Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  @bt_uk Many thanks for your help. It turns out a fuse had flipped. So, on this occasion there was no problem. I only realised it had flipped when an item on the same circuit did mot work. Just called to resolve matters.

  Well @SkyHelpTeam , @bt_uk & @WeAreOpenreach you have all contributed to an awful customer experience moving from Sky to BT. Day 2 of no broadband and no idea when I’ll be reconnected. Errors at every turn and left to me to resolve #hopeless
