  @bt_uk Well if that's the bt speed test, then it's stupid, it said my speed wasnt available and the second said it was running fine (average of 5-15mbps is NOT fine on a wired connection ) I'm sick of it all.

  @bt_uk just spent 40 mins on hold about an order only to be cut off 1 min into my conversation with a human. Would it be quicker to cancel rather than change an order with you?

  @bt_uk Been trying to order TV and broadband since Dec 11th. TV finally sorted last week but still no broadband. Callbacks from complaints case management are being promised but not being made. How can I talk to the person managing the complaint?
