@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

3 o clock kick offs are so **** why would @premierleague @SkySports @btsport want less people to watch a game when by televising it would make them literally so much more money it just goes down as another stupid business decision from retards that run football and don’t care

@bt_uk There are copious notes on our account but basically you can’t provide the FTTP broadband to house, we have just moved to, but the handling of this has been awful, with no one taking ownership, so we are moving providers and do not expect to be charged any exit penalties

@bt_uk hi, I’m having terrible problems with my internet lately, dropping out, lights going to red but when I use the app it says it finds no faults multiple times a day, I reset it at least once a day…any suggestions?

@bt_uk @Ofcom 1 week since we were cut off, another week before we will be reconnected! every day last week on the phone to BT, all I got was lies, false promises and fobbed off! disgusting way to treat customers, it's worse that 70s Britain!!

@TylerSheekz1 @bt_uk Did you ever get this issue sorted? I have this problem currently too - would like to get it sorted because I just keep getting lag spikes and so my ping spikes really high causing jitters in game. Please let me know ASAP
