""we will fix it on 2 days"". next day another staff tell you oh we promise in two month. then if it doesn't work, they will say the expert is coming to help you but next month. most staff you speak with are not idiot,but not expert

After being passed to 4 different depts (who don’t talk to each other so you start all over again) still no solution. Eventually told them to cancel and we will go elsewhere. Very poor show BT
