    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk I already know there’s an issue. The problem is all we’ve had is a text with an estimated fox time (5:40 yesterday), yet the site now says 5pm today and someone else has been told it can’t be fixed until Monday. Conflicting information is not what we need

    @bt_uk hi, my BT Smart Hub 2 has started to report itself as a different network name (format BT-ABCDEF) other than the one I had entered into (format BTHub5-ABCD for legacy reasons). Is this a recent change?

    @bt_uk Don't worry, it was user error. I had turned wifi and use a mesh network with the old name. Somehow the Smart Hub wifi had turned back on. Maybe a reset or power cut. Thanks
