@bt_uk please can you tell me why #UFC280 isn't on the BT sport channel like normal? We cancelled a contact with Virgin and moved across to your service with sports added on specifically for #UFC and now you want to charge an extra £19 on top? Guess I'll cancel sports package 😭

@bt_uk Thanks, I've tried but they ate the worst company to deal with. They make it as difficult as possible to contact them. This would not have been an issue if you guys had not mucked up the replacement in the first place.

@TheCenci @btsport This needs calling out. I think it’s simply a head in the sand situation where they have no wish to negatively impact their product. They have no regard for the hurt & damage this does to those who were at Hillsborough & also those impacted by their experiences in Saint-Denis

I am currently at my mums waiting on the phone to talk to someone from @bt_uk about her ridiculously slow Internet speed, which they are charging her £42.76 a month for...I've now been waiting for over 30 minutes... 🤬🤬
