Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk If the broadband is so good why do you need mobile backup?? Never regret leaving BT after Years of rubbish copper line prehistoric broadband.... dare say I will go back when FTTH comes round

Changing broadband and TV? Don't get duped and trapped into a @NOW contract that can't be cancelled only upgraded with @bt_uk . Take independently so there is no contract and can cancel at any time.

@SkyHelpTeam So the ' help 'I got was for me to ring @bt_uk to see if there was an issue with their Internet connection. Which there isn't as everything else been ok bar sky! Just admit sky your boxes are cack and we can move on! Always trying to blame others for your own failings.
