Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@Jotaro71251847 @btsport That’s exactly the point I’m making “lack of goals” from Barcelona because defensively PSG were fantastic. Barcelona are awful defensively they concede goals like the one shown on this thread almost weekly in La Liga let alone against someone with the quality of Mbappe.

@coopsieyid @bt_uk When it’s a scam the only way to stop them is putting something like phone identification only trouble is the phone still rings which wakes me up. Mine isn’t exactly the same it’s usually openreach telling me I’m using the internet illegally or something along those lines

@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

Seems as one issue is resolved, another takes is place!! Cancelled @bt_uk services in November 2020 (not easy in itself!!) its now Feb 2021, they’re still charging me, claiming I never cancelled anything!!!!! I’m totally sick and tired of being let down by companies with......
