After almost twenty hours on the phone over the last week with @bt_uk, and over a week without internet, only one of two things will happen: BT will close our complaint or BT will send us another minihub, to be switched off when they decide. We have three already.

How is it possible to screw up this badly and stay in business? Most people would lose their jobs. Now on the phone again as I just received an email saying our complaint has been closed - again - and BT is glad they could help. Still no resolution. @bt_uk #doyourjob

@bt_uk It’s just not good enough, 22 days and not one single update other then “we’ll update you” without a doubt this is the poorest service I have ever had from BT in 30 years

@Bonsai_Bill @rioferdy5 @btsport Good point, I mean he is good no doubt but the 2nd assist yesterday was a head down shot that ended up in the right place for Mane to slot in. Klopps system does help, hence why he doesn't play as well as he does for England.

How the hell do you make a complaint about @bt_uk other than through social... A client has had enough of their @BTBusiness Cloud Voice and wanted to move away ~Jan/Feb this year. I've been trying to port away countless times which has failed due to wrong info - I've confirmed
