@bt_uk hi. Trying to find some kind of contact for @btsport sport to cancel my subscription. Just checked what I’m paying now and I’d be as well buying my own football to watch every week!!!

  • RockedandLoaded Gareth GG (@RockedandLoaded) reported from Cumnock, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

@bt_uk I did and the gentleman was very polite (as it was not his fault). He did type up the notes for when we call to cancel in a few months time. He was surprised better offers werent available.

  • juliasumner86 Julia Sumner (@juliasumner86) reported

@bt_uk you’ve the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 2 months since moving & we still haven’t got effective internet.Over 6 orders placed & over 6 hours of calls to resolve and it’s still not sorted. We can’t even make a complaint as you hung up on us. It’s a joke.

  • Khrissy6unnell Chrissy Gunnell (@Khrissy6unnell) reported

@bt_uk Why does the VIP package & 4k after yet another attempt fail at my address after having worked for nearly 6 months yet the broadband that you people supply 2 me gets me 4k footy from the BBC?

  • Scoobysg5 Pete 🤓 (@Scoobysg5) reported

@bt_uk So its never worked and I've got to chase it....

  • dawnlovesgreece Dawn (@dawnlovesgreece) reported

@Captain_Bold @bt_uk No. It’s still intermittent and currently not working 😒

  • Mothematician Graeme (@Mothematician) reported

@bt_uk Could you fix my elderly, housebound parents' landline - even answering the support line & giving us an update would be a start

  • LadyNico LadyNico (@LadyNico) reported

@bt_uk I would again like to request a case manager, preferably at manager level, as a sole point of contact to spare me reciting the litany of errors, quick fix attempts, and interdepartmental fob-offs to the next 300 @bt_uk staff whose terrible luck finds them dealing with this case.

  • LowriHBx Lowri-Hâf Barker (@LowriHBx) reported

@bt_uk broadband has been down since 19/10 and had an engineer come round from openreach saying we need a hub box 10days ago. A number of unhelpful calls, texts and emails since. Just told to try and fix it through troubleshoot. No new hub box and still no internet!

  • M0JEC Norman M0JEC💙#WearAMaskSong (@M0JEC) reported

@bt_uk Is there any way to narrow it down from ‘sometime in the next 3-4 years’? I’m getting better speeds off a mobile broadband setup right now. Under 1mbps upload is kinda frustrating when our old house in a smaller town had 17mbps upload.

  • keetmufc keet. (@keetmufc) reported

@bt_uk What's my problem? I'd have more success at a decent speed if I bought a DeLorean, fitted it with a flux capacitor and traveled back to 1992 to use a dial up modem.
