I should have been called back within 1 hour (14:35) but still not heard back. Why is it that BT is now worst in the UK?

jayne tripp (@Evans19Jayne) reported@bt_uk Bill no M129SL gb 10992985 ann Howard she was charged 54.60 instead of 35.10 for a late payment. She didn't receive any reminder or letter due to postal strike. Times are hard and this feels a little excessive considering she has been a loyal customer.

My neighbours are all in. the same boat no connection for 9 days due to cable being replaced. If its not resolved, im seeking compensation.
