@Jacalakie @bt_uk If you’re out of contract with BT I’d honestly leave them.They’re a total shower of s**t.We had a home move booked & they never turned up!Sent the new hub to the old address.We cancelled & they’ve tried sending a bill for £80 for a service we’ve never had!

BT has told me 3 times that my broadband is working @BTGroup @bt_uk it isn’t. @OpenreachHelp know the remedy, however, we never get the same engineer who diagnosed where the problem is, so always a quick twiddle and never resolved.

@bt_uk shocking service, came out to fit the Wi-Fi the engineer did not set it up properly now I am left with no Wi-Fi and apparently it’s my fault because I cannot get another day off in the week (I’ve had two days off for the Wi-Fi already) they refuse to come out at weekends

@Old__Crusty @BTGroup @bt_uk BT retail/business sell you a service, within their parts of BT group they have people that deal with faults. If they think the issue is network related rather than within their home or exchange equipment, they request that Openreach investigate (from exchange to your home).

@symbosimbo @bt_uk Ouch I feel your pain!We’d been offered £26 for the engineer not turning up but that never got credited.Speaking to another advisor and they said they don’t offer compensation for that.Clearly seen they’ve compensated someone last night.Full of lies on the phone.
