Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@btbusinesscare We’ve been down that road too, the local community is too small to self fund the high cost of installation. Universal access to fibre infrastructure is what is needed, rather than passing installation cost to the consumer and then charging them to access the services.

@bt_uk @xboxuk Look how BT are taking advantage of the console shortage. They’re forcing their terrible broadband on people, just to allow them to purchase from their Xbox stockpile PLEASE, don’t sell them anymore consoles. Let those consoles go to other stores, like @Argos_Online

@bt_uk Waiting for your colleague to phone me to tell me. Not holding my breath because customer service has been appalling. Fourth attempt to get engineer. Last 2 phone calls either not returned or line dropped and no attempt by your colleague to get back to me.
