Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

Wondering when @bt_uk will be fixing the bug in their set top boxes that causes them to blank the screen after rewinding a channel and catching back up to live TV. 15 seconds later the screen goes off and you have to change the channel to get it back on. Bad start to my service

@bt_uk Disgraceful service. Communicated and committed Fibre would be live 12th October. After thier initial mistake from installation. Still not live past 12th October. No communication or update provided as to why not!

Got to say that when the @skytv Q box needs to be reset, it takes a ridiculous amount of time and ridiculous efforts to do it. We are out of contract with them and will now go back to @bt_uk. The offer is not a lot better but both the system set up and customer support ARE.

@btsport Any chance of Jake correcting his mis-information comment from earlier, when he did that Rangers had never lost a competitive match by six goals before. Perhaps he should ask Ally McCoist!

@bt_uk Hi, Ok it's now a long time since I highlighted this and it's still not resolved. The bill in question is due tomorrow and I'm concerned that this issue will affect my remortgage application due to an error on your part!

@bt_uk I'm just over ½ way through a 24 month SIM-only mobile contract and want to cancel. The website says I would have to pay off the full remaining 10 months of service on a *SIM-only* plan. Meaning I'd be paying for 10 months of service that I'm not using. Is this correct?
