@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Hi, I have just ran the diagnostics for this and it says the issue won’t be fixed until 3am? It’s been down for 8 hours already, and now a further 4. It’s already affected my working day and now it’s affecting my partners as he can’t work this tonight either.

@bt_uk just upgraded to FFTP and when I speed check I am supposed to get 121MB download speeds but Netflix is buffering. What is going on as I never had this problem with previous supplier with lower speeds.

@bt_uk Thats because I've been talking to your customer service team for weeks on the phone. How is it possible that in 2020, you don't have a 24 hour call line? Surely in the modern world you realise that people use their Internet after 8pm?

@bt_uk @kittoched We tried to upgrade our system but when engineer arrived he told us he couldn’t do it. I have an booster/extendinder disc and still my security door bell shows “poor WiFi connection” We also have to do a weekly reset due to it slowing down.

@bt_uk I know what’s happened with it, after another day of my life wasted and more spent on the phone, I was told the engineer didn’t come as he didn’t have the right equipment, the equipment I confirmed with your customer service guy who rang me yesterday was down he needed, no hope
