Iโm physically disabled and itโs incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโd never joined BT.

How do I claim for the data Iโm using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service Iโm paying for?

Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.
