  Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

  @bt_uk They said that the booking didn’t go through (this is now the second time!!). This is absolutely insane. We’re now being punished becuawe Bt messed up. They said I now can’t rebook at all for 24 hours and they have no idea when next booking is??? Can I speak to a senior complaint

  @bt_uk can you help my dads broadband isn’t working correctly..nothing will load and when it does load it’s buffering,I can’t even load google on my phone ..yet blue light is on and advisor said no issues with connection

  @bt_uk could you ask your developers to document the Digital Voice handshake? Given I currently have everything on a battery backup, an additional (up to) 18W is kind of worrying given recent issues with power cuts. I already have DECT/VOIP and have no need for the smart hub

  @bt_uk I've been paying for a service for the last 2 years that I have not been receiving or subscribed too ! And now I have no WiFi connection for the last 48 hours loss of earnings paid over £600 more then I should of over 2 years and told I'd be refunded months ago ! WOW!
