@bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk still no resolve to my emails. Promises of phone calls, no contact from them. Just want it resolved so I can leave them and go with a reputable company, with good customer@services.

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@PeriwinkleCott1 @bt_uk I thought so , but no .. they arrived in the Dark .. Mid winter. I was woken by the sounds of digging!! The Pole is awful! I’ll send you a few photos. Right next to a Cherry tree . A note on the pole : After .. it was put in .

@bt_uk Why are my speeds currently at 2mbs? Been like this for, 2 days now, FAR FAR below the promised speeds, tried running a speed test 3 times gets to 90% and says "we were unable to test your speed"...Help anyone?

@MsRebeccaChance @bt_uk @WhichMoney The broadband has been ok. We had dreadful internet problems before so we’re just relieved to have an improvement. But I have massive issues with this kind of advertising that’s designed to cause unnecessary stress, so I will consider moving.

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach .... and (2) Sky 'is unable to' provide sim cards and data modems, both of which seemed odd. If you are able to assist, that would be much appreciated. In the interim, I an investigating whether it would simply be easier to terminate Sky contract and order a new line with @bt_uk
