    @bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

    @bt_uk hi. Trying to find some kind of contact for @btsport sport to cancel my subscription. Just checked what I’m paying now and I’d be as well buying my own football to watch every week!!!

    @btbusinesscare I need to pay our bill. Can't log in. You have added a new security requirement. A passcode. When I enter it I get an error message "Bad Request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" Tried chat - held on 30 minutes. 1/2

    @FlynnRyanUK @bt_uk @skytv Awful decision, sky are shockingly bad to which I can finally leave now mid contract due to their incompetence. Sky will end up shafting you in no time

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

    @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

    @bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. I need someone to own the problem, report back to me on progress of a Welfare Issue.

    @bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.

    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

    @bt_uk What are you doing to help stop fraudulent BT and EE scam offers reaching your own customers? These are becoming more frequent sometimes multiple ones in a day.
