@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk The chap from Openreach just rang my doorbell- there was a loose connection- he can't get a mobile signal where I live so he's going to drive off and test it again in the next 10 minutes 👍

@bt_uk 2/2 and every complaint is conveniently blamed on @OpenreachHelp. I don’t pay my bill to them, I pay it to BT. @WeAreOpenreach won’t invest in rural broadband but BT happily take the money anyway.

@bt_uk wondering what my options are if theres no engineer to fix my outside line, the contract is with EE so wondering which other affiliates you all have so I know who NOT to waste more money with.
