    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    This is a new one. @bt_uk hub claims to have a connection. I can ping out, but apparently no more than that - certainly not working. BT website says no outages in our area... but suspect something infrastructure side has fallen over.

    2/2 me about for 30 minutes, then try’s to put me on a package I don’t want. End result customer (me) now cancelling and going to speak to @SkyUK or @BTCare for better offers.

    Please tell me why, when reporting a loss of phone line, the only advice is to call the Service Engineers? @bt_uk i. Don’t. Have. A. Phone. Line!

    @bt_uk Have had an absolute nightmare with bt for the last two months!!! Awful service especially for businesses . The worst broadband we've been with, massively hoping it gets sorted soon this is ridiculous. #btbroadband #btuk

    @bt_uk What a cheek, BT want £441 to cancel contract where we've been having problems for months, umpteen engineer visits, broadband speeds well below those promised, service cuts out numerous times a day, today been off more than on! And you want £441 to stop this crap service?

    @bt_uk I had a modem coming for a new installation on Monday. I think you gave Royal Mail the wrong postcode as I couldn't update delivery details as it said my postcode was wrong. Now I can't get it redelivered. RM support isn't open until Monday, when you arrive. Please help!
