@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk why have you failed to show up on 2 separate occasions for an expert-visit appointment at my mother's home? And why do you consider that level of customer service - with no attempt to contact her to advise her of engineer unavailability - acceptable? Because it is not.

@bt_uk Shockingly bad service today -my nearly 80 year old Father left with no landline til Weds after waiting 2 months for bband installation thanks to your cowboy installers MJ Quinn who cut his landline & left. Phoned BT advisor on Dad's behalf v unhelpful. How to claim comp?

@bt_uk Not so great to be told 4 days for an engineer visit, I have to take 4 days holiday or don’t get paid, and to top it off just had a letter saying my bill is going up. Shocking service

@bt_uk never had trouble with a lined phone these i can not stand i have not had proper working internet since last feb i even paid 100 to get my modem moved as i was advised to do so as was told internet would be better but no its worse sorry but i spend a lot of money a month ?
