Worse is the customer service, promising call backs that never happen. And hours spent ringing them and costs of phone data.

Katherine (@KatGoulder) reported@bt_uk waited all day for BTOpenreach engineer. After spending two days on phone trying to fix issue was assured engineer would come this am and we’d get a call at 2pm to comfirm sorted. Neither happened. Trying to switch from Sky. Close to changing mind!
