@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

  • jimlfc1969 Jim Brown 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙 (@jimlfc1969) reported from Nettleham, England

Peter Walton "having seen the foul in slow motion it's the right decision". There you have the reason that ex players need to be fast tracked as referees. The game isn't played in slow motion Peter. #LIVATM #btsport

  • damokinsella82 Damian Kinsella (@damokinsella82) reported from Lincoln District, England

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Lincoln District, England

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • UT2K44L Crearios (@UT2K44L) reported

@bt_uk idea no.2: contact details are held for customers. If you know there's an issue that affects a specific customer base, send broadcast messages to keep those customers updated as issue remediation steps are assigned and completed

  • CjsWorx Cjs Worx (@CjsWorx) reported

@bt_uk The install is now being done nearly 3 months after the original order but the customer service is diabolical

  • won2winit John Bee - Amateur Apiarist (@won2winit) reported

@bt_uk Can you advise why the wifi signal on my new Hub 2 is slowed than my previous BT supplied modem? You normally expect newer tech to improve on previous performance. And yes I know you can supply WiFi extenders at an extra cost but im limited for available sockets.

  • martinkharris Martin Harris (@martinkharris) reported

@bt_uk Very Poor Service, I understand that engineers get sick, but to reschedule their appointments back to the bottom of the queue is unfair

  • Sk1ppy76 D🇦🇺 (@Sk1ppy76) reported

@bt_uk Course you will, that's why I have no record on my account of any of the conversations from the last 3 months and my complaint disappeared. I say no phone call so you call me. Email inly so it's in writing. You have the complaint reference. It's clearly my account and complaint.

  • 25_NikkiL Nikki (@25_NikkiL) reported

@bt_uk can you advise who we should send complaint to re broadband order placed start of April not yet delivered but being charged for. Your “helpline” can’t even provide an update on order status for over a week so no help at all. Happy to take my money though.

  • Sk1ppy76 D🇦🇺 (@Sk1ppy76) reported

@bt_uk The initial complaint has disappeared off my BT account in the last 2 weeks but apparently still visible to the ombudsman. The ombudsman says the information is dated back to the 27th only. Explain? The complaints been ongoing since Feb but you think you're going to resolve it ..

  • Squaggle1 martin (@Squaggle1) reported

@Channel4 yo you guys should be excluded from broadcasting live events until you fix your hilariously shite online player. what a joke. @btsport streaming the champions league final on youtube was ****** genius. if you can't make a good player yourselves use someone else's!

  • Sk1ppy76 D🇦🇺 (@Sk1ppy76) reported

@bt_uk Compliance, I sent you the complaint ref number. You're just wasting my time like I said in my initial tweet. Either deal with it or don't. You won't sort it anyway as it's already gone to the ombudsman and your executive complaints team. All just out for yourself.

  • Josh0logy Josh (@Josh0logy) reported

@spenaldo73 @bt_uk Used to have them and they were ****. Think it's so area dependent isn't it.
