Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk @btsport My WiFi is down ,my ring doorbell and ring security cameras are offline I have them due to a neighbour and his friends causing trouble . I got laughed at by customer services for explaining , I have them for my safety and protection, they made death threats how’s that funny!

@bt_uk Really upset with the service I received today. Engineer visited to connect our broadband (8am to 1pm) appointment. Left our home at about 11:30 to “pop out” for something, said he wouldn’t be long… three hours later no site of him. I called customer services

@Concledoc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Can you use your phone as a hotspot until things get sorted? Not a perfect option I know, but might be a temporary solution.

@bt_uk Yeah reported the fault I got told its the area where I live WiFi is down . I don’t feel safe with my ring devices being offline and unable to record

@bt_uk I have done that's how I know it's an openreach problem. they've tested the line and found the issue. it's all openreach causing the problem not sky. no warnings or anything 2 full days now. not good enough

@bt_uk It’s not ideal the neighbour and his friends know my ring devices light up when it’s recording and they have clocked on there is an issue 😞, my devices work with WiFi connection not data unfortunately. Also have bible study on zoom 😞 in an hour

@bt_uk Hi, I’ve recently plugged in a new LG TV. My aerial TV channels are now only displaying on the LG TV Guide and not through the BT TV Box, which would be my preference. How can I fix this? Thanks
