@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk We will have been waiting a total of NINE WEEKS to get broadband installed due to problems with @OpenreachHelp . Our temporary internet isn't good enough for what we need and this is actually now damaging people's livelihoods. What can be done about this?

Tried to upgrade my broadband to full fibre back in December, a ******* epic saga ensues, the latest being told by @bt_uk they can't can fix their cable duct running to my house until APRIL. Five months to get carry out a simple upgrade

@TrikkyDikky99 @bt_uk @TalkTalk Richard beware - my experience of Talk Talk when I tried to switch years ago was dreadful. Not sure which property they connected but it wasn’t mine !! The overseas call centre just didn’t get it. Worst company in the world 🌍

Called @bt_uk twice to cancel my broadband upgrade (within 14 day cooling off period) and return to my original contract and still no confirmation it’s been completed. Apparently I have to wait for a manager to “authorise”
