4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk One is on wired the rest of wifi is none are working. As I said, my bf is IT he tried it all since days. The problem is from YOUR side which is why so many people report YOUR Internet down just sort the issue it’s a nationwide issue with BT…

There is a reason that these dreamboxs are and were so popular. Pubs like mine are charged £1200 per month for SKY and £600 per month for BT sports. With packages that we cannot cancel through the summer. In the current climate, these prices are simply unsustainable @Sky @btsport

@bt_uk Hi Ash, Purchased a property decided to go with Plusnet broadband on 20th April. Spoke to Plusnet again today apparently there's a problem your end! We don't seem to be getting any answers to why. BT keeps saying give us 48hrs every time. What can be done to find the problem?
