@virginmedia And you don’t think that maybe you could sort that if you spoke to me via DM? This whole conversation has shown how frustrating it is dealing with Virgin Media. Having to repeat myself, no answers to anything, not really thinking of the customer. Are you any better @skytv @bt_uk?

@bt_uk Yes. I'm aware of that. That's why it's worth letting your leaders know that they'll probably be invoicing BT for the 4 FTE, 4 x vans, drum of fibre, hoist hire etc. And.... They'll probably charge again as they need to come back and fix my neighbour's one also. 🤑🤑 Kerching

@bt_uk hello was wondering if you could help me I live in the nn15 5pq postcode of Northampton and we think one of the gasmen working on our road may of gone through the fibre optic wire at some point as there’s no WiFi for most of the street
