@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk 3 months ago I ordered broadband from you and still no idea when will get connected. Have complained multiple times but nobody cares - no idea what to do next. Shambolic customer service doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Day 66 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@btsport is the absolute worst cricket broadcaster I’ve ever seen. Glitchy graphics and 3/4 of the screen blocked out on replays, presumably because of a rights/contractual issue. Let the BBC have it again, they care more.
