Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk no internet for a week since we upgraded to your ‘4g smart hub’ and hybrid connect device!!We have called 23 times but still no connectivity. They’re awful, steer clear!!Worst customer services, apparently they can’t find our account but they can take the direct debit ok!!

@bt_uk you are honestly the worst company we’ve ever had to deal with. just called up to pay the internet bill and we got told that our account had been closed, & when trying to sort it out your employee puts the phone down on us? trying to charge £300+ for a re-set up charge?!

@bt_uk when I text Fix it constantly says a BT engineer is coming out and then they dont show. Weve had multiple engineer visits. We'll be changing providers in the next 2 weeks.

@England @bt_uk @_DeclanRice He’s so bad it’s unreal, why do we keep praising these players? Rice, Henderson both backwards passing non stop, slowing down play. They both offer absolutely nothing in technical ability or individual ability, how can anyone rate him 🤦🏼

@bt_uk Your service is completely useless... I have now had three engineering appointments booked and the engineer has never turned up to any of them. Leaving us without a phone or our internet for weeks is completely unacceptable. Comes to something when Virgin Media are better.

@bt_uk Well good news and bad, the good news is the guide is back on, the bad news I've only got my internet channels 340 onwards working, so I think it's a local Freeview issue with the terrestrial channels
