@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Too little too late... @SwishFibre are 90 times better in terms if download speed. Their engineers are part of their company and not outsourced to @BTSopenreach. They were in fact ex BT employees and knew how poor the company was and therefore left.

@bt_uk @EE the stress of this is causing them to get ill. They pay over a hundred a month for BT and EE and this is the shocking service they get. I'm calling again tomorrow, let's hope I can get them some answers. It'll probably be 'an engineer appointment ' & they won't show!

@bt_uk your new fibre service is shocking we keep losing signal and when we speak to your tech guys they say it's fine but it's not working ! should never of gone to full fibre grrrr will think twice when contacts due up about going with bt been a customer for 18 years plus

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

@bt_uk I have just finished a 42min conversation with BT. Some telesales at the weekend cancelled my phone line,15 year loyalty bonus.I have lost line, discounts, broadband and worse my home number. My history with BT gone. Please help me ASAP, I can DM you details.

@bt_uk Apparently the phone is on the way, so I don't think so now. Thank you for your response You could perhaps pass on the the reflection that phone menus are a terrible way to deal with customers. Inflexible and irritating. It's always far better to talk to a real person

@bt_uk Texting Fix requires a landline number, which I believe we don’t have, so I am unable to use that service, is there any other way you can check outage in my area?

@bt_uk No, and I’m trying to ascertain why this wasn’t factored in when I originally put in the order? Surely you know the network? I’m trying to find out when this is going to be installed, otherwise I’ll be looking at alternative providers
