  @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

  @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  Spent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though
