    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @bt_uk - Had a problem with the Internet connection since last night. Just been informed that there's a network fault. Also been told that it won't be fixed until "end of Thursday". HOW is this acceptable to you? Customer service didn't even agree to a refund for loss of service!

    @bt_uk waited all day in queues, just to find out the Access Code I never received, is needed to checkout. Spent hours in BT Live Chat & Telephones Services, but they were unable to help me. I still have the webpage open, with the Xbox ready to purchase. Please help ASAP 🙏

    @bt_uk report internet fault on Friday, Openreach eng attends on Sat, doesn’t have correct tool, promises to be here “ early doors “ Monday, still not here and now I have had to cancel dental appointment. Just sit and wait I guess 🙄

    @bt_uk ****** excuse I was given is because of outstanding bill..but iv never not paid my bills. .. because I upgraded to ftth my bill was a bit higher so anyone with half brain would realise it will take longer to pay..but ohh no bt just cuts of with no warning at all ...

    @bt_uk Got through to checkout and keeps telling me my account login is incorrect even though it isn’t and I got the code from that account. It’s removed the item from my basket now.. what can I do
