    @bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @bt_uk Problems with my BT internet since yesterday causing my Ring doorbell to be offline for over 6 hours, this is not good considering I have four carers a day and two district nurse visits. I am unable to get through via phone to report this. Internet again is unavailable at 5.02am

    @bt_uk @huskcollie I was told my broadband would be connected by 23:59 latest on 31st October. It is now 00:33 1st November and I still have not been connected. I’m a first time customer and I can assure you this is not a very pleasant experience so far!

    @LeeMarkDavies @bt_uk There was. A problem with connecting to the Amazon AWS servers. I wasted over an hour with support rebooting and telling me it was my Ethernet cable. They didn’t even know
