    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk @earlythorn Peter they are chatting rubbish to you. We have no landline and no internet for over 48hrs. They said engineer was coming out today he never showed. And they expect us to wait two weeks for it be fixed when I work from home. I spoke to three different staff members Lisa & Roshan

    @Northpowergrid @Northpowergrid you’re obviously unaware of @bt_uk (& other providers) moving to Digital Voice. If the power goes out I’m now reliant on my mobile being charged and in signal 🤞🙏

    @bt_uk Awful customer service. My broadband fees doubled during lockdown as I was out of contract I could never speak to anyone to chat about this!! Only when I leave for Sky do you come running. 🙄 Even then your attempts to persuade me were pitiful.

    @AmitKamlani @bt_uk They won’t help you! We’ve been waiting since Friday and no engineer turned up! They expect us to wait two weeks for it to be fixed can I add we have no landline and no internet and I work from home which also means I have no tv either! Awful company I would think about moving

    @bt_uk Thank You I've spoken to a BT rep via phone and am told that the issue is @OpenreachHelp and that we'll be without a landline, usable Broadband until mid October. but never mind I and several others in the street can just keep paying for something we haven't got. stay safe

    @bt_uk very frustrating. My broadband connection went live 2 days ago but my Smart Hub 2 still hasn’t arrived and when I called customer service yesterday I couldn’t get a straight answer. It says dispatch delayed on track my order but for how long?!

    @bt_uk It’s a fault with the power at the cabinet. Openreach have already been out but can’t fix it because if they turn the power on for g-fast, it’s sets the cabinet live with 240v, so if anyone touches it they’ll get a shock. The problem is no one can tell me when it will be fixed
