    @bt_uk I have registered interest for the PS5 using my BT Sport, Business and BT NET accounts. Still haven’t received a code to buy the PS5. I am also an EE customer and have registered interest there but no code from EE either. Can you DM me so this can be sorted? Thanks

    @CaseyCo13527451 @btshopuk @bt_uk The code when it was available for order last time on the 19th, was available under your my offers section in your account. I never received an email last time, as when it was announced we were told to check under my offers for the code.

    @bt_uk Utterly appalling service. We switched our internet provider recently and despite being assured we’d have a broadband connection on Friday 27th November, we STILL have no internet. We've wasted hours on the phone trying to speak to someone about this. Not a good start.

    @bt_uk Never got my call at 10am. Phoned at 10:25 and told the call was scheduled for 3pm, guess what no call either. So back to phoning yet again!
