Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

  • Veeoh Mark Thomas (@Veeoh) reported

Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.

  • kiritmagic the_magician (@kiritmagic) reported

@bt_uk Too little too late... @SwishFibre are 90 times better in terms if download speed. Their engineers are part of their company and not outsourced to @BTSopenreach. They were in fact ex BT employees and knew how poor the company was and therefore left.

  • BlueZh Michael Zhane (@BlueZh) reported

@bt_uk Hi. ISSUE 1 There's a mix-up with my online account details. I ordered fibre broadband. Your something was lagging on my order date, as I had to order twice. I ended up with two accounts or order refs. You previously got rid of the extra order ref. 1/

  • AdvertsLounge LoungeAdverts (@AdvertsLounge) reported

@bt_uk And what will that achieve? Unless the complaint will get the issue resolved today. I can't see them point of raising a complaint. I'll just stick with moaning into the void. But thank you for your offer.

  • NoSportHeath NoSport (@NoSportHeath) reported

@bt_uk can someone please tell me when our service will be back up and running it’s been over 24 hours

  • ifenn Ian Fenn (@ifenn) reported

And then a @btbusinesscare employee send me an email with a different customer’s address details in and none of the information I requested. Seriously, WTH?

  • cowanauskas John Cowan (@cowanauskas) reported

@bt_uk That’s what we did only to be told in the phone it’s not their problem.

  • DominicTarason Dominic Tarason (@DominicTarason) reported

Alright, this is beyond a joke. I've been completely without internet/phone for over a week now. The BT Openreach engineers tried and failed to fix it last week. More were meant to be here this morning. It's now 4:30pm. Nothing What's going on here, BT_UK?

  • AdvertsLounge LoungeAdverts (@AdvertsLounge) reported

@bt_uk My devices in my house are hardwired. As in they don't use wi-fi. Add to that, that I barely have reception in my house to the BT mobile network. And it's not going to connect to my access points. So it's not an ideal solution
