@bt_uk Thanks. Since I've reset it to a single channel, it seems to have settled down. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and get back to you if it starts to play up again.

@bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@bt_uk are the issues going to be fixed overnight with broadband, after following steps through Sky, its showing that it seems to be an issue with the ONT? PON is not showing green as it should and is red/orange, seen reports of outages around the North West

@bt_uk I have sent you a DM. I have never had such a bad service from anyone before. Even the openreach engineer said we must raise an urgent complaint. How can a phone company not be able to contact another part of BT by phone?

@bt_uk is there an issue with the distribution of return bags. I’ve continually requested every time I have received an email reminder. Never received a bag and I bet I’ll be charged for not returning it

@bt_uk Hi - we have a broadband outage in our area. When I try to use my mini hub, it says I’ve used up my credit? I didn’t realise I had credit - I thought this should be used when the connection is down?

@bt_uk Do you have a fraud department? I’ve got a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe money for a BT contract. I’ve never had a contract with yourselves.

@bt_uk @BTCare I’ve spent a total of 7 hours on phone with BT just this week! Let down yet again by BT today. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They say they can’t use phones to speak to openreach, only fill in a form which can take 7 days!!!! Absolute joke. No customer care
