@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk I am trying to get through to you to cancel BT Sport but just get stuck in a queue for ever, please tell me how else I can do this, as appears you cannot do via the app/online account (unsurprisingly).

@bt_uk said they were to deliver a 4Gee mini hub as a replacement for a faulty product… hasn’t happened, was also told I was going to get a callback yesterday that never happened and was texted today stated I’d get a call, didn’t happen As usual shocking service 0/10 #pointless
