    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk Well if that's the bt speed test, then it's stupid, it said my speed wasnt available and the second said it was running fine (average of 5-15mbps is NOT fine on a wired connection ) I'm sick of it all.

    @bt_uk Hi, I can receive MMS picture messages but I can't send them, the error I receive is 'Message not sent. Service not activated on network'

    @daddygooner83 @btsport @SkySports They are smart about their packages to maximize profit while compromising customer satisfaction. They don't care about us, they know we will pay whatever they want because we have to watch our teams play. So they use that to scrape as much money from us as possible. Sick.

    @Ofcom @bt_uk @actionfrauduk Will do (but slightly confused that policing the use of network you oversee isn’t within you remit? You could require operators to remove such users?)
