@bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

@bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Disgraceful service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach, @OpenreachHelp leaving my vulnerable 87 and 80 year old parents without a phone and internet connection for 5 weeks now!!! Promise after promise of a connection and still nothing after numerous phone calls. #bt_uk #openreach

@PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

@bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

@BTCare I’ve had no WiFi since last Tuesday night and you told me I’d have an engineer appointment to fix it today between 8-10. Now you’ve called to reschedule the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Unacceptable. £60 a month for for the most temperamental service

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.

@bt_uk I don't need it. I just called to get a 5G sim card and had to renew my broadband so the girl said she was sending out a wi-fi disc and was quite "passionate" about me having a tech expert set it up. I did say I didn't need it, but in the end it was easier to cancel online. 1/2

@bt_uk But that section won't load on your website. In fact the mobile section for products under "My BT" won't load either, with the same error message and that has been like that for days now? Anyway, yeah need to cancel please :)
