Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Hi bev I just wanted a boost to my broadband I pay for the most reliable service I phoned and was agreed I could have some discs but then the next person said no. It was all recorded so proof they asked the manager and they said yes, but then no over 15 years loyal service for ya

I'd love to know why my wifi is so slow. It's stupid. 40 download 10 upload is what we pay for. What do I get 7 mbps and 700 kbps @bt_uk please help this is really dumb. I can't check if there is a problem in my area as we don't have a phone line please help

@bt_uk @BTCare Booked two appointments with BT to have our broken internet fixed over a week ago. First time the problem was never fixed. Today the engineer has just not turned up at all! Now I've burned through my entire 50GB data package! Beyond a joke.
