4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk Please explain what the current issue is in Smallfield, Surrey. No broadband now for 5 days and heard it won’t get fixed until 7th July! Can an engineer call before arriving?

@bt_uk I no longer have my phone plugged in because I don’t need or use a landline. It’s about time we could have a broadband only line without having to pay for a service we don’t need. And at a broadband only price!!
