@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Ok, but please understand my father in law suffers from Parkinson’s and is getting very frustrated with the whole issue and is venting it on family as he has no mobile and left alone needs that land line for his own reassurance

@BTCare you are pathetic. You automatically renewed BT sport on a contract without checking. Try to cancel it as the accout belongs to a 90 year old with dementia, and you want the contract paying up. @skytv were brilliant when we had to cancel.

@bt_uk Fact remains, our customer service is way below that of @skytv in matters like this. They were so helpful, where @Bt_uk were just so unhelpful, and unsympathetic to the situation

@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.
