Jeremy Curtis (@rjcurtis) reported@paullewismoney @bt_uk This also means we are forced to upgrade our alarm as it won’t work on a VoIP line. That costs is down to us. Same for elderly assistance alarms. Upgraded will cost £100’s per systems.

Already fed back to Ofcom via a feedback form, an absolute joke so far.

Jimmy B (@jimb_england) reported@bt_uk our FTTP went down today, been told there is an issue and an engineer will be out Monday. What am I meant to do in the meantime? I work from home and can't do this without Internet access.

John Innes (@mm0jxi) reported@paullewismoney @bt_uk Your analogue phone will be turned off, then you plug the phone into the BT hub (the socket will be covered by a sticker) then phone service will resume as VoIP. There's no going back, the exchanges are end of life and being taken out of service
