4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk @kur5ed Resolution time is 5pm in our area. I have a feeling it wont be resolved even by then. Cant even a find a clear answer on how much of the country is affected by this.

@bt_uk My very elderly grandparents have not had a working phone line for over 2 weeks. Keep being told its being looked into. Not only are they paying for a service they are not getting but more importantly should there be an emergency they wouldn't be able to contact anyone.

@bt_uk Thanks David, but i don't think it is my ps4 works fine with BT Sport has I've had to use that for the time being. My ps5 works fine with sky and netflix. It would appear it is a BT Sports issue/ app issue. As i said it appears a number of othef ps5 users are experiencing this

@bt_uk why is your service checker so poor. How am I supposed to put a landline number in when i only have an internet package and no landline. And its not on the bill either.
