@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk we will be changing supplier as can no longer afford BT prices. What date would be need to cancel our broadband, so we don't have to pay for two lots of broadband at the same time.

@bt_uk It's not a fault, it's the way the broadband was installed on the exterior of the property. The neighbours wire is hidden under the step, ours is up over the door and looks awful
