Either my @btcare VDSL line has a fault or BT has issues in Elgin currently but lines refusing to sync and has been like this for the last hour.

@sweetlyfeofmine @bt_uk Ha funny how costumer support skips u happy costumers. Just shows how little they care. Talk talk contract finished and I wanted to change my broadband. Twitter is good place to see how Buisness actually work and I can happily say I feel like virgin got better service then @bt_uk

@bt_uk your service is shocking - we have been without internet for 15 days - called your teams 5 times over the past few days. Promised a call today to update us and still nothing we call this evening and get told the order is cancelled! This is ridiculous!!! @MarcAllera

@bt_uk My internet’s been down all day with no sign of recovery. I wfh, my work completely relies on internet availability, and the earliest you can send an eng. is in 2 days??!! That’s already 2 lost working days 😞

@bt_uk A contract that prevents us from leaving you, but doesn’t guarantee pricing stability? So basically it’s a hostage contract that gives the consumer 0 rights while protecting the monopoly conglomerate ? Why should I have a contract at all then? @OFTgov is this right?
