    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @ObjectiveDDay @bt_uk I did. Inconvenience ongoing, but daughter not happy bcos of uni work that can't be done online, with e-mail down, meetings, classes, plus her new job contacts to be chased up etc. Also, from original fault on Wed to est fix on 10th Feb is not good.

    @bt_uk Hi phone line ok with dial tone. Was the wifi printer which automatically connected. Have just tried on laptop and wifi connected ok but slow

    @bt_uk My parents have now made 30 calls to you since mid December and the problem with their landline isn’t sorted. First you got rid of their number and then once you restored it they can’t receive calls from other landlines. They are getting very frustrated. Please sort asap

    @btsport World Senior Darts - it’s great to watch but sound & picture quality is consistently awful! - MC is muffled & different volume to commentators & picture shakes. Scoreboard slow to keep up & has disappeared at times - feels like we have production quality of 30 yrs ago!

    @btsport @EE why is linking my account so I can use my by sport package super stressful and giving me anxiety all your steps just send you around in circles. I’ve never been as stressed out as I am now just trying to log in you both have the worlds worst and hardest sites.

    @Rainbow6Game how is this fair ? Banned 2 days for “ your connection is too slow, you have been removed from the match” … also I have to thank @bt_uk for providing dial up internet in the 21st century … 🙄
