Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk my mum has waited in all day for her TV/internet installation. She was told at 11am that you would be there by 12pm but no one showed. She has waited in especially and called multiple times but can't get through - help please!

.@bt_uk , 72 hours minimum before an engineer will attend to fix a faulty line and internet. Reported 17th October. (We aim to fix this by the end of Thursday 20th October.)

@bt_uk @Richard66629722 When I looked at upgrading my bt broadband package I was offered the same package but £10 more a month with a no cut in service guarantee.That should be standard anyway.

@bt_uk My internet won’t reach the back of my house it did when I was with ee , I got fobbed off with an excuse and a rude person . I will be leaving as soon as possible

@AILAHT0909 @bt_uk I hope you get it sorted soon. Dreadful. I bought portable EE WiFi from curry’s to use in an emergency (we cut through our cable). I can recommend that as back up in the short term.

@bt_uk 20 mins on hold , then call gets cut because call quality is so poor he allegedly can't hear me though I can hear him fine.

@bt_uk It doesn't have an option to ask them a simple question like that! I was asking because i had some guy from EE knock my door trying to tell me that fibre lines were being removed so we would lose our Internet connection (i am not an EE customer)
