@bt_uk So thanks to @bt_uk I owe £ 159.00 to @SSE for the cancelation of my contract. Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

If anyone sent me an email between 5pm and midnight yesterday I didn't receive it. @bt_uk email was down for the 2nd time in a month, and all emails during this period were eaten by a @bt_uk and @YahooCare shaped black hole. #FedUpWithBTandYahoo #Unreliable

@bt_uk I would if BT could do the job claimed. My fibre should have been active on the 9th Jan. I was told some BS about the routing route of the cables not as expected. Yet I know the fibre line is all set up and connected to the exchange now. . I've waited 7+ years Di I need to cancel

@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

Apparently an electricity problem has blown our area's internet and they might have to dig up the street to fix it. Anyone who knows me knows this is some of the worst news I could receive. (@bt_uk system was utterly clueless too, which was really helpful.)

@bt_uk we have just received a call from your “technical department” from number 01798 877386 who say we have issues with our broadband - I asked for further details from them about our account and the line went dead - I assume this is a spam call as that number doesn’t connect

@bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

@bt_uk We discovered the problem Catherine. Hub was plugged into extension. @tweetclix put a new socket in the wall and seems much improved!!

@bt_uk A bit more interested in the sizeable amount my package costs each month and the fact it's going up with renewal, the fact I've been a customer since 2015 and new customers get their package at a fraction of what I pay. I'm going to start shopping around for a new provider.
