    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    Another @bt_uk mess up should I be surprised, 2 missed engineer appointments still no WIFI. Took 4 months to fix my mothers BT issues not hopeful for mine #appallingservice #notsurprised @guy_ducker

    @bt_uk Because the last time we dealt with BT was back in the 2000s. It was the WORST customer experience of my life, BAR NONE. One of your moronic staff swore at us and hung up in the middle of an emergency. I WILL NEVER PUT UP WITH BT's IGNORANCE & INCOMPETENCE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE

    @bt_uk @BTCare 02072868565 just called with a strong indian accent claiming to be BT Tech support. she asked me how my day was going . I replied great but I haven't got time for a scam call at the moment. She then hung up on me. How rude!!. I really doubt it was BT.

    @bt_uk Please help. I am isolating and my recently widowed elderly mother has had her phone and broadband cut off (only wanted to stop broadband) £70 to reinstall it seems wrong! Who can I speak to?

    @bt_uk You're calling and asking for sensitive information and encouraging customers to give that to you. You don't see the issue with that. So a scammer can call and ask for that same information and due to BT's own practice will probably be given that sensitive security information.
