Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@btsport why is there no Premiership rugby live on your channels today? Regardless of the internationals paying subscribers should still get a service.

@rioferdy5 Offers no insight and only platitudes ... never mind "Ole's at the wheel" ... if ever a pundit has exposed himself for lack of analysis then he is it. Not quite sure what @btsport see in the value that he adds.

Fun fact @LessDefined @MitchWaddon you can actually get @btsport through the BT Sport app. It’s no contract and you don’t need BT Broadband. They’re absolutely terrible at marketing it so not many people know it exists. Also its £25pm which is expensive.

@bt_uk For my deliver to arrive on Friday, as confirmed by BT Agent, it would have needed to be booked via Tracked 24. It was booked for Tracked 48. No misunderstanding here. Customer service from BT and Royal Mail atrocious. RM won't give me parcel until Monday now!! Want it escalated.

@bt_uk Hey bud! Yupp, both these things have been attempted. Customer service reps have been really helpful and kind, but just got off the phone and the response was “ask the previous owner to try again” for the third time.

@bt_uk I'm so disgusted with whole situation I want to cancel my BT contract. I raised a complaint before 8am on Friday when I got the Royal Mail text saying delivery would be Saturday. Someone was meant to call me that day as noted on my account. Absolutely no contact whatsoever.
