    @btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?

    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    @henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

    @bt_uk I have had a complaint ongoing since November. I have now written to the Ombudsman and my MP. Thanks for the offer but BT are clearly unable to sort this.

    @btbusinesscare Our broadband has been down for over a week. Spoken to numerous people numerous times, all promising results. Still no broadband. We have guests staying in our holiday cottages that have paid for broadband who are not receiving it. I am paying for broadband & not receiving it.

    @bt_uk I have been trying to sort out my landline for nearly 3 weeks. It is impossible to either speak to someone in customer service or when I do finally get through they have to transfer me and then I lose them. I just want to cancel my three way telephone, but no one knows how

    @Titch_Sheep @bt_uk 2013 our power was down for 5 days - roads blocked, no generators in the village,no gas canisters, transmitters down, analogue phone was the only contact with the outside, digital is going to take this option away, council gave out instructions on FB !! Very clever, no mobile.
