@CaseyCo13527451 @btshopuk @bt_uk The code when it was available for order last time on the 19th, was available under your my offers section in your account. I never received an email last time, as when it was announced we were told to check under my offers for the code.

@AshSing02342182 @bt_uk Plus even if there wasn't going to be enough for every customer (obviously) EVERYONE who registered should've been emailed a code and then it could've been first come, first serve which would've been fair.

@bt_uk No, we should have gone live on Friday. The couple both wear pendants and are dependent on being able to call for help if no Carer is at the property. No broadband either.

@bt_uk FYI the call to me at 12.09 from a different number to the one less than an hour ago was also from one of these nasty stupid threatening people about internet disconnection. I will see what I can find on your website about stopping these fools.

@bt_uk I know all too well what's (not) available. You simply refuse to install decent phone lines along the road meaning that the distance to the nearest cabinet is miles away, and therefore the signal too low.

@bt_uk @BTGroup wired test has been completed and the upload never reached over 0.05Mbps So not as promised yet a £158 early cancellation fee is being charged when it states that those speeds are guaranteed.
