    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk @EE I am an EE customer and a BT broadband customer. Can I get a discount? I just saw EE and BT giving customers discounts. Also can I get a second line installed or EE 5G router as a second line?

    @bt_uk you were contacted by Vodafone for my broadband transfer 12/08 and responded service will cease 28/08. Notice period 14 days. I'm still getting recurring bills. Fix it.

    @bt_uk I have been promised a call back for the 100th time. My case has been escalated to level 2- someone from ops team will contact me 2mo.. i have no hope. 4 weeks of lies and shocking service AND no BB! 😡😡😡 why am i paying you!!?? 😡😡😡
