  @bt_uk Im with bt and my internet buffers all the time its really bad upstairs i paid extra for a bt disc and its made it worse i spoke to bt on twitter messages and they told me to ring a number im paying 75.00 for tv that i dont watch and Internet thats really bad

  Guys if you’re thinking of going with @bt_uk I would strongly avoid like the plague. There way of fixing things is changing the cables in the cabinet and then someone else complains and then your broadband is broken again I’m sure you get my point.

  Hi @Ofcom please advice how I can take this further, I’ve got over a year on my contract I’ve had 4 @bt_uk engineers out in 3 months but the fault comes back after a week. Can I log a complaint? @bt_uk speeds are now below the minimum again I’m sick of calling them about it 🙁
