Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare That's just the problem... It's a business account! Currently receiving several apologies and being promised a callback - again! The CEO at BT Local Business promised to solve the issue last year - Didn't. I won't name and shame him... just yet!

@bt_uk Broadband installed, never used you guys again. Guy showed up 3 hours ago, said he had to pop out for a minute to check something and to leave the door open for him. He hasn't been back, won't answer calls from your staff. Basically showed up and left. And when speaking

@bt_uk 2 weeks after joining you, internet that drops by the min! 3 engineers in 3 days and today’s went to the van at 11am and disappeared!! Complaint ignored, no manager call back as promised. Additional TV box faulty from day 1 and 2 x incorrect replacement boxes sent out!!!

@bt_uk I have been without internet for past 2 weeks and whenever I phone your customer care team, after being on hold for 40 minutes I am hung up on. Please can you help? My wife and I need internet to do our jobs in lockdown. Please help!!!!
