@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Over a week since lost Fibre broadband, no attempt to repair, no sign of an engineer at the location. Mini Hub backup is a marketing load of nonsense, no back up to a Fibre customer. Misinformation #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk As a new customer I’m not greatly impressed. The app and customer portal offer self service help only. I had to google to find the link I needed to test my line. And it failed to book an engineer. A lot of your help revolves around “what is your phone number?” 150 seems to close

@bt_uk It seems that when McAfee VPN is turned on I can't log onto BT but when VPN is turned off there is now problem. Any recommended solutions to this issue?
