@bt_uk Well I think you are in breach of contract, Halo 2 BT will send you the 4G Mini Hub right away to get you back online quickly–even if the home internet might be down for a while. As we don’t have a mobile signal this wouldn’t work,

@bt_uk We have already tried this multiple times. We've been told it's so bad because we are at "the end of the line" and BT has always blamed Open Reach, who has always blamed BT... and so it goes on and on

@btbusinesscare Where to start. Our expensive Broadband to the premises has been down since Friday. We were promised it would be fixed on Saturday it’s still not fixed it’s costing us a fortune in lost business and BT seem either unwilling or unable to provide us with a sufficient solution
