    Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @markwools @btsport **** them. They get to watch 90% of the events at a reasonable time! I’d pay at 8pm. Charging the U.K. ppv is a joke.

    @bt_uk problem with my line at home 10mbs instead of 70 download 2 instead of 20 upload. phone line crackling also light on handset flickering. HU18 1PR

    @bt_uk Two months. We are going to have been without internet for TWO MONTHS (AT LEAST AS ITS STILL ONGOING!) due to your and @OpenreachHelp’s ineptitude with setting up our service. Utterly, utterly disgraceful.

    @bt_uk do you have no support for vulnerable customers? My 83yo mother has no working phone line, has a life line that is dependant on it, and is on her own. Wall of silence in response to fault report, total lack of customer service. Disappointed and worried.

    @bt_uk you've left my elderly mum-in-law with no internet, her main means of communication, for almost a month now during a pandemic. 8 complaints later and the issue is no closer to being resolved. meanwhile, you have a massive ad campaign for new customers.

    @bt_uk Shows no known issues. But my father in law hasn’t been to his flat in months and Internet not working at all. Are there any diagnostics we can get him to do?…: He’s old 😬

    @bt_uk I agree - warned tech support I didn't want a sales spiel, passed to second person, given spiel. I interrupted to say I only wanted the issue fixed. Told that it was my equipment & wall socket and was no longer supported. No worries, I cancelled various services and now pay less.
