Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

@bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

@bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

@henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

Our BT internet is down which is a massive pain. Although not fixed @BTCare have been excellent. Without asking they provided free unlimited mobile data on all mobiles and sent a 4g hub.

@BrambleLulu @bt_uk You'll want @WeAreOpenreach for that - BT Retail don't actually maintain the physical network, that's done by the almost-separate-but-not-quite Openreach... who in fairness last time I reported a similar issue where I lived did come out and sort it a couple days later.
