    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @BTCare been on hold for TWO HOURS after you failed to change my phone number after being on hold for THREE HOURS on Friday for the same thing. You said it would be done yesterday. Shocking service.

    @bt_uk It’s now over a month since BT_UK cut off our broadband and TV by mistake. Today I got a mail saying I’d placed an order today (I didn’t but have been complaining for a month) for broadband and phone which would be ready next week - what a useless terrible company - avoid!!!!!!!

    @btsport @FootieBlackList Do I publicly have to complain for someone in your company look in to my issue? I’ve been charged for something I’ve not asked for and I’m trying to get the money back yet no one seems willing to help and I keep getting passed btw departments.

    @bt_uk this is not good my internet broadband was working this morning at 10am it shut down with pink light flashing & has been like that now for 10 hours now !!! What’s going on, My Tv runs off this & working from home on 4G is not good at all

    Shockingly bad service. I was transferred to the department I wanted and told I would have to wait for four minutes. I know times are difficult but I don’t have two hours to waste each day trying to get hold of Home move. @bt_uk
