  @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

  @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

  @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

  @phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!

  @bt_uk Hi, my internet has been down all day and it's driving me crazy. I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

  Had a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  Why do BT/TNT Sports make it so hard on their website to cancel your subscriptions? So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports
