    Either my @bt_uk VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently, lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I notified you last week that my mum had passed away and heard JackShit from you. Mum however, has had 2 emails from you, one ending your service and another asking her to box up and return her equipment. That'll be some trick, she's dead! outstanding customer service 👏

    @camiswise89 @bt_uk My problem is not on my side of the master socket; I know it is external. Always has been. Back to normal now. I just wish full-fibre would hurry up and arrive. A lot of my area has been upgraded, but not mine 😢😢😢
