@bt_uk Wi-fi issues in SN12. Can connect to broadband ok with full strength signal but no apps, websites are responding. Diagnostics on BT account say no problem???

@bt_uk I am extremely disappointed, not only was new date not arranged i also have to wait 48 hours to be told another date. I waited in all day for an engineer who was never going to arrive.
