@bt_uk over 3 weeks since I posted a letter to the complaints team and still not a word. My final bill and your ludicrous cancellation fee keeps raising even though I’ve been without your service for over 4 weeks. Genuinely the worse customer experience I have EVER had. Shocking.

@bt_uk you think cutting me off is a good move. What happens if we cancel both direct debits? Will you ring us then? We want to end the contract that is ending on 30th September 2022. You are trying to roll it over we want to cancel it!!

Tuchel needs to stop the favoritism he attaches to player selection. Havertz is not a better player than Broja in any football world. Mount has been terrible. Not an intelligent player. But he has passion and desire so the fans like him. Easily sacked by Roman. J Cole @btsport

very disappointed with @btsport after being a loyal customer for many years i reluctantly had to terminate my contract due to a change in my personal circumstances. my reward for my loyalty was a default notice on my credit file (the only one i have ever had) & a complaint
