    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @bt_uk we’re still waiting on our new hub that was promised twice over the past 3 weeks. To be lied to once is bad enough, but twice? We’re paying for a service that is practically non-existent.

    .@bt_uk **** off terrible company. Sends workers to dig up the landline with no notice to us whatsoever then the workers just leave. Leaving us with no internet until they return. Dog **** company

    I expect there’ll be a mass exodus of subscribers leaving the likes of @btsport & @SkySports because they’ve been part of the problem for years and they’ll continue to refer these scabs as the ‘big 6’ and they’ll continue to blow smoke up their arses, NOTHING WILL CHANGE
