Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@Jobbie1874 @bt_uk @skytv My internet is fine, but man it's time to cut the cord with TV. Verizon Fios finally hit the wall. They refuse to give me a good deal, so I'm bailing. Not how they should treat longtime customers.

@LazerSpart @GAMEdigital The best place to sell this is BT by far. Already had 2 major sell outs and every other retailers ruined it for everyone. Bt introduced a code per customer solved all the problems. The que was genuine customers of bt @bt_uk

@bt_uk Apparently not, my service stopped on the 26th November and my bill period is the 23rd November yet BT still expect over £70 for a couple of days which is absurd

Ridiculous, had a @bt_uk 'engineer' out side property last Friday, Internet goes down, wait a week for @SkyHelpTeam to come out and say need a bt 'engineer' as they caused the problem, which will be another week. Teir 4 lockdown, no broadband for 2 weeks! Thanks!

My partner has been on the phone to @bt_uk for over 2 hrs and the anxiety levels are getting very high. Disgraceful customer service!!! I'm becoming agitated just listening to him.
