    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk The issue is not with freeview, the channels work fine on a different tv through the aerial. It’s the BT box causing the issue.

    @bt_uk Are you going o address or even attempt to fix these problems? The last 3 days in the UK constantly dropping in connection. Non stop disconnecting and no I aint the only one, hundreds if not thousands reporting same problem, we pay yo enough money for what?

    @chimmo @bt_uk I have been trying to get in touch with them all day, and the only way possible was to press option 5 (if you are thinking of leaving) to speak to an advisor 30 min wait. As you say poor service.

    Only have to get to May and my contact expires: that is assuming @bt_uk don’t renew it without talking to me and charging me almost twice as much as we’re: that’s what happened last time: and it’s been **** since. Funny that. Existing customers? Who care about them hey.
