@bt_uk Hi, I'm trying to find out what happens next with my order (VOL013-540542666685) - I called the fibre team last night but couldn't stay on the line on-hold once I was transferred. Can you help? Just trying to find out what happens next, and when?

  • ZeCyberChimp CyberChimp (@ZeCyberChimp) reported

  • angus_barnett Angus Barnett (@angus_barnett) reported

@bt_uk Rita, you now have the account number and address. Please advise what is going to be done to get this fixed today? We've told fix dates of 10, 11, 15, 16 and 17 December and it is just ridiculous now. Our neighbours have connection but we don't and no one has been able to say why

  • __FairyP P 🤍 (@__FairyP) reported

@bt_uk Hi. I did but it said there’s no issues. The thing is the connection drops in and out sporadically. It’ll show on our phone that the WiFi is connected however nothing loads.

  • ikz_1 Ikram M (@ikz_1) reported

@bt_uk @btshopuk It said on the website delivery on or around the 15th Dec. Email also said it has been dispatched + left the warehouse? If it has left the warehouse where is it? The covid/Xmas excuse is growing tiresome and shouldn't be an excuse for poor service/communications 2/2

  • MikeyCarruthers GP | Mikey (@MikeyCarruthers) reported

@bt_uk broadband has cut out all day. What's going on?

  • angus_barnett Angus Barnett (@angus_barnett) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We have now been without Broadband for almost 2 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. Get this sorted or advise how we take this further and get someone to take our complaints seriously! Terrible service.

  • tommonk99 tom monk (@tommonk99) reported

@bt_uk appalling service. House move screwed up, no internet for nearly three weeks, two confirmed dates when internet was meant to be up and running and both passed with no service. Endless hours on hold, hung up on, broken promises, clueless staff. Disgraceful - NEVER EVER USE

  • AlisonSinderson Grumpy Mum (@AlisonSinderson) reported

@KatieMorley_ @bt_uk have left my elderly vulnerable parents without broadband by trying to sell super fast fibre on a house move. Delayed connection of service they actually want & lots of tech jargon on why need new contract offering 1-4 mbps. Still not done - can you help?
