4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

@bt_uk If I’m continually late paying the bill I’m sure BT won’t mind. If I lie a few times and say I am but then don’t, that’ll be ok? Because I’m only doing what you do, I’ll only be treating you like you treat me. So that’s ok.

@bt_uk is annoying though he upgraded me from 4 to 10 gb but i bet i never use more than 2 gb i just more or less agreed to stop him mithering now im stuck with ee , there needs to be law when people phone for assistance you are not allowed to push sales on them
