First day of new @bt_uk fibre and we suffer a loss of signal. Luckily BT are sending a WiFi Mini Hub and an engineer tomorrow. One day we'll have fully functioning WiFi at a good speed 🙄

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

@btsport why do i bother subscribing for your service when I can get better free streams. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

@bt_uk My service with BT is terrible for last 3 weeks. I got disconnected from internet 120 times during last 14 days, including 40 times in last 24 hours. And counting. Helpline is not really helpful, I got engineer rescheduled 2 times, it took 10 days to get one visit me.

@bt_uk They have said a date but not what is actually happening or where its happening, we just get random text messages. It will have taken 2 weeks from installation date to get internet (assuming this works) with no support BT to getting any ongoing connectivity. from anywhere.
