@bt_uk every time I run a speed test I’m told it’s poor, follow the link to then be told we found nothing wrong. I just need a disc in another room but can’t order one anywhere. Please sort it out for me

@hagfish118 Idk, I thought I was way behind everyone else but apparently it's news to everyone today? He wasn't at btsport Open Mat, or Inside the Octzgon for this PPV & he always does those. Does that narrow down a window of time? When was the Nunes interview filmed?

@bt_uk placed an order on Friday for broadband and have already had to ring up twice because of multiple errors made by your staff. Been on phone now for over 30 mins to change address number from 25 to 15. Really disappointing for us to experience as new customers.

@bt_uk BT have closed the fault now with no explanation as to why an engineer didn’t turn up to check the Fibre cable inside my home. I’ll just carry on until my contract is up. Never had a problem with BT until now.
