  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk Yeah.YEAH I WANT TO CANCEL IT. I just need some sort of refund - if I am ever going to get it, & I'd do this via the app. Crazy!!Wake up to 3 lots of subscription payments & get in touch to resolve this, & another 2 separate attempts at £25??? I'm all tapped out !!!

  @bt_uk It's been a good few hours now trying to resolve this 'robbery', rather, the company has - on 2 more occasions, tried taking an additional £50!!!I'm not sure if I should be laughing or pissed of at this point really.Only reason I'm not down £100, cause they've wiped clear my acct

  @jajyv85 @bt_uk @James_ChronNTFC My account has 5 pending also, I assume once it processes it'll charge just once. However this needs clear resolution and some kind of good will gesture to all affected imo

  @bt_uk I note that BT are still taking multiple payments from my account and others, no communication from BT about this? I took me an hour to contact your customer services this morning to be told that you are aware of the issue, obviously not yet resolved.

  @bt_uk can you please assist I have been charged 5 times today for a single monthly BT sport pass and I have not been able to get through on your phone line or messaging service to try and resolve this
