Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@bt_uk Open reach here for 3hrs, no fault found. Recommended a new Hub. Bt Home tech Guy was here 17th. No fault found. Am at a loss tbh. Disconnected the hybrid hub from the smart hub. I got a funny feeling because that was the only change in the last few weeks to my network.

@btsport Rins's bike fire 🔥 delay during @btsportmotogp qualifying meant my SkyQ recording missed the last 5 minutes.! It's not hard to send the signal to Sky to extend the program time, I bet I'm not the only annoyed one this morning. #FFS
