It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk really shocking service from BT. Organised a home move two weeks ago, twice I was ‘assured’ the broadband would be activated by May 5th,again on May6th and today May7th. Engineer didn’t have my number? How can this oversight happen when I’ve had three separate phone calls

@btsportfootball saying "we couldn't care less about what you want" to subscribers by foisting the abysmal Paul Dempsey on game tonight. Take note @btsport of the damage this sort if ignorance has done to the Labour Party! The world has changed: don't get left behind.
