The amount of channels @btsport have and they can’t show @LFC vs @LUFC when the game was originally due to be shown on there network. There are only 2 Champions league games 3 channels plus online.

@bt_uk That’s what I am saying, it isn’t straightforward as it does not give you the option, the link just takes you to the general help page. There is no way to cancel online, as the person on the phone confirmed, you have to call

@KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.
