@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@btsport I was really looking forward to watching the @SeniorsDarts this weekend but it's like watching the darts from the 80's, the picture is terrible and the commentary is in mono and sounds like the commentators are under water....can you explain why this is???

@bt_uk I would like some help. I'm paying almost £60 a month for such poor internet that I can't watch a 15 minute YouTube programme without it buffering at some point, yet alone watch anything in HD/Netflix etc. As for working from home... forget it.

@bt_uk It's 2022. We say no isnt a solution. I've done all of that. The problem is seemingly the BT Openreach monopoly on lines and other providers having to use them.

@bt_uk Hi, we have an engineer booked for Tuesday but our fault is more than “slow broadband” as the email states. Our entire junction box has fallen apart and the wires are corroded. How can we report this damage before our appointment as we’re without phone and internet!
