  Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

  @bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data I’m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service I’m paying for?

  @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

  @bt_uk I'm unable to manage my account online due to the recent changes you've made with MFA and needing a uk mobile phone. How do I check on my billing, how do I know what my bill is, and how do I pay it. Tried multiple times calling customer service and nobody has a solution??

  @bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃

  @leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.

  It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

  @bt_uk hey, I’m having trouble finding my active account with you. When I log in with the email it always logs into an inactive account. Can’t find bills info etc etc. All info is my closed account before rejoining you. Can you help? Thanks.
