  @bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

  @btbusinesscare day 3 of no broadband effecting my business and you reply saying you’ve opened a complaint wtf such a bad business
