Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Prob w speed issues and the package I'm still on. Even though openreach have said aft an engineers visit and running many tests at street cabinet 19 in Ormesby #Middlesbrough which cannot support superfast 2 - 80/20 circuit only has 200 fibre ports but with over 600 copper lines

@bt_uk Regretting getting staying with BT for fibre. 3 missed appointments over two months and still not connected. Promised a call back from management about my complaint. Again nothing. #poorservice #buyerbeware

@bt_uk can you confirm that your new method of customer retention is to simply cut them off after 15 minutes on hold to the cancellation line? Tried twice today. Cancelling after 2 engineer appointments made with no on showing up. No broadband since start of October!

@MrJDeacon Do not ever think about @bt_uk awful I was paying 25 with @EE who then advised me to go with bt I now pay more than double with what I was paying ee and a worse service!!!

@BTCare absolutely appalling service from BT with our broadband that has been completely off for 5 days and counting!!! lack of customer care and non service and can’t get a engineer out To our house yet keep taking our hard earned money for NO BROADBAND

Been trying to arrange my home move for over a week now with @bt_uk and each time the order gets cancelled with no reason why… 5 calls totalling more than 3 hours, promised callbacks that don’t happen.. really poor service, any chance of someone actually helping?!
