    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk I’m starting to get really annoyed with you! My home Internet keeps dropping out and coming back whenever it decides. Over 10 times yesterday! I was in an online meeting this morning and I crashed out because of this connection! Thanks for fixing this issue ASAP!

    Over 48 hours since the issue was first reported, informing the workmen that returned Monday AM there was a problem, they reported it to their boss and said it’d be resolved soon, I’ve still not heard a thing from @bt_uk ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service.

    @TowerCollapseGC Just off the phone to @bt_uk & great lad in Belfast Now agreed to credit my bills for 2½ months I was out of my house & unable to use service (evacuated) But a serious note to BT - get something together for dealing with others in same position?

    @bt_uk So @bt_uk @Ofcom after 2 wks STILL no landline or broadband BT deactivated 4G hybrid hub 6/4/22 didn’t say them cancelling order would do that Promised replacement 7/4/22 never arrived Sent to old address? Then promised by 12/4 (nothing!) now saying 15/4 earliest #Noservice

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph How do I complain and get my money back? Was missold a new BT Business product and tried to cancel twice (first time on day it was sold). All cancellation requests ignored and transfer went ahead anyway. Lost website, emails, days of business. 1/4
