Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

That #Sky had added £27 to our bill for said sport channel I called Sky explained above, they "cancelled" BT Sport, now I can't watch it. I've already paid BT for it and have now been unable to watch it for 3 days Your caller is telling me to cancel with @bt_uk & pay you #help

@bt_uk promised to call me today while my 87 year old mum still hasn’t had a working phone or emergency alarm, they haven’t called and it’s 5pm. @MartinSLewis can you help please? It’s now 70 days without a phone!

18th August i put my home move order in to BT for our internet… STILL waiting for the line to be installed. Service has been nothing short of a total embarrassment. @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk

@SketchLisa @bt_uk That is shocking considering all the problems you have had. There must be some way you can cancel your contract without incurring charges due to their failure to provide you with the service they promised. Their reply is just a standard "don't care" letter.

Hi @bt_uk I'm showing full open wi-fi down here in Cornwall as of 9pm, but no internet whatsoever. Flushed DNS, but Register DNS fails. Something on your end, or mine?
