@bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

@btsport every-time I try to order a WWE event to record on my sky box for my two sons I am told I have to register again. This shouldn’t be the case. In the past I have recorded events no problem, but in the past 6-8 months haven’t been able to.

@bt_uk Internet down for all our neighbours for nearly 48hrs & those with BT have reported it & complained. One has been given £50 compensation & was told there’s a fault,yet your link says no problems & no reports!

@bt_uk Hope it’s better than your customer service. I’ve been without broadband for ten days! Numerous excuses, one engineer visit (should have been three, but two didn’t show) and a clear lack of communication. Let’s see what day eleven brings!

@bt_uk Yes, we have, so many times in the last few days. Yet you refuse to provide dongles or anything else to help your customers with the situation. Even a manager said there isn’t anything that can be done unless we spend more money with your company. How is that customer service?

@bt_uk Why the hell should i have to pay a text rate(nomatter how small) to tell you that your not providing the service im paying for. You even try and make money out of the people you are already robbing! What a great level of customer service 👏 #btareafuckingjoke
