@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

After a 6 hour engineer visit on Friday and explaining that I had an online exam today I thought my @bt_uk broadband was fixed. Nope, cut out halfway through my exam this afternoon! Wish I’d stayed with Sky.

@20MinuteTims Not down to level of failure. If it was he would be gone by now. He's holding off for his last big managerial payoff before a Sky pundit career awaits. It wouldn't be btsport cos sutton would tear him a new one.

Waiting since 8 20 am for BT WiFi engineer, booked & confirmed between 8am -1pm. Fixed neighbour’s last week & turned us off simultaneously🙄. They know the exact problem - shocking service @bt_uk - where are you? #youandyours

@bt_uk NEVER use BT broadband. Ordered a new package and chose to swap from Sky to BT, so far we’ve been delayed 12 days and now they’re saying they don’t know when they can sort this. We are without any WiFi and my mum works from home and my brother is doing online A-levels. !!!
