Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

@bt_uk No …As nothing has been done. What is the point of referring to ‘high level’ complaints if they can’t solve a simple line problem? Logically, they cannot be high level, as they have no access to the files, I must need Even Higher Level, so best refer me there.

@bt_uk Hi I have 2 WiFi discs I was testing for 14 days. I’d like to return them in the 14 day period as I do not want to be contracted go them. I cannot afford an extra £10 a month because my new router is crap.

Just had possibly the worst ever customer services experience with @bt_uk. They changed my landline, broadband and mobile contract to one that was actually going to cost me MORE than before, and then did the absolute minimum to correct it. It was your fault, so sort it out.
