@bt_uk Ive spent 70 minutes on the phone regarding my 84 year old mothers landline! Got through eventually & then the unhelpful guy I spoke to couldn’t help so cut me off!!! Shocking customer service

@BTCare considering my disabled father is paying £80 per month for services he cannot use it would be good if could could answer the phone sometimes, and no it can’t be done on the app and no your messaging service says it cannot be done online, #fuming #poorcustomerservice
