@bt_uk NO. What I wish is for whomever that ruined my router settings to fix it without having to factory reset everything. I'm working from home, I can't afford to faff with it because your staff broke it. Why can't you just revert the setting that they changed?!

  • MLiddament Martin Liddament (@MLiddament) reported

@bt_uk Frustrated to see our broadband issue fix date has been pushed back another day. Intermittent drop-out and slow speed is not good, especially for my partner who works from home for the NHS and is supporting a variety of front-end activities. I can DM fault ref. details.

  • callum96_ Callum (@callum96_) reported

@bt_uk why does my home hub reboot every 14 days? The timing is awful

  • LacunaAspect MrCow20 (@LacunaAspect) reported

@bt_uk I can't even get decent internet to my house, how do you think reliable wifi will help?

  • AmandaJCrosbie Amanda Crosbie (@AmandaJCrosbie) reported

@bt_uk I called on numerous numbers, I also sent an email and am now informing you that I no longer want the service you have trouble providing. I have waited since 19 October - unacceptable!

  • Jack48431387 7 (@Jack48431387) reported

@bt_uk come on BT it's been 24 hours and WiFi has been down all over the country, what's going on?

  • WHITTERSTWLTTER H (@WHITTERSTWLTTER) reported

@bt_uk someone at BT disabled 5Ghz on my router in hopes it would help make things faster. It didn't, surprisingly disabled the faster WiFi band made things slower. I tried to re-enable it but now nothing will connect via 5Ghz, only 2.4, 5Ghz isn't even viewable.

  • phwandjes Jane Williams (@phwandjes) reported

  • pricerachel Rachel Ann Price (@pricerachel) reported

@Roxy2Buck @bt_uk No they do not unfortunately @bt_uk has continued to provide the correct service and have been unable to rectify the problem. Endless amount of hours on the phone trying to solve the problems and not one of their employees were able to help.
