    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk why is BT sport so expensive for us in Hull, not our fault you wont provide a telephone or Internet service in the hull area.

    @KatGoulder @bt_uk I have been waiting 3 separate days for an engineer to turn up Absolutely shocking customer care and still none the wiser to when my broadband will be fixed

    That was bloody awful by our prime minister @BorisJohnson he sounded like a presenter off @btsport looking left and right for reassurances and backing after making very statement. None of those questions asked was from an average Londoners concerns or perspective. Terrible!!!!!!!

    @bt_uk @bbcbitesize BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

    Never experienced such bad service than I’ve got from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach set up my account on 27/11/2020 and still do not have any internet. No one from bt knows what is going on and openreach have been out 5 times and still nothing. Clueless

    @bt_uk BT we are still waiting to hear back from our formal complaint to investigate the awful customer service representative who was very unprofessional, unhelpful and hung up on the call. It’s been over 5 days and you said you will contact us back by now
