    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk It's the 8th day after the min hub was to have been delivered as the immediate solution as per our agreement with BT to maintain a semblance of broadband service. Our broadband has now been restored. The failure of DPD is a BT failure as they are your agents - they work for you

    @Tedisiek @bt_uk That’s what I thought. Nothing is ‘slow’ right now with 50mb, but for 18p more a month it seemed daft not to. We don’t stream 4K as our old Pioneer TV is 1080p and old mkii Chromecast.

    @bt_uk She does not have a lifeline pendant. She does have a mobile but the signal is not good where she lives, plus it is her landline which is used to contact her by hospitals etc for appointments. I don't really see how her having a mobile can be justify a delay in repairing her line

    @bt_uk appalling service. Over 3 MONTHS wait so far for broadband installation. 4 engineers have turned up unannounced to take the same pictures for a new telegraph pole. Useless mini hub with zero range. Numerous complaints zero progress VOL013-706759004707

    @bt_uk we cancelled broadband a while ago and we were meant to receive a bag, I called to get another sent, nothing arrived. I can’t talk to the chat as no longer a customer. Please can you send a new bag? I don’t want to be charged!
