4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

C'mon @bt_uk Two no shows from your engineers and have now been on the phone to customer service for half an hour with no result. Why the hell do we pay for enhanced broadband speed and service levels? Very disappointing.

@bt_uk a customer retention advisor added broadband to my account which I already had. I actually asked for sky sports to be added. The advisor placed the order without my knowledge and now I have a delivery for the equipment I didnt ask for. Is this fraud?

@sadaplays @bt_uk @Ofcom holy crap. Good on getting some refund, but they should refund you for all of it or give you free connection for the remaining years they owe. That would not fly here in the US.

@virginmedia I have never encountered such a poor service like Virgin Media WiFi Boosters have failed, there engineers have tried and fail. I’ve waited in excess of 1 hour to get help on the telephone only to be cut off - disgusting service overall. @bt_uk sorry I left you
