@bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

Phone line down, no broadband most of time - and when it comes on, this is what we have. 25MB guaranteed, I don't think so. EE doesn't work in our house. Come on @BTCare, an explanation would be helpful at least. 4 times I rang today, 1 hour 10 mins. At 9pm, you cut me off....

@bt_uk No. The online chat was saying it was our fault then finally spoke to a human being and admitted there add an outage and it would be Tuesday at the earliest. We are still without internet and been trying to contact the company but left to wait for over 50 minutes

@bt_uk can you explain why, as a current customer, the upgrades/offers you can offer me are over £50 a month however if I was a new customer in the area I would get it free until 2023 and then only pay £30.99 a month. Make it make sense please?? Why can I not access this offer?

@bt_uk @bt_uk So is the reason I have been unable to get through to you ystdy after waiting in phone queues for over 4hrs is because you’re so busy helping the elderly? I’ve started trying again today. Same story. I pay £66/mth for this appalling level of customer service. Never again.

I’ve spent hours on the phone to @bt_uk for five days trying to cancel my soon to end contract before having to eventually give up. Imagine how happy I felt to today to get an email from @bt_uk telling me my monthly cost would increase by about 25% if I don’t cancel or renew.

@bt_uk As a new customer waiting on holiday for an hour yesterday and 25minutes this morning , and still haven’t spoke to anyone or got any answers I need . Not exactly good customer service to start

@bt_uk I did Tasha; but only to confirm that my contract of £46.99 a month for 1mps (sometimes 0.4) is correct; there is no fault (alt. BT engineers say it’s very poor) therefore there is now a £720.34 cancellation fee. As you can see from time of tweet; can’t sleep! @CitizensAdvice

@bt_uk Looks like broadband is proper barfed in my area - 36 hours estimated fix time! My Halo package suggests you should be sending me a mini hub to keep me connected - but your phone wait times are impossible to penetrate. So how do I go about getting back connected?
