  @bt_uk We’re still having to reset the router three - four times a day, she keeps losing internet on her mobile phone. Internet fails to respond until it’s been on for a while on the desktop. Feels like the routers outdated and she’s just updated her agreement contracts. Poor signal.

  @bt_uk Ah ok not automatic as in automatically given but automatic as in not challenged. Ok I will report. Ironically when I went to access my account yesterday late afternoon to cancel & check on this my account was unavailable. An outage. I would have reported it but.....

  @bt_uk It is not my tree or account I need help with getting my full fibra finished. Was ment to have been done on 14th nov but was cancelled openreach end without explanation n then after a load of problems rebooted for Dec2nd.Appantly the pod I was going to be connected was full.

  @bt_uk I’m trying to contact customer service and keep getting cut off at 11mins hold time. Extremely frustrating. Any reason why this is happening?
