    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk @mkeeton1979 Just to add onto this guy's point, in DN6 the internet has been bad for about a week, it was good this morning for about 2 hours but it's returned to being inconsistent again. I know several people affected on my street but BT say there's no known issue on their website.

    @Sareyware @bt_uk It's a well known fact that @BritishTelecom are the worst company in the entire history of companies to deal with. You'll struggle to speak with a real person and they won't fulfil their promises.

    Hey @bt_uk , what's going on with broadband service in Doncaster? We've woken up this morning with absolutely no connectivity which is a big issue when working from home.

    @bt_uk Thanks to the tech support Exec Imran and OpenReach engineer after one month of no broadband finally someone was sent to fix the fault. All the previous comms where “someone is working on it” were complete bs. I highly recommend that you review your support process.

    @bt_uk What is a BT home tech expert? Can they also sort out network faults? When logging my fault they advise a cable issue. Home tech experts seems to set up routers etc...?

    @bt_uk Hi yesterday we was told there was a outage in the ME9 7JU area. Do you know when this will be fixed at all. As there is 2 of us here who work from home? Thanks
