  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

  • fergusboden Fergus (@fergusboden) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Apparently an electricity problem has blown our area's internet and they might have to dig up the street to fix it. Anyone who knows me knows this is some of the worst news I could receive. (@bt_uk system was utterly clueless too, which was really helpful.)

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk So thanks to @bt_uk I owe £ 159.00 to @SSE for the cancelation of my contract. Then will leave me with no service whatsoever. It was bt that emailed me back in December to anounce I could now get fiber. I hope who ever calls tommoro is fully autherized to financially fix this.

  • Ox13SCO BJCampbell (@Ox13SCO) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyCinemaUK @NetflixUK @bt_uk @AppleTV @PrimeVideo why not give something back and provide all your services free for 3 months to help the wider community #UKTOGETHER #KILLTHEVIRUS #COVID2019

  • karenagalloway Karen A Galloway (@karenagalloway) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk No known faults in the area but no service - Wi-fi working - phone died yesterday

  • karenagalloway Karen A Galloway (@karenagalloway) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk In which case I need to report our broadband is down.

@tamkelly1980 @btsportfootball @btsport @RangersFC @darrellcurrietv @EuropaLeague Are you at the windup or are you really that stupid

  • Ashie_Moto Ashley Louise (@Ashie_Moto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Do I even want to know how much our goverment is funding these works that @bt_uk are claiming for upgrading the network.

  • phildalgleish phil *wash your hands* (@phildalgleish) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

  • DavidTannerTV David Tanner (@DavidTannerTV) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@MikeyRuddick @btsportfootball @HibernianFC @btsport @sunsetandvine Just read that. To be honest, he’s never a League 1-level player. I move would be good for him. He would to say no to Celtic.

  • janey656 Janey (@janey656) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk why aren’t you letting customers pause BT sports like sky have. I was told I could cancel but would have to pay out the contract. Your not providing the service we signed up for so why are you still taking our money. Come on BT do the right thing! And answer our question!

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk Thanks I guess only time will tell with that. Incompetence from 7 days prior to instal on 10th Jan, and now just over 3 weeks since then. The visit before install should have addressed all these issues. Prior to changing me to a more expensive service. I want the equipment out.

  • janey656 Janey (@janey656) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@btsport BT sports need to follow Sky’s lead and let customers pause their payment UFN all I got when I phoned was it’s not our fault we’re waiting on a decision from the SFA. They said I could cancel BUT I’d have to pay to get out of the contract, Come on BT get a grip.

  • PEJ13 Perry E Jenkins (@PEJ13) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi. I have STILL NOT been updated as to when BT will be able to get our Broadband up and running (BT error has disconnected) - Complaint Ref VOL013-476616060803 Rgds.

  • MrSifter_ Marky ™ (@MrSifter_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk I’m not at home I’ll do it once home I had great speeds with sky and their the worst

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk Thank you, 😌I called on Monday to get some info about the early contract buy out scheme so i asked then to start a complaint.. Thanks again for emailing them. Chris

  • shwadywaddyday Chris Osborne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #SNP #indyref2 (@shwadywaddyday) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk I would if BT could do the job claimed. My fibre should have been active on the 9th Jan. I was told some BS about the routing route of the cables not as expected. Yet I know the fibre line is all set up and connected to the exchange now. . I've waited 7+ years Di I need to cancel

  • andrew_kemp Andrew Kemp (@andrew_kemp) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

New @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia

  • celticghirlmo Moira Johnstone (@celticghirlmo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@bt_uk You need to cut down on the adverts it’s ridiculous you should be ashamed charging for a channel of nothing but adverts 🤬🤬🤬

@NudgeXS @btsport Thankfully I have two laptops so watch racing on one and rugby on the other, but love watching rugby on a big screen. Ah well will have to but Amazon crap which I really do not want to do

  • TEOL85 The Evolution Of Life (@TEOL85) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Or is it a case of let it settle down you are expecting everything to be the same speed when it's a almost a complete new wiring so this stuff will happen for now like when you just got broadband installed the first time again. Lol

  • Darren26442266 Darren (@Darren26442266) reported

@bt_uk Why in Thurmaston and Leicestershire is your phone signal so CRAP. People cant hear each other. DO SOMETHING

  • SIM0NALLEN Sim0n Allen 🌍🇮🇪🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@SIM0NALLEN) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @BT_uk Here's an idea, is there a safe GDPR compliant way to make sure that those who were asked to shield during the pandemic could be on a priority list for engineer support? Let's make our national infrastructure work for those who need it most.

  • Jonatha93928213 Jonathan (@Jonatha93928213) reported

@bt_uk I have no good phone signal and your engineers cut our landlines? I have to leave my son in the house alone to send these tweets....☹

  • TEOL85 The Evolution Of Life (@TEOL85) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp It's working a whole lot better but why the upload speed and only by a cm bar touch of WiFi but still there signal strength slashes after the complete wiring change it fixed the network crashing out so the stability is better but other stuff slashed?

  • NudgeXS John Evans (@NudgeXS) reported

@J2020Sarah @btsport yeah I think Sky do the same with the mirroring nonsense, think it's an extra charge now, WTF

  • KippaxRyan180 🐝 ℝ𝕪𝕒𝕟 𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕝𝕚𝕤 🐝 (@KippaxRyan180) reported

@bt_uk Hello 👋 I’ve just come off the phone to customer service and they have upgraded me to the 100GB sim, Do you roll over any unused data into the next month? Thanks

  • HMuzart Harry S F Muzart (@HMuzart) reported

@bt_uk Hi. I'm a BT broadband customer. However, my 69-year-old mother has been receiving letters saying she is being billed over £900 for no reason. I suspect it is an error from BT, or a scam from someone pretending to be BT. I am just private messaging you right now.

  • KatieeHolliday Katie Holliday (@KatieeHolliday) reported

@bt_uk your “unbreakable” wifi is certainly broken right now... I can’t even run a speed test on the hybrid connect as it won’t even load the webpage 😬
