Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August.
