    @bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

    Can you stop saying picture and picture during #WWENXT because its not true if it was this match would be carrying on not watching adverts And if its just for the USA Network that's not far for those like myself who can't have the USA Network but watch on #BTSport @WWENXT

    @BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

    @bt_uk @BT anyone else having an awful time with BT at the moment? Seem to never get through on the phone, chat service on the app is down and when they do say they'll deliver a service THEY DON'T I'm also having difficulty getting through to them on Facebook WHAT'S GOING ON BT?

    @btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

    Why can’t you watch the football recorded on virgin box on the iPad when finished when it’s @btsportfootball / @btsport but can if it was on skypsorts ? Help @virginmedia ??

    @arthistorynews @bt_uk What worries me is the lack of phone in a power cut, we have very little mobile signal and rely on a wifi boost box so with no power we could have nothing! Am going to go and listen to the you and yours now!

    Final update - got @bt_uk WiFi on 13th Sept. So took them a month. But it was so slow it was unusable. So after all that I've now switched to @virginmedia. Who took only 3 days for kit to arrive and everything to be up and running. So much faster in all senses

    .@BTCare BT why are you removing @wchannel from your offering ?! I’m so angry. I just bought a new package in order to get @wchannel and now you send out a lovely email to all customers with W under “you can’t get these channels any more”. Um so can I cancel please?

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Now the order placed in June is sounding like I cannot have my fibre broadband put in until December and all i get time after time is sorry sorry sorry its openreach we (bt) cant help it. But the problem is is that i cannot go to anyone else at all

    @SketchLisa @BTCare I do hope this sort of problem is not indicative of 2024 when all UK phones will only use Broadband. As it is you will not be able to use one in the event of a power cut, and I don’t see the point of battery backup when the IP repeater box in the street looses power too.

    @bt_uk Can you help. Our broadband is poor & it’s difficult running a business. Fibre is in our small private road (watched as Openreach dug up the road) & most neighbours have it. BT are saying that Openreach haven’t updated the system to say fibre is present so am unable to order it
