@bt_uk I have raised via online my installation was fine they come yesterday to install my neighbours and say the box is no good now mine don’t work have they made an issue

@btbusinesscare tbh, I am not even going to bother. I've emailed the retentions tea, who set my FTTP and will take a gamble on if they help me. BT is rubbish when anything goes wrong. 29 mins on hold to a foreign call center, 20 mins going through security. Put on hold and cut off again.
