    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    Is Australian tv still in the 1950’s ? Not sure how much more of these guys I can stand @btsport #Ashes  in-jokes, pro-Aussie excitement, did they ever listen to the real pros McGilvray or Benaud? Just awful - watching on @Willowtv in the US - turning off the sound

    @bt_uk hi we are moving house tomorrow and it’s not clear if we will have b/band or not. On the app it says the engineer visit for the 10th is unconfirmed. I rang on sat and the lady said openreach would contact me and she would dispatch a mini hub to keep us going, help pls?!
