Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btsport I pay to watch football from you on my laptop but can not remember last time when I watched whole game without freezing stream. Nothing like that happens on NowTV, maybe you could ask them how to deliver paid content properly? I pay real money, bring me a real service.

@bt_uk So now we have our old number back after a month of no landline. Only problem is that the BT digital phones have such a weak signal they don’t work in 60% of the house. And BT has no signal booster. So come on BT what do I do now? Rather go back to analogue that works properly.

Well folks if you are experiencing a BT Fibre Outage then be aware that they feel it is acceptable for it’s customers to be without internet access for 30 days! Yes 30 days! @bt_uk

  • ChrisJBoud Chris Boud (@ChrisJBoud) reported

@bt_uk your customer service is an absolute disgrace! We had an engineer out on Mon, who confirmed a problem and said if it persists to contact you to arrange a replacement router. Now your CS team are refusing to do anything and won’t send out an engineer.
