  Hello @bt_uk, my Mini Hub was incorrectly switched off yesterday before broadband issues had been resolved. It took me 1h45m to get through and have the hub reactivated. First thing I get this morning? An email saying my hub has been switched off. Why, please, just why?

  So I cancel my @btsport but still get charged the full month price instead of the £8 I owe. Phoned to complain yesterday to be told I won’t receive refund for up to 5 days. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I’d get a call back within 2 hours. 18hours later still no call bk

  @bt_uk I've already tried that. It didn't work. Ive logged out and re signed in. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work

  @bt_uk My broadband was supposed to be live on 07/04 but OR didn't turn up. KN came out on 10/04 and installed the OR box for the BB. But no BB was active. Opened a complaint but the owner is off until Saturday and was told on Monday 12/04 that OR had to do a line plant....1/2

  @BTCare Brilliant Service NOT, Broadband cut out 4 times within 12 Hours 2-3 times a day at least. So much for Working fromHome with a pathetic service.
