    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully itโ€™s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data Iโ€™m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service Iโ€™m paying for?

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? Iโ€™ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.

    @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Spent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though

    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?
