Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk last night (21:30) van turns up and puts cones in my road. This morning we're told to move car as they want to replace phone pole. Where was the notification of this work? Now we are without service. We work from home and need that service. We should have been notified. 🤬

@Kay_2901 @bt_uk Any update on this? Now the BT Service status page isn’t even giving us an estimate fix time or date. Will it be another nightmare of being no broadband for 13 days again?

@tigercubmum @bt_uk 15?! That's crazy?! Mine is still showing as 'expected fix time' of yesterday 6pm... and the only direct response I've got says 'sorry there is currently no update available on the fix time the incident is still open though'. I should say the same thing when my bill is due...

@KaiRossBest @bt_uk Is it just an issue for you or have you heard others have issues? Our WiFi just decided to stop for some reason. I don't think we are in the same area though.

@bt_uk Hi Clare. I sent my final bill to BT from virgin media. BT weren’t happy with it because it didn’t state a disconnection fee. Virgin were reluctant to separate the charges since I am no longer a customer.

@bt_uk Huh? I don’t have any issue, I’m asking why you guys every few weeks keep asking me to pack up my hub and return it to you?

Hey @bt_uk , when will you offer anything more than 26 MB Internet in my area (Stevenage)? Because after today's @virginmedia outage I really need a new fast and reliable internet line.

@bt_uk When there is a fault in your phone system (acknowledged by BT as being in their system) why does it take 3 weeks to fix? - the message from BT states that they expect to have the fault rectified by 25th April! UNBELIEVABLE!
