Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk I did send a message via the website regarding the nonexistent WiFi, within the first hour of trying to use it! I have not received a response, hence my Tweet. I didn't have an app, it was via the website. Seriously? No refund, for a service that wasn't functional?!

@bt_uk @BTGroup hello 👋 disabled customer here. My venerable mum has been cut off for the past 12 days because of change over from broadband to fiber. Still waiting for the router and phones to be delivered. Customer service has been bad. Compensation needed now too for loss.

@bt_uk Info on the app says that you have to text ‘help’ and then your landline number. Website wants landline. Not everyone has a landline Karen! No internet for 2 days so far and no way to check what’s going on 😞
