@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@btsport have put the price up to me by 40% and tell me it’s @Ofcom approved! How? 40% increase, robbing bastards. They won’t let me cancel without a fee because apparently I missed the cancellation date that was sent by email. Only found out it had gone up when i had the Bill

@btsportfootball @btsport Why are you trying to blame Klopp? As a paying customer I was ashamed of your employee that was argumentative and unprofessional during the interview. Just that you pay money for the games does not give you the right to think you can run the game. You are putting players at risk.

@bt_uk was promised a call by a manager at 6pm re bt advisor conduct. On hold for 30mins have given up. Poor show BT after 7years it might have to be the end. A call please

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time
