  @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

  @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
