  @bt_uk hi guys, a few of the landline phone lines are not working in my Mums street in Cheltenham so far her and two neighbours have not dialling time, who would this be reported to please? My Mum is with Virgin but the other neighbours aren’t, thanks.

  @bt_uk 1. Service not live even after a week 2. Spent 1.5 hours with Connections team, the first guy locked me out. 2. BT did not follow up on their update call 3. Complaint filed no follow up 4. Spent 1 hour with BT yesterday 5. BT missed our update call today. FIX YOUR SERVICE

  @bt_uk spoke to a advisor 2 days ago about a network issue on our line and a engineer would be out, yet when I check on my account theirs no fault raised and no engineer has turned up

  @bt_uk I have been trying to help my father in law with a home move and we keep getting an error saying to ring you which we have.. there’s a block on the line and should have been sorted in 24 hours.. we are 4 days down the line and still no further along!!!!

  @domjoly @bt_uk I had crazy fluctuating speeds for ages, ended up being a software problem with our fibre port in the box on the street! BT customer service is decent though tbf

  @bt_uk Spent an hour on the phone with BT yesterday. I was assured that I will get a call today to get an update from the supplier (openreach). Unless I'm getting a ring after 5pm, I doubt I'll hear back. WILL BT EVER, PLEASE, FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ACTIONS? Oh, I mean your actual service.

  @bt_uk My mum is being totally messed about by your installation team! She had an engineer round Monday, he seems to have cancelled her order now and her old number doesn't work and neither does the broadband! She was supposed to move over to you on the 15th! She can't get help
