@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Hi I am trying to find out what is happening in DM's with my mother's phone but nobody is replying to me. I was told a divert had been put on her phone to her mobile but her landline phone still rings out and now her mobile is playing up which I presume is down to the divert.

@bt_uk Your Routers are genuinely terrible, they drop singnal all the time, we pay for 60mbps and get 20 for £50-£60 a month. I don't know if it's something to do with the line but hopefully an actual competent router will fix my problem.

@bt_uk @bt_uk I tried my best but really loosing my patience now. I've spent over 6 hours not exaggerating on the phone. Every time someone new, my orders keep getting cancelled, 4 of them so far. Been waiting for 3 weeks, no internet. Please can I get some help?
