    @bt_uk Hi! Iโ€™ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

    Whoever owns the local mastโ€ฆ @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so itโ€™s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so itโ€™s deffo local mast.

    @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

    @bt_uk I must have spoken to at least a dozen guides over six weeks, spent well over 20 hours of my time listening to lie after lie after lie, and crap muzak. Being told that I have informed BT that problem has been fixed three times is sickening. I've got absolutely nowhere. I'm done.

    Weeks with no broadband. Multiple calls. No real help. We are a charity and people depend on reaching us. BTs failure to resolve this issue is not just inconvenient, it is putting vulnerable people at risk. We urgently need BT to take responsibility & fix this. @BTGroup @BTCare

    @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. The complaint to your office in Sheffield over 6 weeks ago was closed and not dealt with. I'm so frustrated and disatisfied I'm pulling together evidence to complain to @Ofcom

    @bt_uk I can't create a bt account to tell you how utterly gutted I am with your service. I've not been able yo watch TV as a brand new customer for several days and I only started last Friday. Consumer act 2018
