    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    @bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    Currently have no services after BT @bt_uk disconnected us despite me calling earlier in the week and being assured they had updated our contract expiry. Had extended the expiry several times over the past month so had no warning BT would fail so badly.

    @bt_uk Yes, that's the exact problem. BT confirmed over the phone the contract had been extended to 19 November. Except it hadn't and you have no means of rectifying your error. Whether it's human error or system error you've completely let us down and caused so much stress.

    @SkyUK @btcomplainer @BTCare I didn’t want to leave sky telephone service but due to sky not able to block 118 I had no choice. My elderly mum has not had her own number for 3 weeks now & all broken promises to fix. My take on this don’t move to BT.

    What a farce @Plusnet is. Three days now and major problems with their email and still not resolved. They must surely experience a massive loss of customers as a result. And they are part of @bt_uk Huge brand damage.

    @bt_uk my parents have had 3 prices from 3 calls on contract renewal with a lot of confusion. @NOW will provide the same product for the half the price. Why is it so difficult to provide clear information? Awful service from a supposed top brand. Poor show.
