@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@RSdriver00 @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk BT will happily try and sell us a lovely fast package, except we know we are on a copper cable even though their website begs to differ. Local company are offering fibre for less money and their office is just down the road. Sounds promising!

@shutupmoveon @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk That's a very urban-focussed solution. I live on the outskirts of Bristol & e don't get signal indoors & only 4g outside. Its even worse further into the surrounding countryside. There are lots of people for whom the 1G cable is the fastest service.

So it's looking like another week of no streams as @bt_uk engineers weren't able to fix the fault today. Apparently it's a "technical and complex" issue. I have a lot of sympathy for the engineers, some issues just take ages to fix because either the cause is not clear or it's a

Suddenly lost telephone line and broadband with it. @bt_uk say there is a fault but can only commit to ‘hoping’ to have it fixed by midnight next tuesday. Which is over five days away. In what world is this remotely acceptable service?

@Valyriannnn Yes but I am watching on my phone thru BTsport and you would think that Roma is playing against BTsport FC. Very awful and one sided commentary. They even tagged the Zaniolo denied penalty “that slight shirt pull”. I will rather get back to a station that won’t speak my language.

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Who still uses BT physical wired telephone? Find airtime provider with best signal and just use 4g or 5g. Buy separate access point for internet backup. Someone ISP will provide broadband over BT wires. Copper cable cannot match current best mobile speeds.
