    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk It seems that your email address for complaints is no longer in use. I’ve phoned multiple times but need to send the litany of issues in text form so there’s a record. I cannot go through it all again verbally. Communications from a communications company is so poor.

    @bt_uk That doesn't work for a 3rd party reporting a fault as the text message says they can't phone you as the number does not match that on the system.
