@bt_uk Can you tell me why I get constant drop outs and poor connectivity with Halo broadband? I pay a lot of money and yet I can’t go a day without poor service. Last time I had issues it was external connectivity as the engineer told me, so WHY?

@bt_uk the worst customer service I have ever received by some distance. Moved home, had internet for 3 months, then had it turned off without notice. Three weeks later after many many phone calls, false promises and blatant lies, still no internet today when promised.

Why is @btsport more expensive when you want to add it on its own than if you have broadband and tv? We can’t have by broadband where we live as the internet speed is too slow, much slower than @virginmedia We have tried in the past and it’s failed….. seems like a rip off to me

@BTCare I have been attempting to make contact through your web chat for over a week. Each time it says their are no available agents to connect to. I have had connection issues for a few weeks now and don't have time to call you to remedy.

@bt_uk my partner @AneeshBhatt has spent nearly 15 hours on the phone to you this past month to get our internet sorted. 1 survey and 2 engineer visits later we’re still without internet and our order has apparently has been cancelled? Disappointing customer service 😔
