    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    @emlouise1112 @bt_uk Exactly the same issue. Their is a major outage in our area atm, I’ve had a text from @bt_uk this morning saying it had been fixed but it hasn’t and service error doesn’t give a fix date now.
