@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk Seriously frustrated that my Wi-Fi has been out for nearly 3 hours now, with no idea why. On EE data service too and can barely do anything with 1 signal bar.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, our internet has been down since midday. The app just says there is a problem (which we knew!) at the same time @zzoommplc turn up digging. They are blaming a @bt_uk line problem and said to contact you! Help!

@bt_uk my mother was sent new upgraded router by yourselves and it was a straightforward swap old for new and everything that’s worked since Sunday until today when her phone line and her broadband went down. Is there something she should have done when she had the new router?

@WhiteDogJewel @bt_uk That’s exactly my thinking! According to the rep I was “chatting” with, the new tech is so reliable so it rarely goes down. We have experienced our broadband going down as I’m sure you have too, what happens then?? I put that to the rep and got the reliable tech spiel again!!

@bt_uk Please can we have an update on the internet outage in the TW1 area. I now have the EE mini router but it’s a struggle with a household all online and working from home. Open reach tell me to contact you???? Been off line since early Sat morning so 4 days without.

@bt_uk @haymansafc I’m having issues again too. Very frustrating. Now it won’t work on my iPhone email app. It kept asking me for double verification when I logged into the web version.
