Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@btbusinesscare Staff are waiting after hours for engineer. Still. The fault was reported at 1400 yesterday. I think the public need to know just how poor the service from yourselves is in this area. Once resolved we will push for a written apology to share with patients. Unforgivable.

@bt_uk IMO Rashford & Sancho had a mediocre tournament, so deserve criticism. Saka, on the other hand, had a fantastic tournament & should never have been given the 5th penalty. Southgate deserves criticism for that, not Saka! 🤔
