    Shocking how bad that commentary was first half @btsport all he did was continually say how good Man City are saying things like Newport players are pinching themselves to be on the same pitch. He’s a joke. It’s 0-0 at HT for gods sake. Get him off.

    @Ofcom Hi all, Question regarding a contract with @bt_uk , Am I able to exit without penalty in the event BT has constantly provided poor and unsatisfactory customer service, been irresponsible for issues, had one for over a month now and they still have failed to act.

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact product support for over a week, the product support number provided by @Argos_Online just rings and rings, I have a faulty whole home disc that is under warranty that I need swapping, can you help?

    @bt_uk They say it needs more civil work despite the new fibre cable being laid 18months ago and the duct being dug through my property 2 weeks ago. So many of my neighbors have it so the cable is live. But why cancel my sky contract when my new cable isn’t fitted?

    @OpenreachHelp Hi I placed an order with @bt_uk on 10th June. They are saying it is down to issues with OR that I am not connected yet. I have made a formal complaint to them but am I also able to make one to OR? It is delayed due to engineers not turning up to connect the line.

    @bt_uk I'm kind of curious as to why I randomly am unable to "connect" to any of your support teams, when I've been having issues for over a month. Seems as if BT has blocked a paying customers access, pretty shady don't you think?

    @bt_uk What I really want is an actual fix for the broadband instead of multiple engineer visits and then today just not bothering

    @bt_uk Yes I have a complaint number which has been open for 6 weeks but that’s not helping me. Surely the request for the update to the address can be escalated?
