    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk . Do your job and fix it if it was a dodgy untested update send the routers a new one tonight 0:00-6:00 to sort out the issue or if it's your exchanges end fix it there or if you can fix it remotely just do it but fix it what if our phone lines go out on an important phone call

    @bt_uk just moved in to a property which you assured us had broadband - it doesn't. An engineer can't come out until the 7th. So, a week with no Internet or TV. Complaint incoming

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isnโ€™t working where you check status?

    @bt_uk no had problems for about a month now in middle of a online game and the broadband starts flashing orange and kicks me
