    @bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

    @btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

    4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

    @WhichUK @bt_uk - cut off our internet for over one month and had to call approx 50 of their Customer Services team to get it fixed, we weren’t assigned an Account Manager. Never again

    @bt_uk Less than 6 months since our last ongoing, very escalated issue, we are now having constant connection drops, constant speed drops and all round shoddy service once again, with no explanation or any problems indicated in this area?

    @scotty88g1 @bt_uk Best broadband I've been with by far for gaming/streaming, and the only problems I've had have been due to work in my area which they warn you about

    @bt_uk I signed up a new account and assigned myself to our business account. I have not received the new account verification email so I can’t verify it. Tried several times. Is there a problem at your end? Other emails coming through.
