    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk When we first moved here we were using the internet my other half had set up and it was fine, when trying to cancel with yourselves I was told about being stuck in a contract till Feb 2023 so we got you all setup and have been experiencing a high rate of below average ever since

    So @BTCare Wi-Fi disconnect every 5 mins since approx midday yest. Purple flashing (Halo 3) suggests hardware connectivity issues, which I’ve checked indoors; cables, sockets, etc. So what next, cause in the event log I wouldn’t know my WANs from my LANs or anything in between 😬

    @bt_uk If there is more than one thing going on be it someone streaming, me working, gaming or whatever, someone’s having a bad time. To say I was with an unheard of to me previously supplier before this and having no problems just highlights how poor this is.

    @bt_uk Doesn't leave BT in a good light James. Maybe you can help me. I have full fibre 2. 70mb download but only 1mb upload. It's unusable. No one seems to be able to help. I am told it is being escalated to openreach to check externally. I'd like some more info and compensation. Ta

    @bt_uk I’ve made a complaint to BT anyway because instead of trying to solve my problem, I was being sold a more expensive broadband package. I’m not about pay even more when the fault lies with Bt

    @bt_uk the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. 4 no show appointments. Staff blatantly ignoring emails/complaints. I will never ever use them again

    Hey @bt_uk, is there any particular reason why in the past week and a half I have contacted you 7 times trying to resolve an issue (caused by yourselves), been promised a call back by 5 different staff (including a manager), but have yet to have a single call?!?

    @bt_uk No internet/broadband in DA14 & nothing useful on your status checker other than there is a fault that will be fixed in 24hrs. I work from home so need to be online. What exactly is the problem?

    @bt_uk Still there, so now doing a factory reset, been having quite a few issues in the last couple of weeks with this box.
