@bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

@bt_uk hi. Trying to find some kind of contact for @btsport sport to cancel my subscription. Just checked what I’m paying now and I’d be as well buying my own football to watch every week!!!

@bt_uk Hi Michaela. The link said there is an outage in our area and it should be resolved by 4pm. Unfortunately, we still don't have the internet/tv. The link still says 4pm. Is there anyway to get an update please. Thanks.

@bt_uk No Lizzie, it was clear from the conversation he didn't want to help. I asked him to connect me with a manager, so he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I hung up. When my line first went down, I had just lost my mother, it was her funeral last Tuesday. Imagine all this too.

Here @bt_uk I think it's about time you rolled out FTTP where I live like. I'm sick of having crap download speeds cos the bloody cabinet is a million miles away.

@reason2485 @bt_uk I wouldn't get the halo, you get technical assistance with that pack so not worth it if you're already clued up. And I've had it for a couple months and had no issues whatsoever once I got the booster discs in my hallway and upstairs landing

Here I am at home with BT Full Fibre 900 and I have switched my phone to 4G as it’s faster.. absolute joke BT, you should be absolutely ashamed... worst broadband ever and at a cost of £69.99 per month @bt_uk

@reason2485 @bt_uk I bought BT complete wifi so you get a booster disc with the router and then you're allowed up to 2 additional discs for your home if signal is poor. I pay £42 a month which I know is expensive but I get 70mbps in every room so worth it for me
