    @bt_uk is there issues with broadband in the BT45 Area? I’ve been without broadband for over 4 hours now.

    Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

    @bt_uk Nice, after doing this they text me saying it wasn’t their fault, and then the internet miraculously worked for about 5 minutes before ceasing to function again. I had to open Twitter using 4G because the WiFi simply couldn’t load the tweet. I am BEGGING for help. Texting again.

    Imagine paying @bt_uk £20 for 5 days of Internet, only for it to last 5 minutes before going down. Now the hot-spot isn't even showing on my WiFi list, and I have no way of getting a refund...

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk You two need to get your act together and get my connection sorted. Two months paid and still no service since June. Nothing but stress and anxiety trying to get this resolved. I’ve been beyond patient. This needs sorting. Fast. 😡

    After 7 days without internet and days of lies, cancelled appointments and false promises thats the complaint letters off to @bt_uk executives. The customer care is deplorable in the modern day. #PoorCustomerCare

    @bt_uk It was a new service which was due to commence last week. I have the equipment but I do not have the signal. I have called customer services at least 6 times. What exactly am I paying for. So many broken promises so far

    @bt_uk are there currently issues in the CB23 area in Cambridgeshire? No PON lights on the open reach box, tried both power cycling fixes with no result.
