Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@btsport finally cancelled my subscription to your crappy service. Had ps5 since day1, still havent got 4k viewing on the app. Only have it for @ufc and you cant even have the events up to watch 10+ hours after its aired!

@bt_uk Is there any update on a Wi-Fi 6/6E capable home router - as a customer with Full Fibre 900, I would like to be able to get the most out of my connection without having to have ethernet everywhere around my home.

@dunnsbakery @btbusinesscare Not bothered to as I thinks it’s a waste of time. Had an issue a few years ago that took 18 months to resolve and cost us more in wasted time than they paid in compensation. So we will be moving away from BT once out of contract.

What @bt_uk could do differently: As a minimum, agree a change with your customer. Don't just make a decision and send a text message. It's pretty ****** (I've been with BT for over 6 years). Kinda like being dumped via a text!

@virginmedia On the phone to them this morning for 1hr 20mins. Spoke to 3 different people. I have decided that if my new Hub does not show up today I will cancel under the cooling off period and go with @bt_uk as they can have me online tomorrow.
