@bt_uk been with you for 12 months+, you don't give us guaranteed internet (cuts out regularly in Central London in 2022....). To get guaranteed internet, we must sign up to a new 18 month contract? No thanks. The worst consumer treatment I've seen in a while.

@bt_uk Eventually I had a call from support and they have got the phone number transfer sorted. Why it wasn't all done when the fibre is installed is beyond me, but it should be done within a week. Thank you for your help.

@bt_uk I was looking into why Lothian Broadband are the only company to offer me full fibre at 1gb download speed. Will BT be able to offer me this in the near future? Is there a period when another company owning the fibre cables allow BT onto their network?
