  @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

  Apparently @bt_uk according to your customer service rep I can’t log in because I have an outstanding bill. Yet your text messages tell me to log in? It’s complete bull. Your customer service haven’t a clue

  @bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

  @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

  so @bt_uk after no real support over your dm’s as we were going around in circles, with you still not quite understanding that when someone that has an account with you dies, their contract ends. It’s not transferred to their next of kin. We gave notice with the bereavement team
