  @gpimblott @bt_uk We will all have to be on VoIP landline service (like BT Digital Voice ) v.soon as Openreach are closing the PSTN network. With BT DV yes you'll need to use their Router but you can now just have broadband only and use an alternative VoIP supplier if you want.

  @bt_uk is there an ongoing issue? Myself and a number of friends have all just lost internet connection. We are located more than 5 miles apart, but all on BT. Glasgow area.

  @bt_uk hi, I've got a fault on my line currently so broadband never came online since I got it. In the meantime I've set up my BT complete WiFi booster, and I've got 2 areas where the signal is poor. Can you help me to order an additional 2 boosters?
