    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk Now TV doesn’t load up properly. I click on a programme and it goes back to the BT TV guide. Never used to do it. Also flickering a lot when I’ve got TV programmes on. Checked all plugs and cables and no issues there.

    Can’t win…ditched Virgin as our internet was rubbish…so switched to @bt_uk …internet now fantastic but after poor TV signal and re-tuning as directed lost channels 🙄😑😖

    @bt_uk No resolution of illegal use of my personal address on a business account being notified to you. If I had not received your marketing information I would not have been alerted to this. I raised a complaint which BT closed the matter ignoring my request. Bad customer care

    @bt_uk what’s happening with my service is that I am being ripped off badly, I was promised Halo 3 hybrid with an EE router and have just been told that to get that, I need to pay £60 a month for broken broadband. You advertise that service for £29

    Why and how ******** does it take you a month+ long to send me back my original box you plebs Same shite excuse every time “we ain’t able to speed it up” but you was able to send me 5 un-useable boxes in a 10 day span but sending me back my original box is so hard ????? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hello, my BT statement has suddenly got a new charge (nothing Ive ordered), for IP VOIP Service? We don't even use landline and haven't asked for this. I've been charged and I'm assuming will continue to be until it's removed, can I get help with this please
