@bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

@bt_uk worst broadband provider ever paying for 40mbps and receiving 0.5mbps. after 3 engineer visits, 2 new routers and multiple phone calls issue still not resolved and now I've been told that slow speeds doesn't warrant been able to leave contract without having to pay a fee.

@BT_UK Hello. Yesterday we reported that our line was down, a van reversing into a neighbour’s drive severed the overhead cable. We were told we’d get a text within 24 hrs as the cable is a trip hazard. Haven’t heard anything. 1/2

@btsport #DavidGinola Just watched #JeanMarcBosman documentary. Again a great watch from #BTSportFilms . So sad that a footballer who created a pathway & better life 4 future players has been left neglected and a broken man. Surely some recognition is warranted by them.

@bt_uk Yes someone called at 4pm to say they don’t know why the repair hadn’t been done today as planned and he would call back Monday when he knew what was going on. In the meantime they still have no services and only patchy at best mobile signal. It’s really not good enough!
