    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Absolutely disgusting service from @bt_uk. Ordered a second phone system for new business premises only for them to not even turn up to install. After calling all day been cut off twice then emails getting ignored. So no internet for opening and don’t even know our new number. 😡

    I’m actually crying , Callum my youngest just said to me Dad the internet (@bt_uk ) is so bad I’m just not going to play on my pc until spring when the weather is better , What 10yr old should have to say this ,, #internet #Bt #fiber

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, an OpenReach engineer visited her and was actually very helpful. He informed her it was a very quick fox but @bt_uk need to do it. However, @bt_uk are a bunch of sales people who have zero interest in fixing the problem THEY caused.

    @bt_uk hiya how do I add my free 6 months subscription to our account? Just moved back to BT. Add Britbox is not is available on My BT. Our old account number is the lead account number & I can only see the bill for the new account. Please help.

    @BT / @btsport proud owners of the slowest TV box & remote control ON THE PLANET. Up to a minute to load a f-ing channel. And then when you call customer services to get it sorted they send you the exact same piece of crap. DIRE all round. #norenewal #subscription
