Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk Ive an issue with the app ease of use not being on par with what we have now in the form of sky mini hd boxe...walk in the room turn on flick through....with this im guessing its use the tv remote...select the app...log in...just cant see an app easy to use for e.g....nana

@bt_uk Okay so I raised a complaint on the 11th Feb, it went to your executive complaints team and the ombudsman. BT kept resolving the complaint and consolidating the new ones and made it look like it was created on the 27th March affectively stealing a month and a half of compensation

What's going on @bt_uk Order GBT2295WW5 placed 18 February for broadband and still not installed. Call centre calls every 2 weeks to say ‘still no update’ and be in touch in 48 hours - that call never happens. Mangers have called and also never follow up. #badcustomerservice
