Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Connect for Good!? I can't contact my family since early hours Monday because the phoneline has been damaged and I can't call them till Thursday!? This is ridiculous! I hope they don't need the emergency services as the landlines are the only means of communication!

@btsport error code VC019; any chance of getting that fixed? Been an issue since the last ps5 update, and I literally cannot watch football for more than 20 seconds without the stream cutting out.
