1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk Morning. The speeds are generally ok but really slow at the moment. Connection drops at random.

@bt_uk Your login page: "Sorry we're having problems with Email". Zero acknowledgement of this on your Twitter. Use social media to inform your customers, not as a cover-up exercise. How not to PR.

@bt_uk @mpezet @bt_uk How about putting this info on Twitter as your pinned tweet or even just sending a general tweet out acknowledging this? It would save us all individually from contacting you. Also some updates so we don't have to keep retrying to get in whilst it's still down. 😑

@bt_uk @bt_uk Can you please put updates on your Twitter account and as a pinned tweet to save me constantly trying and failing to access my emails whilst your email service is down?

Literally cant play a game of Warzone without a guaranteed 80+ Ping lobby. Cant play fifa without a laggy game. Literally had 7 Engineers out already and all @bt_uk say is we will ensure that our engineer will fix the problem. ******* so sick of it.
