    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk @Maria_Wildlife The new update simply doesn't work - awful. And I haven't the time to call your helpdesk and be on hold for 30 minutes

    @Joe__Hora__ @bt_uk @virginmedia we had a bit of luck after a similar issue but best we could get was a 4g modem with few terrabites of data untill we got it on (provided by bt) we also managed to get the wait time down to 8days from the normal 12 or so , so just keep on there ***'s :)

    I raised a complaint with BT on 15th August about my BT Sports not working, we are now in December and its still not fixed! Even the complaints team seem to have given up. What's going on BT? By any score this is shocking service... @bt_uk @OmbudServices

    @bt_uk you’re customer care is so poor. Had a billing issue unresolved for over 2 weeks and no closer to a resolution. I continue to be charged too much for my broadband and despite this being acknowledged, it hasn’t been fixed. Please assist.

    @bt_uk This is useless, yet again the worst possible service from BT. Not a single person prepared to pick up the phone and try to help. This customer will be leaving BT at the earliest opportunity.

    @bt_uk having trouble connecting home hub in new house. Can’t speak to live chat without home phone number but can’t see that info anywhere on what I’ve been sent. Can you help?

    @bt_uk your customer services are appalling. Been on hold an hour now. Chat doesn’t work. Website lags out constantly. What a shambles

    @bt_uk had a fibre connection date of the 10th, but it has been inexplicably moved back to the 24th? We’re installing ourselves, why is it taking 5 weeks to post a router out to us and turn our service on?!?
