    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here
