So it's now Saturday 13th November, a full 10 days from my promised overnight distribution of a temporary solution for having no internet in my house. I pay for a TV subscription and unlimited broadband with @bt_uk, I am receiving nothing from them. How is this possible?

@RealDMitchell @ObsNewReview This is just ridiculous, no consideration for the elderly and disabled in all of this. Not everyone uses broadband, or mobile phones for this matter @bt_uk and for those that do have mobiles they may be in an area where the signal is poor, or who have pay as you go, no credit.

@bt_uk It’s working now but what’s the issue? Why does this keep happening? I’ve gone days without my wifi working properly and we have the best package. You need to offer some sort of refund.
