@bt_uk if something is entirely down to BT’s negligence or malpractice, it really needs to be sorted out IMMEDIATELY. In fact I was told if we needed an engineer to come out the earliest date would be around 26th April. Your failure today is total. cc. @Ofcom

Can someone please ask OGS directly why he persists with Martial? Does nothing,gives the ball away constantly and doesn’t care. Donny VDB can’t get a look in yet Martial plays constantly. OGS needs to be held accountable for these stupid decisions. #ManUnited #btsport

@rich_chataway @bt_uk As a Virgin TV customer I am used to annual price hikes & challenges around the way they package their products. But never have they said (to paraphrase) “to make our lives easier and increase our profit margin, we are removing some of the package that you currently enjoy”
