    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk I’m moving house soon and want to move my service, but there’s FTTP installed at the new house. Am I able to move and upgrade our package at the same time? The online house move will only let me keep the same package.

    @SkyUK @bt_uk can’t revisit my place until Saturday as it’s non urgent. Came out this morning and after a test cut me off. Do not use these crap companies. Seriously poor service and the broadband has been poor from the start

    Thanks for messing me about @bt_uk As a customer of yours for last 10 years you sent my new hub to someone else’s address. Then tell me to contact @RoyalMail to get it diverted which they didn’t! Luckily the neighbours kept it with the intention of returning it to yourselves. Smh

    @bt_uk So I’ve just ordered BT FTTP with digital voice and got the battery back up unit with it aswell. The only problem is, is that the battery back up unit only plugs into the ONT, which doesn’t have a telephone socket, meaning it’s utterly useless as the hub can’t be powered🙄

    @bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!

    @bt_uk This is simply switching on an FTTP service to a home that already has all of the infrastructure and, up to yesterday, already had a connection.

    @bt_uk It’s fine it’s all sorted now But it doesn’t solve the battery back up problem. It’s a complete and utter waste of money
