Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk engineer showed up and is actually accepting to do the job 🎉🎉🎉🎉 manager still hasn’t called to manage my issues since Saturday. It took a year and a half for an engineer to do the job, how long will I wait for a manager to call!!!!

@bt_uk Yes I had and the BT and Apple Support pages (I mana an eejit. And, with all due respect - that page lists POP3, IMAP and SMTP (SSL) settings and Port Numbers not any caldav/carddav or whatever the term is for contacts server addies.

@bt_uk how to loose a customer in 5 mins offer them 300mbps at £45 a month another competitor offer 500mbps at £30 economics says customers will go there so offer similar and competitive prices
