@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Hello @BTBusiness @BTCare we’ve been waiting for our phone and broadband to be installed since 3rd September. Having no joy with your agents online, by phone or email. We would like to escalate this as a complaint as it’s now impacting our beneficiaries.

@bt_uk Once again a massive thank you to #LukeinLincoln. When everyone else was refusing to help me, he turned things around. What did he do? He provided me great customer service, he provided me a solution that ensured I had a running wifi, he made sure to stay in contact.

@bt_uk It's a residential account, and no the problem hasn't been fixed since Friday 08/10. Been given Wednesday 12/10 as the timeframe. Wil I be compensated for lost time because I work from home? That isn't good at all...

@bt_uk I don't want to be compensated for loss of earnings, but you need to appease me as a customer, at least cancelling my bill for the month or something along those lines. Fault ref # is VOL013-718284185548.

@bt_uk . Worst Broadband service available. No service for over a week, no call backs and no compensation because they failed to book appointments and call backs. Totally disgusting worst service ever. Do not go with them at all.waste of time and over priced money

Day 68 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT
