I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reportedAfter 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?

They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.

Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.
