  @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

  @bt_uk Thank you. The problem is the criminals evade blocking filters with random generated addresses. Some divert to junk, but in recent months the problem has got out of control. This needs providers to act, track & stop at source. I’m so fed up I may delete my account totally. 😵‍💫

  Just had to reboot our @bt_uk WiFi and TV box as it kept dropping out. Hope this has solved the problem

  @bt_uk I need the industry to pause and see this is not easy OR SAFE for every home right now! There are issues. There is a lack of knowledge in those dealing with customers (apart from David who helped me from BT... he actually listened).

  @jamclarkey @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Yes l get that it's a bigger picture but l have an elderly Mum who keeps getting cut off on the phone cos the broadband drops. My issue is that it's being rolled out without the smaller issues addressed, let alone in rural areas with poor or no mobile signal.

  We’ve had a problem on one of our BT lines. @OpenreachHelp fixed it within 24 hours. The engineer who came went the extra mile. Thank you, @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Had long involved call from bt security needing to make me more secure. My laptop couldn't open their help site. Said they'd fix it externally but would need to disconnect my broadband for the next 72 hours... over Christmas! ?? Really?? Looking to change supplier!

  @BTCare internet gone down this morning. Contacted BT. External problem might not be fixed until 29th Dec. Not good as it also means TV apps all down as well
