    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Hi @bt_uk, I have used btcloud almost since it started, with 50GB, I pay for extra 50GB. Its now 1T, which is excellent, I would like to remove the extra 50GB, but I can't!! Your call CENTRE said that it can only be done by the app or Web gui, which have no option for it. WTF?

    @bt_uk Yes I did . They said they will not help as, so I put a complaint in. Will see what happens now! Can’t believe both providers are ***************! I’m really angry and upset with everything that’s happened!
