    @bt_uk Thanks. But original comment still stands. You are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t care about the customer and more bothered about who is to blame rather than sorting out the problem

    Very lazy analysis by the @btsport commentators and pundits about the reason for missed chances by Chelsea. They saying the lack of a number nine is the reason. WRONG. We've had nines who've struggled too! It's a mentality problem!
