@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Good to see that despite the industrial/strike action at @btbusinesscare P0/P1 network level faults are still being triaged so that our critical healthcare etc can still get repairs.

So my @bt_uk fibre went live today but I am without Wi-Fi as I have not received the Wi-Fi hub and all customer service could say to me is there is nothing they can do #badcustomerservices

It gets worse @bt_uk. The call eventually took 1 hours 40. Only for me to be told my original requests were not actioned (ie is pending). In the meantime I continue to pay for a service I cannot and will not be able to use/…
