4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport why is your coverage of the UFC so poor? Once again it’s Sunday morning and the event replays are not working on any apps. And BT box failed to record. Makes it impossible to watch before seeing the results. Sort it out, third event in a row this happened

@btsport why can't I ever watch UFC replays on your dogshit platform? As soon as I try to skip any parts I get "this video is not working or not available in your region". Happened last time when I was trying to watch Edwards v Usman as well you frauds.
