@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

So cancelling @btsport and they have set up a new account for when we moved house…. Trying to tie us down for an extra 12 months. Admitted the mistake and want to charge a cancellation fee. Don’t think so. #whatajoke

@bt_uk this has to be the worst Internet provider that I have had. Logged no Internet, said it was a fault outside the house and they would send an engineer (how convenient I wouldn't even know of they have been or not) problem fixed !!Still cannot watch a show without buffering

@bt_uk Hi, we've been having issues with our Broadband/WiFI since last night. Every 20 minutes or so the whole thing goes down and we are without Internet. The landline is also crackling. Are you able to help with this?
