4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk The way you are rolling out your digital phone service defies intelligence, my mother was switched over overnight rendering her phone unusable, she was sent a rather incomprehensible e-mail with the subject "You're good to go".

crypto gets stolen, find out @bt_uk has had my line connected to someone else's for 3yrs and get offered £300 hush money? nah, complete breach of GDPR and TRUST. lost a job, money and god knows what else that multiple engineers failed to identify/fix and STILL have a CRAP SIGNAL

@bt_uk @EE well done on being completely useless the both of you......you send the wrong engineer and then charge us £130 for your mistake!....your staff at the Workington branch of @EE are horrendous to deal with. Rude & aggressive.....awful stuff around really.
