    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    @bt_uk why is BT sport so expensive for us in Hull, not our fault you wont provide a telephone or Internet service in the hull area.

    @bt_uk appalling service . Elderly parents being messed around for months. Last Wed i phoned and was promised an engineer would be out to them on Fri , he turned up today. In mth 4 and still not sorted utter joke!!!

    @bt_uk If you are committed to helping older generation how come (with help by me) an elderly couple (Not online) texted 61998 to report a landline fault that was probably caused by the engineer in the cab yesterday and after 4 hours nobody had got back to them as text promised(1hour)

    .@bt_uk has disconnected my dad's business phone line @WBexleyheath for no reason and now, despite BT admitting their mistake, won't help. It's a local business that depends on its phone line. The hospitality sector has already been hit hard and now this. BT please sort this, now

    Complaint BT Broadband - installation 3 months late. Ordered 4th Nov, Due 18th Dec, now due 2nd Mar - Order reference: VOL013-725343806827 @bt_uk. Complaint also sent by post.

    @bt_uk Engineer arrived. Said signal into box was fine. Still very slow download and upload. Changed the channel. Said to keep an eye on it for 48 hours and if no improvement phone up [again]. Currently no improvement.

    @bt_uk Thanks Matt, I’ve tried the online troubleshooter and gone through the process of remotely trying to fix it, but it hasn’t made any difference.
