Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk I’ve phoned customer services myself again. Advisor clueless on what is going on and claims order incorrectly placed by BT staff again!!!! Apparently no manager available I’ve been promised another callback Monday I’m not holding my breathe so much for loyal customers

@liammhornerr @bt_uk Yup, had to cancel the engineer visit aswell. It fixed by itself working smoothly now
