    @BTCare Hi on Consumer BT FTTP900, want to move to BT Business new FTTP900 service for fixed IP. Spoke to Business team but they advised there’s not a standard migration path, can you help?

    absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk. I'm left with no service thanks to the failure of BT advisors who allowed my services to be cancelled even though i called them on 29/05 to advise them i placed no order to leave. 04/06 and BT still allowed my services to be cancelled!

    @BDubleYou @bt_uk I can't access BT email this morning either - now getting a yellow pop-up message apologising for email problems and these are being looked into.

    @bt_uk Internet cut out twice in the last hour. Not great when I have work conference calls. And yes I have reboot the router. #help

    @bt_uk Hi I had an email saying I will get a text from bt to get an appointment a lot because my internet has slowed down. I just got the text from 61998 asking me to text next or more. Is this BT or a scam

    Getting really fed up with the poor performance of our @bt_uk whole home wifi system. Having to reset it multiple times per day.

    @therealryan777 @bt_uk @BT Couldn't agree more. This guaranteed Wi-Fi service they're pedalling is the most insanely stupid system in the world. Only sending out 1 disc at a time means you have to spend 40 minutes on the phone to BT on numerous occasions explaining why you need an additional disc
