Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk @dodds1_andrew Got to say your service is absolutely shocking, I usually order through sky box no problems and record for the morning. Couldn’t order through sky box tonight as it was directing me to the website. I order through your website and go to record the event and it won’t let me.

@bt_uk My @btsport channels are coming up with an IPC6007 error saying there is a problem and you can't show them. There's a phone number it advises to call - but when I do, it disconnects as 'out of hours'. Not really ideal.
