    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Good Morning. Really need to complain about my broadband connection. It drops out frequently and is not acceptable especially as my son is working from home. A good connection is essential. Will I need to change provider or can you do anything to help. Please!!!

    @bt_uk You tell me I get 14.03 mbps, that's poor in my view; just because it's above the minimum doesn't make it ok. You tell me I have 14 devices, I do not, maybe some of them are historic connections? You keep asking me about getting super-fast broadband but you can't supply it.

    @bt_uk WFH but no internet this morning. Can't even do the self-help via the app because your advisor wouldn't replace the old modem. Problems since day 1. Monopolies suck.

    @bt_uk How can you justify the fees you charge for broadband and wi-fi when for the last three days they have not worked properly? Slow internet speeds and frequent interruptions in service occurs on a regular basis and is inexcusable when it prevents clinically vulnerable people

    Seriously Scotland i despair I really do. Scum companies like @bt_uk and @SkySports have ***** us for years. We are nothing but cash cows in UK...**** them all we need to start looking after ourselves. **** them and their English bias..wankers. we NEED independence

    So have been to my shop today & find that @bt_uk have been on to my property, dug a hole, laid cables, run those cables up my shop wall (drilling into my wall) & across to service other shops. Without mine or my partners permission.
