Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

Sit-Rep:Day 10 and Fast Fibre connectivity is going nowhere at all, never mind fast.Still not connected, house done, cable routed, zero sign of another engineer.Another weekend ruined, great, great, great @bt_uk !

@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk Hi BT, we have BT fibre which has been down since last night. Had a text message to say there has been a fault detected and since fixed but still isn't working despite resets etc. From what ai understand this is effecting local residents. Any ideas when this will be up?

@bt_uk hi, my dads phone isn’t working properly. Every time someone tries to ring him, it goes quiet then says this person isn’t available. He doesn’t get the calls, just texts to say he has missed a call. Please help as this is causing issues with work? Many thanks
