Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk Re: Complaint Ref: VOL013-718145442837 but I don't expect much to happen as it will be pass the buck again and blame me!!. Even when I asked for copies of every communication I have had with BT I got sent a list of voicemails. What I wanted was phonecalls, voice messages.

@bt_uk fault to BT 9/11/2022, phone & broadband not working. Numinous 45 mins at least wait calls to BT, promises of reconnecting & returned calls to resolve unsatisfactory as still no connection 26/11/2022. Trust pilot bad review, connect twitter. @DailyMailUK @dailytelegraph

About little I signicant who made clear why the @bt_uk broadband is such a priority for someone experiencing mental illness. I need it for work, for support groups, shopping, banking but who cares Allrm hasn't had broadband for 205 days. Let's tell him its not our fault
