    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @btbusinesscare just connected new smart hub 2 and got a solid orange light. Referred to help text no which says business customers can’t use it… so what do I have to do now?

    @bt_uk No known problems and I’ve checked with neighbours who have said theirs is okay. I’ve tried all troubleshooting methods on the BT website

    @bt_uk BT Sport HD channels and Eurosport not working. Says we are offline. Have reset everything and it still doesn't work. Broadband and other channels still working.

    @bt_uk exactly how long is acceptable to repair a faulty broadband? Is it usual to make appointments to repair and simply not turn up or cancel them but forget to inform the customer?! Is it only businesses you’re interested in these days? 3 appts you’ve failed to turn up for.

    @bt_uk broadband dropping constantly tonight in BD12. Any known issues? Home hub goes from purple to orange then connects . Lasts about 5/10 mins and drops again

    @bt_uk I'm not a BT customer, nor's she. Somehow BT has got itself in the middle between @tescomobile and @TalkTalkBizCare to create a purgatory that cannot be stopped Tesco are hiding behind GDPR, its nothing to do with Talk Talk- you've created a service you've not thought through
