@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Working on Edge, have restarted Chrome and updated to the latest version, still not connecting via that browser. I hope it's only a session cookie that'll time out, it's just so damn inconvenient. BT Mail is still nowhere as 'good' as the previous Yahoo version.

@bt_uk it's taken umpteen phone calls, 3 weeks and 2 last minute cancelled appointments to find out there's no room at the [comms box] inn. It would be good to talk . . . Shocking customer service!

@bt_uk So if I understand this correctly you take the order, arrange payment, let people go to the inconvenience of arranging time off for the appointment and only then check whether you can provide the service? It also doesn't explain why the fibre team have cancelled the order. Twice.
