@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

DO NOT TRUST @bt_uk AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM. CHECK @bt_uk AREN'T FLEECING YOU!!!! BT continue to fleece a pair of terminally ill pensioners. FOR 3 YEARS (!!!!!) where they have originally mis-sold to them and now are failing to deal with the problem.

@redheadlass1402 @bt_uk They really are all as bad as one another! We’ve been without a landline for a month now thanks to @vmbusiness incompetence. We’ve actually arranged a second/backup service from a competitor which frankly should not need to happen

I was rather excited at seeing @HyperopticCS running fibre optic a cable to the telephone pole that services my home. Less excited as in doing so they’ve taken out phone services for three streets! Hopefully @bt_uk via @OpenreachHelp can fix the fault ASAP

@bt_uk Absolutely shocking service from BT. Trying to get internet connection in our new house. Ordered on the 17th of October, couldn’t connect us until 11th November. Sent the wrong engineer, as we need copper rather than fibre connection. Job cancelled and new date set for

@bt_uk The point is it didn’t need an aerial but the engineer was wrong and had obv not had the correct training or info. Pretty bad really.
