@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk is this some kind of joke? Yet again an engineer was at the box again today, and has somehow made the situation for me worse then yesterday. My phone line was working but the internet signal kept dropping. Today we now have no phone line and no internet what so ever.

@bt_uk can you please help me, my elderly mum has been having broadband problems for a while now and despite various attempts and promises it hasn’t been fixed and an engineer due out today hasn’t turned up and she is living rurally and relies on broadband to keep in contact

@bt_uk To be clear. I got charged silly money on a call from my mobile to this landline of yours whilst trying to sort issues for the charity. I just can't believe you get to use a premium line without clear statement of the costs. @Ofcom

Booked broadband with @bt_uk even though they are more expensive wanted good customer service. I have had nothing but good service. Have let me down again and again! Worst experience ever. I would highly recommend using another provider to everyone I know.

Today is the 18th day @bt_uk has left a vulnerable disabled customer with epilepsy without emergency assistance, due to cutting broadband and phone line off by their own admission their mistake. The catalogue of errors has been shocking. Last straw now, I don’t know what to do 😭
