    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

    How hard is it to get a phone replaced by @SamsungUK on @BTCare mobile network seriously. I ask for proof of ownership from BT and they send a word document instead of PDF with the wrong IMEI number on!!!

    @bt_uk is there an issue with broadband in Llanelli? There was an openreach engineer outside earlier and now all day the router has been rebooting. Its done it 4 times in the last 30 mins. I work from home and literally can't do anything!

    @bt_uk @DCMS The worst di service @provided from BT is terrible we are continually struggling with WiFi in our business we have made several enquires but no one is caring,soon we going to change the provider as everyone with BT broadbands in not happy,do not subscribe any cnday tract with BT

    @BTCare it’s me again we have now discovered that apparently I had opened the account, why would I do that a) when we have provider already b) in my husband’s name c) wrong address & d) husband’s farm office number? @bt_uk want us to pay @BTCare HELP Please

    @bt_uk Nearly one month later, still no Internet. Waiting with baited breath, the engineer has 20 minutes to get here. Time slot finishes at 1pm. Will we be let down again?!! 46 days no Internet...
