@bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

  • revphilipbenson Philip Benson (@revphilipbenson) reported from Knockcloghrim, Northern Ireland

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

……… @bt_uk system doesn’t update when any of the local properties highlight the actual known problem! This is the second time in a year that we’ve been without broadband for a considerable length of time.

  • Fermion_Alpha FermionAlpha (@Fermion_Alpha) reported

We made our @bt_uk broadband order on 21st June (!!) and we're still no closer to being connected. @WeAreOpenreach were tasked almost 6 months ago to install a new pole but all we've had is broken promises and missed deadlines. 1/2

@SketchLisa @bt_uk ... at which point you will be entitled to leave your contract without penalty and potentially (depending on if said manager is in a good mood) backdated compensation. Also, if engineer has been inappropriate, make sure they are put into the complaint with specific examples!

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

Currently seem to be in a bit of communication and responsibility stalemate between @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk - have been without broadband since 27th November. BT’s system continues suggest an issue that doesn’t mirror the actual problem…..

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk did arrange to send out an engineer - to properties 1,2,3,4 and The Farm House - most took the day off work and the engineers didn’t turn up. We are currently speaking to BT via direct messages. Despite BTs issues - Open Reach do know about the downed line!

  • TIP2312 TIP231 (@TIP2312) reported

@SketchLisa @DutyPest @bt_uk If you have had no service for 3 months put in a complaint and ask for compensation

  • scott_isles Scott Isles (@scott_isles) reported

@SketchLisa @bt_uk Seeing as that router has the old logo on I reckon asking (firmly) for a new router would be a good course of action. Ring LOYALTY and also open a complaint on your account and detail all issues you have had. Don't close the complaint until a new router has been tested...

@bt_uk The WiFi is down my house, fix it pls?

  • buttoncj Christopher Button 💙 🏳️‍🌈 (@buttoncj) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk All we want is someone to say - yes we we know what the problem is and we will sort it.

  • AndrewW78343311 Andrew Williams (@AndrewW78343311) reported

@bt_uk Yes we're being updated daily on how BT are failing to provide us with a service.
