@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

@EE and @btsport it soon will be a week since I added BT Sport on large screen add-on to my contract! my subscription still doesn’t work. I missed football this weekend, which we expected to watch with my little son. EE Customer service cannot resolve the issue.What should I do?!

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk They can't help: they tell me I can't cancel digital voice, an upgrade attempt will be remade every month. Last power cut was 6 hours+ in July 2021. You're placing elderly isolated customers at risk of harm by removing phone line & access to support. What does @age_uk think?

Hey @bt_uk think you might need your sales team ready @SkyHelpTeam have had 18 hour internet blackout in Manchester. Can’t even give a guesstimate on when they’ll be back on line. Self employed people are taking a hammering and the customer service is inadequate and condescending
