  @bt_uk We're with Virgin and if we got a BT sim it works with EE who don't work here either. Already tried EE. But thanks with your help.

  @bt_uk We haven't had any landline for weeks. We've reported the fault three times. We have never had so much as a phonecall from anyone. Landline still not working. Any chance that you could actually do something about this?

  @bt_uk A request please to urgently provide a working phone line and broadband service after 2.5 weeks without both, following Storm Eunice. Households of vulnerable people. No mobile reception. Still cut off. No information or help from BT. Disgraceful

  @bt_uk Got no bt tv tonight. Tried all internal connections tried resetting box still comes up saying no signal. Have internet so can watch I PLAYER so must be aerial or transmitter problem. Who can I call for help please.

  @bt_uk Terribly! Issue appears to have been resolved temporarily, internet was on from Saturday afternoon, TV stopped working Sunday, tried to resolved today and now internet is down again, Eng cannot come out until Wed. Internet needed for my business so pretty stressed and annoyed…

  @bt_uk haven’t had internet since 18.2.22- I work from home and have used all my phone data (have mini hub which doesn’t work as we don’t get EE where we are) was told 4 different fix dates, today being the most recent but no one has been
