    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    @bt_uk "upgraded" from fibre to full fibre. Failed installation left with no Internet connection since Thursday 11th. Rely on Internet for homeworking. Been misled numerous times around fixing and now I can't get through to anyone who can help.

    After being promised a repair yesterday (13 days since reporting fault) @bt_uk now informs me that it won’t be repaired until the 26th. That’s 16 days since raising the fault and 22 since moving home. No explanation or support.

    My internet cuts out completely multiple times a day and @bt_uk said there’s a problem. Send an engineer out and he can’t find anything and leaves without offering a solution. Top service.

    Well @bt_uk i wonder if you really give a toss about customers - you fail to deliver a simple house move on time, with no service, then after a vulnerable person moves in and you make a firm commitment to a time to come and fix it - just change the arrangement at the last minute

    @bt_uk There is an engineer from you booked, but in the meantime the outage is still causing huge problems as a theatre group (@sdevonplayers) and me unable to connect with my agent with work videos and meetings (freelance actor @brixhamlaura )

    @bt_uk Currently reads "awaiting confirmation". activation date says 24th august, assume I'll still have service until 9th september?
