    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Legal expenses claim on your Home Insurance Jim. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.

    @phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to β€˜Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!

    @bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??
