@bt_uk Done all this. Earliest is Tuesday. But as no one seems to understand. There’s not a problem at my house. There are three villages entirely without broadband. I’ve texted. Phoned and emailed. All with the same result. No one is listening.

@bt_uk Hi, having real problems roaming in Greece. 7 text mess recieved since I arrived on Weds, 2 telling me I'm in Turkey. I made sure I had Roam from home but I've been charged £9.99 with the first 7mins of arriving. Can you help.

Had a appointment with open reach booked today to fix my internet and a BT engineer has been sent again cause open reach are on strike ahahaha you can’t make it uppp man you lot are the worst company for help why book me a open reach appointment if they can’t come? @bt_uk

@bt_uk appointment booked today to install fibre as a new customer, 11 -6, however no show! O don't care if there's a strike on, we've been inundated all week with emails from @BT yet when it comes down to it no show. @bt_uk couldn't even be bothered to call us and explain!
