Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk are not doing very well. I discontinued BT Broadband as the cost astronomical despite many years as a customer. They want equipment back or they will charge me for it but I can only order an equipment return bag once in 7 days. 4 bags ordered but none received!. How long?

@bt_uk over 3 weeks since I posted a letter to the complaints team and still not a word. My final bill and your ludicrous cancellation fee keeps raising even though I’ve been without your service for over 4 weeks. Genuinely the worse customer experience I have EVER had. Shocking.

very disappointed with @btsport after being a loyal customer for many years i reluctantly had to terminate my contract due to a change in my personal circumstances. my reward for my loyalty was a default notice on my credit file (the only one i have ever had) & a complaint
