@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Won't let me watch any live feed, I've tried clearing cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I don't get errors or error messages. I tap what I want to watch and it does nothing.
