Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk And? How the f*ck do you expect an 82yr old to do this himself? What was he supposed to do with the letter? Try and phone your support line asking for help with something he didn't understand? Flag this on the account? Is a birthdate of 1940 not an obvious f*ing flag?

@bt_uk I'm unable to as the account isn't in my name and my partner is at work. You never speak to me about it. Fed up of getting him to log it now. Beyond a joke.

@bt_uk Trying to access my account online but there’s a problem setting up the ‘two step authentication’. Pretty frustrating in all honesty!!

@btsport disgruntled subscriber to both BTsport and a BTBroadband customer. Just bit a new 55 LG TV and I cannot load the app because if a licensing issue you have with them. Also tried screen mirroring which is blocked. So I pay you a subscription and can’t watch in my own home!

@FTusa284 @bt_uk @GNetworkComms About a mile north of Tower Bridge here - lucky if I get 1Mbs up/down. Virgin Media won't run fibre a few metres from their cabinet because 'the paving slabs are too expensive'. I use a 5G router.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk That's really poor. Raise a complaint with them and if they don't sort it, go to the Communications Ombudsman
