    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @Ofcom Thank you. Spoke to @bt_uk mobile and they gave me a full refund. To be fair they were excellent.I do think there should be some regulation stopping mobile users accidentally connecting to the MARITIME mobile network and their absolutely scandalous fees though.

    @bt_uk thanks to such bad service I feel like running away. Totally fed up.. Dont use BT they DONT care if you have a problem, even if they create it!

    @bt_uk once again our phone line has issues, not working, can’t make or receive any calls, my elderly mother can’t even call family or 999 in an emergency, this happens far too often! I want to make an official complaint, this level of service is not good enough!

    @bt_uk why is @TalkTalk offering superfast fibre broadband to homer when your own support closed our ticket without actaully providing any answers on fibre rollout? Is denial a new sales tactic?

    @bt_uk Yes for this coming Thursday but it’s another day that we have to wait in for engineer of which there is guarantee he or she will turn up and our broadband not working bearing in mind we reported the fault over 7 days ago

    @bt_uk your online team are telling me that my new broadband service that is £6 a month more expensive is costing me £10 for the 9 days that I paid on my old service. Go figure that maths! Currently online with oldest person in BT billing (their words)

    @bt_uk In July I  transferred my Broadband to BT from SKY , and am now regretting this. My second bill included an entertainment package for Netflix and NOW. I have spent more  than 5 hours trying resolve this with no luck.Who can help?
