@bt_uk Ok but how do they get the number that I get from you? I understand the tech they use but I get the number from you and choose the option to be ex-directory i don't use it online ever so there must be a way it gets to these people. Same issue with my elderly mum

@bt_uk hi, my Internet has been down for 3 days now, you did send me a 4g router, but it doesn't work, I rang yesterday and they said there was an issue setting it up and to wait an hour .. still not working.

With having really poor internet, countless engineers out , not being able to work from due to the poor internet over the past year. @bt_uk now want to increase my bill from £35 to £70 a month.👌🙃

@btcare your internet service is unacceptable. It is constantly dropping ever since changing to you a couple weeks ago. This never happened in the previous 15 years when I had another provider and it means my children can’t do their lessons online. #ofcom #btdontcare

@bt_uk Dad phoned you this morning. You still won’t send an engineer out until Monday (IF they attend as they did not yesterday as promised) so that is all last week my parents have been without wi-fi. Not good service
