@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Absolutely appalling service from @BTBusiness and @btbusinesscare today. Apparently two companies with the same name, logo and the phrase telecommunications in their name can't communicate with one another.

Day 70 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

@bt_uk why is it that as a new customer I could get full fibre 500 for £31 but as a customer out of contract the best you can offer is £40?

@bt_uk Hey, internet's been rough all week and is now less than 2 NBS so I can't work. Can't even listen to @TheNewsAgents podcast that you sponsor. Everyday I hear "BT Means Business" as their promo message. Not feeling it right now. Can you help please?

@bt_uk I would check that page, but as I said, y'all's help pages are scuffed. The raw HTML loads, but all the JS/CSS is redirected to a maintenance page...

@bt_uk You really need to be sending equipment earlier so that it’s ready for the engineer when they arrive. Sending the day before the appointment on a 48 hour service is never going to work and will end up costing BT for wasted appointments.

@MollattMrs @bt_uk The response was even though the network is provided by openreach they can't fix the issue until my provider got in touch. Eventually gave a **** and bull story about damage to underground cables and how it could be a few weeks until local authority give permission to dig.
