    @bt_uk Hi! I’ve been unable to get in contact by phone for a week and the DM I was asked to send it still unanswered. A busy time for the skeleton staff you have left... I get that. But any help would be appreciated.

    @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

    After 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?

    i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

    @bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.
