    @bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph @Cbomb91 6 months of hell from BT, 9 weeks and still not dealt with complaint... ongoing issues monthly. Now taking complaint to ombudsman

    Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk very pleased with the service from BT. Courteous, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. 😀 my fault is fixed and I'm a happy customer.

    @bt_uk I signed up with that last summer when they were running the fibre lines. Currently just says VDSL available. Just curious why 3 streets are left out of the rollout and it’s impossible to get any further details with Openreach as an end customer.

    @BTCare Our outage is a network issue but website says services in our area are fine. Currently without internet until Thursday or until the minihub gets here that doesn’t have Ethernet. How am I suppose to work from home?

    @BTCare Hi guys, I need a line test doing. I’m on BT Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 1 and I’m almost certain my connection keeps dropping. The logs on the HomeHub are tricky to decipher, but I want the FTTP line checked please. For the cost per-month I expect a rock-solid service.

    @bt_uk Hmm, I’ve done all that before - and whilst it’s alright for fixing speed issues, it’s not proven a solution to the WAN failures. It’s probably happening far more often than I realise.

    @bt_uk I have recently changed my BTTV package to be your new @NOWTV entertainment package. I have to say the stability of the platform is shockingly bad. It frequently freezes requiring a hard reset. Such a massive downgrade on my previous BT subscription.
