    @henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

    seeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

    @bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

    Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

    @bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

    Superstars of La Rochelle brilliant and Gloucester did well to hang in there. As a neutral watching, most disappointing was @btsport team who from the outset have barely had a positive word about Gloucester, short of players, and lots.of injuries. Hope tomorrow is more balanced.

    @bt_uk With what? The fact that as soon as 3 devices are in use everything grinds to a halt? The fact that I have complained at internet speeds by telephone on lots of occasions? Or maybe the fact that every bout of wind brings crossover telephone/ internet problems. BT is well aware.

    @bt_uk Trying to help my elderly Mum get onto the best package for her call/broadband usage. Currently she's paying far too much. We've identified a package on your website. When we try 2 upgrade 2 it, your website takes the preferred option away & offers a more expensive one.
