  4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

  @bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

  Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

  So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare
