    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk charging 32p/m for that low of a speed is actually criminal how are they getting away with this? Sky is utterly awful and we get double the speed from the same cabinet 😭😭

    @bt_uk dreadful customer service - yet more delays on receiving your product 6 weeks after moving home. For a communications company, your level of communication is non-existent.

    @btbusinesscare Over the last few years, this is the 4th incident of BT disconnecting us through their incompetence, I’m on the verge of ditching BT. We are unable to work! I do not understand why BT are quick to message on twitter but take weeks for an engineer to switch it back on!

    @hannahcaress @bt_uk Oh wow I’m having THE SAME ISSUE! And it’s all down to BT it’s not anything we have done …. Grrrr this should not be happening these days. Also when we need to work at home

    @bt_uk Why is it so awkward? Why is there not a simple way of just being able to watch it through the normal bt sports app which is available on smart tvs etc just seem so stupid that you have to cast through another device?
