This is not stay the connected promise I was sold this is the wait 24 hours promise

It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!
