Phoned offering an upgrade in 4 working days time, and sent equipment via Royal Mail 48hr service which RM have just told me actually aims to deliver in 2-3 working days but up to 10 working days! So that’s not gonna work is it!

Adele Claire Walsh (@AdellyClairey33) reported@bt_uk shocking customer service today from your CS line. To be told im not classed as a welfare case unless im "plugged into a machine" just isnt acceptable. Its 2023. There is more to vulnerability than being medically dependant on a machine.
