So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@bt_uk It’s a home move, supposed to come last Monday, didn’t turn up, then again today and didn’t turn up, both times we’ve phoned and been assured someone will call back to resolve and they never do

@bt_uk Hello, yes but it said they will aim to fix the issue within 5 days. Which is a long time - especially given I'm working from home. Now relying on mobile hotspot with EE.

Do NOT buy @bt_uk TV it's the BIGGEST load of rubbish EVER mine keeps cutting the end of programs off so I miss the end or it doesn't record a show I have had TWO new boxes and it keeps happening so please stay away nothing but problems since day one #stayclear

@bt_uk brilliant response to an outage yesterday in my village. My mini hub arrived less than 24 hours after the issue (which had been resolved anyway) . Very impressed with the proactively. I have a solution if any further issues. Thank you !

An update to this story: On Friday night, after spending 2 1/2 hours on @EE's tech help chat line, I was finally able to chat to a senior staff member who solved the "no data" issue within 5 minutes (hurrah!). He also promised they'd give us the deal we'd been sold by @bt_uk
