Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk The hybrid box is pointless it doesn’t ever work as an extender so it just sits there with blue lights doing nothing, would imagine if the internet went down it wouldn’t work either

@BTCare absolutely shocking service. 4 days to sort out a bill that was your error. Numerous calls and still no broadband. 100% guarantee I don’t think so!
