It could be a neighbour's heating going off, something you've got on timer, anything of that natures. It can be very tricky to work out what, but the fact that it happens at the same time every night can help to pinpoint it.

I've passed on a link I was just sent via DM regarding the services available so hopefully it may at least reduce the number of calls getting through 🤔

UDP? Pretty sure its one of the two..Get an engineer out here!!
