Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk would you be able to let me know if you’re planning on installing super fast broadband at my postcode? It’s a new build and unfortunately only @virginmedia is available. It never works so I could do with a reliable connection so I can sack them off.

@bt_uk So Openreach engineer has arrived at 8 am (well done), but he’s not the ‘specialist team’ and has no real prior knowledge of the issue we had last week. So we’re back at square one, another team will have to come and dig out a channel down to the road...

@bt_uk please can you give me contact details to report an incident with one of your vehicles. The vehicle struck my wife's car this morning causing damage to the vehicle and also failed to stop. Fortunately the vehicle driving behind my wife has camera footage.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk Is your signal very weak when connection is established? If so, your provider may need to add hardware outside to boost the signal coming to your router. Also, perhaps a built-in firewall on your router is at fault. I've had both scenarios happen to me.

@Zodifly @Dusty11Alfa @bt_uk Thanks for this. I have had this issue for more than a decade. New hubs..new socket. Still same problem. Line crackles. Broadband dropping every time I make or recieve a call and ongoing disconnection. I always felt it had to do with the outside.

@bt_uk Yes. I am waiting for a fix. I must have 100s of emails anyone of them could be urgent, I just don't know.
