    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. You did not complete our installation on the 20th as promised, so we've been left with no phone, internet, and our security cameras and entry phone system are offline. Thanks

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @bt_uk my internet connection for my business account has gone down and the system checker keeps crashing. Tried calling but then keep getting directed to go online 🙄

    @bt_uk @NRManc they’ve messed up everyone’s account - it be worried they are taking money from old customers so check your bank - they aren’t acknowledging the issue

    @bt_uk I’ve just tried that generic phone number, after being passed on several times I finally got told that they are experiencing technical outage and to phone back.

    @bt_uk no service since 6pm Ryde, IOW. tried everything reboot, turn on/off. Confused as to why as there’s no outage being reported however the text AI service is saying there is?? ? Sort it ouT BT

    @bt_uk I cannot find the option for online chat, I am disabled and need a reliable land land service, I use Starlink as my Internet provider.

    @bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave

    @bt_uk why can we not talk to an operator anymore, dyk how, annoying it is, when no one will pick up the call and you have no WIFi for 5 weeks now and all I get told is "there's a network error" Well sort the issue, you are quick to take payment, which I will be claiming back
