsport It does illustrate the problem. If he had been on VAR he’d have overturned the decision. Mind you he gets many of them wrong, so best keep him on TV where we are safe from him adding further incompetence to the game

    @bt_uk are the worst broadband provider, told them numerous times that the connection is bad and keeps dropping yet nothing is done and they keep sending engineers who say different things, they tell me to test it through the BT app but when it’s down it doesn’t let me.
