Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@JTyrrell_ @btsport @bt_uk The situation is unacceptable - you’ve been aware of the problems for nearly a year now and still no sign of a fix. Yet you continue to list the PS5 as a compatible device and take people’s money!!

@EE Eventually, but missed most of the first half. I pay extra for big screen access so I don’t have to watch it on my phone! @btsport are aware of the problem and have failed to fix despite the PS5 being a year old!

@btsport I can't cast Man U losing onto my TV, which is a prima facae breach of human rights. Seriously, my BT Sport app says I haven't enabled casting. I have, for the last few years. I really want to see Man U lose on the biggest possible screen. Urgent. Help please. DM me.

@samj0606 @btsport @sky Same here. Every 10-15 mins says “there is a problem” but you can press play again and it works. Then same thing happens again after another 10-15

@BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

Every time I watch Champions League football on @btsport, the commentary always cuts out and sounds like a crackly radio. Does anyone else have the same problem?

New manager bounce should help Utd against Liverpool though so it's not all doom and gloom for them. #MUNATA #btsport
