Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

Where do @bt_uk and @openreach get off leaving my vulnerable parents without phone and internet for a week. Engineer turns up today and just says its an internal issue and leaves. No tests. Won't even look at master socket. Utterly disgusted and so annoyed at such poor service.

@bt_uk Thanks, but no indication of when that will be, despite my request to escalate. Also, very convenient that they appear to be the one department I can’t find on social media. Your lack of progress and support so far contradicts everything your business claims to be.

@bt_uk I’ve been civil and understanding each time you’ve told me you would resolve and we are now numerous weeks, calls and delays down the line with no resolution. How can I trust the issue will be addressed just because it’s now been flagged as a complaint?

@EE @btsport I only get updated if I call and block up the customer service line, which seems utterly ludicrous. Surely you know when you're expecting stock and can give an update. Have never had any issues with EE, but have been left very disappointed with this level of customer service.

Hi @bt_uk it's been over a month, had multiple promises and multiple 48hr complaint rectification points missed. I have an allocated executive customer service person also. How do I not yet have a broadband or phone connection?

Hi @bt_uk. Just wondering what the broadband fault in the Brighton area is being caused by? There is no report on your website but I reported a fault 5 days ago and my neighbours and I have experienced slow internet since this day. Speeds are currently between 3-5mbps.
