@bt_uk only been with you 3 months and wifi is a absolute joke im sat 8 ft away from the router and it says poor wifi carnt even get it upstairs or in the garden im 43 a month for this crap never had a problem with virgin and I have boosters in every room

@bt_uk @bt_uk thanks Rita, but nothing has changed since I reported the fault on Thursday except for BT removing my right to cancel my contract early. As I said, my belief is that nothing has been done as of yet.

@SamsungUK @btsport I have a Samsung tv. While the product itself is amazing @SamsungUK are struggling to register its 5 year gaurantee. The service is so poor. No one takes responsibility. I want to give up but not sure how easy it is to return the tv

@bt_uk my internet has been off since Thursday AM and all I’ve had from BT is that the engineers will attempt to fix the issue by Thursday 9th June. My belief is that nothing has been attempted to be fixed at all this far.

@candicemcqueen1 @Angels35Karen @bt_uk I’ve seen it before with freestanding lamps - weird likes but does happen. I’d unplug everything you can and reboot your router and see if it makes a difference. If it does switch on 1 item at a time until you find out what’s causing the issue

@btsport MotoGP. Ineos failed in their multibillion £ attempt to buy Chelsea, maybe they could buy the Suzuki race team and IP, and a great British name (Norton would be best) and support this sport like they do F1, GP sailing etc?
