@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Quick question, is there a UK based TV tech department? It's not a huge problem, however any previous adviser I've spoken to hasn't really understood and just wants to replace the box and I think it's actually more of a software issue than a hardware issue...

@CityFibre anything you can do to help? @bt_uk wants me to pay £270 to cancel the contract so I can move to cityfibre. £30 ish a month for 12mbps and was only getting 3mbps. what are my options? I do not want to pay any more to bt

@bt_uk internet doesn't work for over 4 hours. Chat says there's a major outage in my area. Your status tracker says otherwise. I can't track the status of this. When I asked about the status page on chat they ended the conversation.
