@bt_uk I don't understand why you can't keep my email address up to date on your systems. I changed it awhile ago and support updated it for me but recently I started getting billing notifications again to my old email. I haven't got any useful help from your live chat support

So @bt_uk failed with their own stay fast guarantee. They had to make some changes on the account and now because of those changes have contracted me did a further 2 years despite saying they wouldn’t. Calls are recorded…sort it BT. Utterly useless. How do I open a complaint…

@bt_uk we moved over to your service last week on Tuesday, waited for your 3 settling days and the service has not worked properly. @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp have confirmed there is an issue with the line. Still waiting for service 10 days on, what’s the SLA?

@bt_uk Engineer appointment booked to fix broadband between 8-10 this morning. Currently 10:20, still no broadband and no sign of an engineer 🤷 24hours+ without broadband so far
