And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options youโve suggested donโt cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say itโs working fine, but it isnโt. Youโve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.
