Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk what is happening broadband is getting slower, prices going up, a package sold that you can not service and Sky offering at £30 per month cheaper. Fibre installed but no one knows when it will be available... a poor customer offering

@bt_uk please explain to me why I am required to pay charges to cancel my broadband when my contract period has ended. The broadband that was provided was so appalling that my contract period was removed. Why am still being told I must adhere to a contract that doesn’t exist!
