@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@Georgin03524104 @WorcsWarriors To be fair to btsport, it’s RFU and premiership that removed us. And at the Bath match today they showed Worcester warriors supporters, said you will see them around the grounds please give them support they need it at the moment.

@bt_uk NOT HAPPY with bt, elderly, vulnerable, disabled parents left without phoneline after upgrading their bt two weeks ago, can't receive or make calls,bt say they will try to fix by next Wednesday but can't guarantee this!?@

@bt_uk 1. Update - I spoke to your team after they said theyd call me. They never called me back. I had to call up. They supposedly added me to a text list from openreach for updates. NO Texts received. They told me on the phone that the issue would be fixed on Monday 10th
