    @bt_uk I will be back as of October, I shall make full restitution to you before then, my@company pay my lodging and food but I do not receive my full salary until the end on my contract. I do boy wish to terminate my services, but until then I can not facilitate the return

    @bt_uk New appt on 27/1. 2 days leave used. Engineer reported he waited 10mins at house & left a voicemail, he did neither. Call centre closed complaint as we have an appt, said we could always go elsewhere if we're unhappy! Can someone pls guarantee the next engineer will turn up?

    @bt_uk You have already caused me multiple problems so I expect a level of service that should come from BT as Britain’s number one provider.

    Seriously disappointed with @BTSopenreach and @bt_uk. I've been waiting three months to get broadband service. Keep being told they need to do external works outside the building, week after week.

    I’ve been having SO many issues with @bt_uk recently, I may need to cancel tonight’s stream if things don’t improve. I’ll keep you posted. I am FUMING.
