So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportfootball the Enhanced Player option on BT sport App is not working at all. It keeps loading the normal playing version each time I select the Enhanced player option. I missed the game tonight and I was unable to view both matches actions. #ChampionsLeague @bt_uk

@AimThaMachine_ @btsport It's not uncommon You can't access some videos bcos of copyright issues where you live. Sometimes i don't see videos of American Sport pages even tho i am in an European Country

@bt_uk I’d just be happy with a hub that actually works!! Sick of having no internet. Discs don’t work, but I’ve got wait to get 3 (pointless) and then I’ll get an engineer out but all tests are ok going into the house. I lose signal in the room next to the hub! It’s a joke
