  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk There is a damaged telegraph pole. They're in a vulnerable position if they need to call emergency services as they, nor their neighbours can. Not having a date to resolve is unacceptable don't you think?

  @bt_uk BT cable hanging down in the middle of the road, causing cars to swerve to avoid, since midday yesterday. Been told twice that engineers are working on it, and they aren’t. Accident waiting to happen.

  @bt_uk I have had no internet or landline for 10 days now in Bristol BS9 ... Sky have advise me ments a BT Openreach outage... no one seems to be able@to tel me what this problem is and when it will be fixed? Please can someone help. It’s totally unacceptable

  @bt_uk need an urgent clarification on a fault repair! 2 weeks and counting! Shocking customer service, very disappointed. Great service for business line users??? Are you joking?? Communications are disgraceful

  @bt_uk Faulty hub-ordered one. Promised me profusely I would have today. Royal Mail said delivering tomorrow but I have open reach coming tomorrow I don’t even know if I’m going to get this resolved tomorrow. Who the hell is going to go on record and help me? Crap service thus far!!!!

  @MrsAgbag @bt_uk Thanks! Problem with changing provider is that BT are the only ones who seem to be able to service my flat for some wildly anti-competitive reason. So I’m stuck waiting and waiting. Otherwise I’d be with literally any other provider on earth by now
