    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @BTCare So what I've decided to do @SkyUK and @bt_uk is cancel my direct debit to both @SkyUK and @bt_uk until this is dealt with. To summerise this. Sky and BT have tied saving me money on a £62 a month bill, and in doing so this month its now costing me £141 a month. TBC I'm sure.

    @SkyHelpTeam I 'dropped' you hipsters a message and was told to resolve my issue online. My @SkyUK bill has gone from £62 a month to £109.75 per month and my multiroom has been cancelled. @BTCare are charging me £32 a month so. My bill has now over doubled for a lesser service...

    @BTCare My Internet has been cut off at 3AM!! When There is ongoing problems with my bills still, as a new customer I am not happy with this and the 24/7 support says you are closed and I have to ring tomorrow, Thanks a lot #angry #upset #customer #complaint

    @BTCare I'm awaiting a call back from a supervisor later so it's being handled but I was promised "1000%" yesterday that the phone would be here today it's not even despatched. It's laughable. I'll wait for the supervisor to call me back but thanks for the offer of help. Much appreciated

    @BTCare Regardless no one seems to want to sort the problem out without trying to charge me £130 for an engineer to come out when it’s been working fine up until I cancelled. And you took my £60 out fine on Friday and when I alerted you to my cancellation, the problems started.
