Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk No not really, I rang up about the date change and they managed to change it back, they have now changed it yet again. This is going to cause massive problems for me as I work from home. Really dissapointed with the service

Day 7 and the BT Broadband outage is still not fixed by @bt_uk The text message yesterday was to make it look it’s a recurring fault when in actuality it has not been fixed since the outage at 10:34 Sat 15-Oct-2022. Appalling Great inconvenience & cost

@bt_uk thank you for replying, it’s been two days and no one and the people who use BT for internet and wifi, we haven’t had a statement saying why it’s not working.! It’s tough yes to fix it for everyone but at least say what has happen.! We pay for internet! Can we at least use it
