Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

@bt_uk someone at BT disabled 5Ghz on my router in hopes it would help make things faster. It didn't, surprisingly disabled the faster WiFi band made things slower. I tried to re-enable it but now nothing will connect via 5Ghz, only 2.4, 5Ghz isn't even viewable.

I'd forgotten how @btsport @btsportcricket ruin the cricket with adverts in-between every over, simply ramming ads out and ruining the analysis and flow of the game. Pay for sports, get bombarded with ads. It's poor.

@bt_uk been holding on for over 4 hours trying to get through to change our BT house move date due to a delay! Had to give 48 hours notice which we are doing but how can we do this if we can’t get through to you?? Have also sent a dm via Twitter! Please can someone help!

@bt_uk Hi there - I tried to report a fault via MyBT on Saturday but the line test repeatedly stuck at 99% so tried via 61998 text, got reply that engineer will be in touch in 48 hrs. Not had anything and MyBT shows no fault being tracked on account. Can you help?

@bt_uk hi I’ve had issues with Bt internet email since Saturday called Sunday told there was an issue impacting multiple customers then it seemed to be okay again now it’s not updating my inbox continuously asking for password is there an ongoing issue?

@bt_uk why have we not had any warning that our broadband connection is off for 24 hours? I hope I'm not paying for it the lack of service. No broadband = no streaming, no sports Not good enough. Glad contract ends in January
