@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk Everyone you have been warned - avoid BT ISP. I learned my lesson very hard way, I should haver never ever switched from @zeninternet I only did as BT offered 1Gbs FTTP first, only later being forced to open it up. #btfault

Interesting language being used by both @SkySportsNews and @primevideosport , "we have not been involved" in #SuperLeague. Neither they nor @btsport say "We will not be involved". If they believe in their position they'll say the latter, and it might actually help to prevent it

@bt_uk Dear BT, we've just been informed, 4-months on, that you now need to dig up the road. Surely that assessment could have been established within the week? Sorry, but you wouldn't survive 2 minutes within the SME world with this level of service.

Terrible experience with @bt_uk fibre install today. We’re left with no fibre, no internet, & no reasonable solution. We have no mobile reception. We have businesses to run. I've never seen my husband so furious. 😡

@MichaelBensonn @boxingscene Nothing new. HBO and Showtime collaborated for Tyson-Lewis. It can be done. I will definitely go to #BTSport for #FuryJoshua; their pundits are better and their commentator is world class. Adam Smith is bloody awful.
