@BBCWatchdog hi, @bt_uk have proper messed our broadband connection up, disconnected us without our knowledge & now we are struggling to get our services back up & running. For a communications co. they’ve been awful. People rely on internet like electricity & water.

@bt_uk Unless you want to watch iPlayer when you have to use a mini hub as your broadband is down. Works for 5-10 minutes then crashes the hub. Every single time, and BT don't have a fix for it. Poor

@bt_uk lost my job due to covid, had to move back home and now I’m being told I have to pay my final bill in one go. £150 I literally don’t have because there’s nothing in place to pay in instalments. Absolutely piss poor customer support for people during these hard times
