@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk I’ve been told by yourselves today that my wifi could take a long time to fix after it went down yesterday. I am self employed and work from home and I simply can’t manage without earning. The wifi small box you sent the last time this happened didn’t work.

@adamsummerton @btsport Adam - there is no tougher league to get out of than the @TheVanaramaNL - apart from going down! And we’re doing everything with extremely limited finances to avoid that - a hugely challenging competition

@bt_uk Please, the person l spoke to in tech dept said they'd feed it back too. So many people have issues. There are things about it the engineer who came yesterday didn't know, customer facing staff knowledge on it is wrong or low from my experience. And to use it is a mare.

Now I'm on BT 1471 last caller to overwrite the Edinburgh No. which is not the architect I've applied to for work because that area code starts 0131 4 not 6, cross-wiring perhaps! @bt_uk CAN YOU HELP PLS, LANDLINE & BROADBAND GLITCH: WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO START WORKING NORMAL?

@bt_uk what’s happened to your email system? Apps not working or recognising password on iPhone or Mac. Login on browser works but can’t load emails!! This is a big problem when expecting some important emails. Few days now…..

So the repair after #stormarwen that @bt_uk said was fixed was a temporary repair and that's why again we lost service and why the service continues to be below the level I am paying for. As confirmed by #openreach engineer today.

2/2 @sky Repeated calls made. Called again tonight explained the issues again for the third time and promised a call back in 72 hours and that’s after an escalation. I’m sure @bt_uk or @virginmedia would love a very loyal customer.
