    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @btsport purchasing Wrestlemania is proving extremely difficult. I cant purchase via my Sky Box. Told to go to sky web site. That takes me to BT Sport web site. Then asked to enter my viewing card number. Dead end. Terrible service. Itโ€™s like you donโ€™t want us to by it.

    @bt_uk is it possible to get a free replacement router for my broadband as it drops minimum 3/4 times a day iv done the line check thing and it seems thereโ€™s no problems I canโ€™t even watch a YouTube video without it looking pixelated itโ€™s a joke!

    @bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

    @bt_uk I've sent you a DM - no engineer has been today. This is really, really disappointing. I rely on broadband to work from home. Your inability to fix the fault has cost me a lot of money in mobile data. We will cancel our contract unless you fix this very soon.
