sarah (@sarah_church) reported@bt_uk There’s clearly a problem, would it bot just be easier to send an engineer out? I assume that’s part of what my monthly bill covers? It just seems ridiculous. At one point, a few months ago, an engineer was supposed to be coming out but it just never happened.

Not only are they paying for a service they are not getting but more importantly should there be an emergency they wouldn't be able to contact anyone.

It would appear it is a BT Sports issue/ app issue. As i said it appears a number of othef ps5 users are experiencing this
