Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'.
