@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk @BTBusiness We called yesterday to tell you our business is closing on 25th June yet you pulled the plug immediately, leaving us without internet and a working till today. Sheer incompetence on your part, complaint initiated, ombudsman next. Don’t use BT!

At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!
