  @bt_uk Very angry to find that during an emergency, made worse by rising tide, your emergency phone was out of action meaning a 100m+ run was nec. to call 999 and the adjacent defibrillator was not available. How long do you think is OK before you fix that phone?

  @bt_uk locked out of my account says my username & password is incorrect. When I click on forgotten login details it doesn't even recognise my home telephone number
