    First day of new @bt_uk fibre and we suffer a loss of signal. Luckily BT are sending a WiFi Mini Hub and an engineer tomorrow. One day we'll have fully functioning WiFi at a good speed 🙄

    Seems like the @BTCare scammers are out again. Phone call claiming to be from my service provider and when I question how he got my details he hung up!

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

    Almost 2 years since I requested a home move from @BTCare and still not sorted....but now they want payment on a bill for services which never been installed! Sort it out @BTCare!

    @btsport why do i bother subscribing for your service when I can get better free streams. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

    @BTCare hi there in the last three days I’ve had 4 calls from Indian sounding callers claiming to be BT wanting to check my equipment as they can tell my internet line is not secure or there is a problem with it. These are scammers. Anything you can do?

    @btbusinesscare No one knows what has caused it. Each person I speak to says it's a mistake and "don't worry, I will sort it for you" which is the last thing I hear from them. Absolutely terrible customer care.

    @DaveThePepper @bt_uk Account no. My anger is for £7.99 or whatever a month no support for premium email customers. I want to log in click email and see all emails as I can generally, not login, search for bt web server, login again etc!

    @DaveThePepper @bt_uk It’s been the case for years! I have no issue using any Apple device in most places to access email through Apple mail. I wouldn’t say I’m using an app. Just the iOS email set up for BT Internet as default account. IT team at SoHo house can’t resolve. I can’t access BT as no bb

    @bt_uk You’ve missed the point. It drops out most days. You don’t know why. If you can’t fix the fault and have a solution which will reduce the hours of lost time your customer is experiencing weekly you shouldn’t be asking for more £ to sort out your service failure.

    Still no internet here. Apparently there are technical issues. I will get an update on 4th September. No promise on when internet will be connected. Not good enough @bt_uk. I don't know if you have replied to these tweets as not seeing any response
