Delighted to see that @btsport is showing the Wt20I between the WI and SA. Except - they aren’t. We’re getting men’s ODI reruns and no explanation. @btsport have, I think, heard of customer relations, but decided they want no part of it.

Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

I cannot believe how bad @BTCare broadband is…. 2 times an engineer has come out and they haven’t fixed it… got a 3rd one coming Tuesday I bet they can’t fix it. You know what I’ll leave BT and get a better broadband provider 🤬

I'm using @bt_uk BTWifi - essentially piggybacking on someone else's wireless router. Signal attenuation and old folks seeing no need to upgrade their router means 2.4Ghz Wifi4 only. My primary Windows laptop really struggles to connect with native wifi card. Hence dongle.

Empty seats at Thomand Park for a European home game is the clearest signal yet that this format is failing. It didn’t happen when the original ERC administration ran the competition competently. @epcrugby. Let’s not forget the role @btsport played in scuppering a great comp.

@JontyOfficial @btsport I think you had enough time to mention the threat of liquidation. The average viewer will not understand why we are protesting, lots of clubs have bad owners, not many have an owner who is trying to sell their ground and car park to put flats on it.

@bt_uk As suspected pass info onto a non existent case manager, but they won’t make contact for 48hrs if at all. Such a shame this is the service you provide swear at customers, lie in writing and tell lies to get customers off the phone then make up excuses. Such a poor service
