@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@bt_uk I've got an engineer booked. But I have no confidence they'll fix the problem. As this has been ongoing ever since I have had BT Internet. When does does it get to the point I can cancel the contract due to you not providing a suitable service?

@youngmintcake @bt_uk I never had a problem with BT before, but that was the proper subscription I wanna get the pass today for 2 months so I can watch the UCL final. 60 days from today is the date of the final, but I dunno if that is the last day of the pass or the 3rd billing date.
