    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk do you think ringing 3 times in 3 minutes while people are working from home is good customer care. When I answered to tell the person I was in a work meeting they continued to try and discuss my contract. I ended up having to hang up.

    Great to wake up to no broadband because it seems @bt_uk transferred my landline from @EE prior to equipment being ready because @OpenreachHelp can’t install due to lockdown: even though my new service will not be on the landline! Even the external work isn’t done yet...

    @bt_uk I've lost a job. I've lost a wage we DESPERATELY needed. We have no money and no work and now I need to use my mobile data so my kid can learn I'm a social media manager. This is not acceptable especially to a long term customer. We had the gall to make a change and here we are.

    I am now facing having to cancel #MentalHealth treatment that I have been waiting two years for because @bt_uk can’t sort out a simple broadband swap over - all treatment being done via teams due to #COVIDー19 & #BT just don’t care @MindCharity just can’t take much more

    @bt_uk three weeks of lies and this morning I find out openreach HAVE NOT applied to the council to do the work needed to fix my elderly mums phone. Was told this happened weeks ago.

    @anna55806428 @bt_uk @Portal_Queen The service is awful. I can’t even home school my children using the 1mbs service we have. They don’t care though! As long as they have your money.

    Just had a phone call, supposedly from @bt_uk saying the internet is going down, all over the UK, in 2 hrs time - and they provide internet for everyone! Since we are with @virginmedia I suspect a scam!!! Anyone else heard anything?

    @btbusinesscare I’ve been on WhatsApp for 1 hour now and darent hang up. If it’s not replacing our fibre bb then being charged DOUBLE for just the dongle, no phone line and most basic service is outrageous. I’m also being charged for kit I was told would be FOC!!!!

    @btbusinesscare Sadly they’re not helping. I’m being charged £85 for overspend on data. We no longer have a business premises and your dongle is so slow I cannot WFH... Please escalate and help. Small businesses can’t survive like this.
