In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!
