Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk since no one wants to discuss a better plan going forward I’ve checked with @SkyUK and not only do I not need to speak on the phone their payments are cheaper by £8 a month. Why did no one want to help? You’re happy to let me go then? Lol

@bt_uk So this pretty much concludes the shrugged shoulders / finger pointing / brick wall response. And all what I was looking for is a date to expect some action on a fix for a service which has already been broken for over 7 days and affecting a large number of home owners.

@bt_uk how, in the name of all that is holy, can I contact BT openreach? Still waiting for broadband 3 weeks after it was supposed to be connected. @SkyHelpTeam are blaming Openreach but the problem just isn’t being fixed 🤬

Just spoken to the worst salesman @bt_uk Had nothing to back up a £144 p/c increase. 20mb line decrease. 20+ yrs customer. Not acceptable.

@bt_uk very disappointed I am being charged a fee to cancel broadband when i was assured at the time of purchasing i wouldn't be. Was put on hold and then told there was no managers available to speak to me currently. @MoneyTelegraph
