Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Home move booked 2 weeks ago. Engineer didn't turn up but signed off job as completed. Another appointment booked on complaining but apparently no Engineer assigned by open reach!! Booked another one today, waiting! @WeAreOpenreach

@btbusinesscare Is there anybody that works for BT business that isn’t completely ******* useless. Up to 4 weeks now and spoken to about 20 people that we’re going to “sort the issue” we have 47 open orders and want this sorted. #btfuckingclueless

@bt_uk Your organisation BT did nothing to help my situation your primary objective is to maximise profits for shareholders this time at my expense , if an organisation treats customers in this manner think how it will treat you and all other employees .

@bt_uk BT charged me £120 for a fault they could have resolved, I will let the public aware of these practices via social media, disgraceful way to treat a customer. BT customer complaints dept orchestrated response stone wall customers .

@bt_uk A fault was raised but engineer missed appointment. No explanation. I was promised someone would call this morning to help. Every time we call it’s a different story. She just needs a functioning phone line!
