@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk I absolutely am, I'm a paying customer, paying the same prices and line rental as those with the upgraded line a few hundred meters away Absolutely no good reason for me to not have broadband parity with them.

@bt_uk been a bt broadband customer since 2006, my contract is up. My fibre costs twice a new customer? Mobile costs far more than similar deals with same GB, tried to get “My Offers” but it’s not working ?

@bt_uk Engineer visit unveiled that @bt_uk transferred us onto the wrong phone line! Now back in the cycle of being on hold for hours trying to get through and arrange a fix... can someone call me please?

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Help. Appointment today for Full Fibre to be fitted. Items received, email confirmation and update for fitment today. No one turned up no one called. On with customer service for 30 mins no answer. Someone pls DM me to get this resolved. Just so poor.
