@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk I want to extend my deal, the consultant say is not available in my area, and he cancel my contract. When o line was all available, so 8 called again, woman told me that she can't do anything as I cancel the contract and she need uncalled, she promised me called back in 24h
