@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk ordered new broadband last month and was told activation would happen by the time my current provider disconnects. Now being told @OpenreachHelp have a backlog (surprise) so won't be connected in time. Official complaint submitted. Shambolic before even getting connected.

@bt_uk No but I’ve spoken to online chat. I’m very unhappy. You tell me there’s no external fault and the problem is inside my house. Yet all my neighbours on BT had the same problem since 8.30am. Obviously an external issue.

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk why the hell am I a month down the line from placing an order for my new property and having to do your engineers jobs for them? Still waiting to be connected because your systems apparently can't find property details but you managed to send me a contract!
