    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @PennineHeather Yep and of course the #openreach engineer said it was a temporary fix but cleared the job with @bt_uk so they could move on to other jobs. Never to return

    @bt_uk I’m residential & yes constant spam, I’ve tried blocking them & still coming through, it seems that it’s an overall issue with BT as lots of complaints about it.

    @bt_uk Not very excited today, 2 days off,no broadband connection fault in my area, possibly going to take 33+ hrs to fix, wife working from home, thanks BT..😡

    @bt_uk Good morning,I upgraded my broadband in December and returned my old hub as instructed at the beginning of January, I am receiving emails and texts to say I have not returned this? I have retained my tracking receipt from the post office, any help much appreciated.

    @bt_uk I am very upset , BT just lie on call and ripp me of. I like action to be take . In 5 days i call more an 6 times to cancel order . Every time i have more lies . Is someone here to take action and make me change mind about BT😬😬😬😬
