After getting passed to a technical team I terminated the call as they wanted me to access my laptop to show me the issue. Is this you??? Or a scam???

Advertising standards should look in to this blatant false advertising of a product they will never give(£100) sham of a company. avoid at a costs people.

Not checking now as it has cut my broadband off doing that. Told an engineer coming but no date. Trying to work from home but can't. PLEASE HELP
