@bt_uk I'm on smart hub 2 and one of my firesticks keeps connecting to the 2.4ghz network and then struggles to stream. I don't see an option in the hub to seperate the 2.4 & 5ghz networks. Is there anything I can do to force a device to connection to 5ghz?

@bt_uk @bt_uk WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY EVER. Now I’ve just received for the 5th time, the following automated emails saying my support ticket has been closed despite the fact it is most certainly not resolved.

Broadband hasn't worked since 6pm yesterday.Just come home. STILL NOT WORKING AGAIN. sick of paying £28 a month for a service I don't get on a dinosaur router! Should be sent a recent up to date router free of charge for all the times I've had no broadband. Sort it out @bt_uk 🤬

@bt_uk provided the worse WiFi and possibly the worse customer care. Do not think about using BT for WiFi!

@bt_uk im having problems with packet loss and high ping especially from 6 pm onwards its been occuring for months now bur recently its started to get even worse consistent 150 ping and often 7% packet loss
