    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.

    This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk

    @Alonso_GD Along with everything else. I have had to write to @bt_uk hard copy / snail mail because they cannot resolve issues with my #Landline digitally. However that was posted last #Wednesday 20.05.2026. Given the thousands and thousands of pounds they have extracted throughout my life?

    @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised

    @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

    @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.
