Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk @Scotlandteam The only bad thing here is your awful logo will continue to ruin the otherwise nice looking Scotland jerseys. Looks like a stamp rather than a logo.

@xainth @IanDunt @bt_uk This isn't correct. The padlock symbol on a website *only* signifies that the connection between your computer and the web server is encrypted. Any website can be configured to support encrypted connections.

@bt_uk morning! We’re due to go live for our FTTP 900 today. Download tests show it’s on, but, I haven’t had an activation text? Speeds are very up and down. I’ve had an email about digital voice now active so I’d assume everything is done?

@bt_uk You have done nothing but give my ageing auntie an appalling service since she signed up with you. Lying about engineers coming round TWICE! Telling her she is wrong. Completely #UnacceptableService
