@bt_uk Morning. So although I had a problem with my WiFi disc an engineer was sent out this morning but he only deals with connections from the street box to the house. He said engineers are not allowed on the house due to Covid. Not sure how I'm ever going to get the WiFi disc sorted?

@KirstyLFC1892 Virgin broadband is fast but tv is ****, went back to sky a couple years ago, just got a new deal full package with btsport and multi-room and there new broadband, £89.00 just tell them you want to drop your package down as your finding it hard, should give you a better deal

@bt_uk Just to get it in the record, broadband dropped off again at 11:25-30am. Sent “Fix” text at 11:39am, auto-response was that line check could take up to 15 mins. At 11:55am, broadband reconnected, though no report back from diagnostics.

@btbusinesscare Seems not a technical issue but a product offering issue. I could switch my physical connection to the residential Full Fibre 900 product and get the 900Mbps. What is preventing BT from offering this level of service even if best effort above Ultra Fast 2 rates to businesses?

@ScouseBirdBlogs @bt_uk They are horrendous, took me six months to resolve an issue a couple of years back. Mostly caused by external call centres who just don’t have the capacity to deal with your issue. I would never use again. Virgin and Sky are only a smidgeon better though

@BTCare How many times a mth do I lose my internet!?! I work from home & cannot have this! I certainly cannot pay MORE THAN TWICE my mthly payment to get ‘guaranteed’ internet. Why am I paying at all if you cannot give me wot I’m paying for? 4 days for fix too! Not happy 😡
