Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@Nusbacher @bt_uk @bt_global I second that. Ever since the pandemic hit, major service providers have used it as an excuse for very poor customer service. On numerous occasions, I have paid a premium price for overnight packages, through UPS and FedEx. Only to have the packages show up 3-4 days late.

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Feeling extremely perturbed after viewing EE’s latest advert where Kevin Bacon is remotely shaving Tom Ellis’ face on a mountain range. EE’s claim of network coverage anywhere but yet no coverage in NN12 8PL - we have no stable WiFi connection and only 2G mobile connection! 😡

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk On a daily basis more and more services are reliant on WiFi, there are a number of businesses in postcode NN12 8PL which cannot fluidly function due to unstable, erratic and at times, non-existent connection 😤😡 URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!

@bt_uk Tuesday morning. Will I have the pleasure of a five hour time slot again? And how shall I manage the risk of an engineer who doesn't respond to phone messages? Or BT texting me that 'we'll be in touch again to let you know what time they'll get to you', but never texting?
