So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk We have had so many problems with them Luke.....upgraded us but didn't! Still charged for it and then they cut off certain parts of tv package that we pay for.....complete shambles! Engineers turned up to upgrade our Internet said they would come back but haven't blah blah blah.

Does anyone else have a terrible time with @bt_uk broadband!!? We pay for a higher speed than we ever get, and it cuts out several times a week, sometimes for 45-90 mins. Right now it’s down, I’m only writing this on 4G! Should we switch or is it just the same everywhere?! 😩
