Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@btsport is there any danger of giving me what I paid for? I can login to my Bt account, shows I’ve paid for a Bt sport monthly pass. Then when I click to watch tv just logs me out. Error WJ931. Complete waste of money and time

@bt_uk Others on lingfield exchange with FTTP having issues. So likely a headend or core issue since ONT are up and running. Online chat said as fttp and they are fttc cannot help.

@btbusinesscare @OpenreachHelp #shoutout to Engineer Clive Plummer who stayed until 18:30 on Friday to get to the root of the issue. Basically the cabling on our street is too old and not sufficiently support Business Broadband promised speeds. After 4 engineers we finally get an honest answer.

@bt_uk It's not the speed that's the issue. It's the ping that keeps fluctuating. Jumping for 20 to 40. 40 to 100. 100 back to 20.
