Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

My recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

@bt_uk Not to me personally as my personal connection isnt the problem as confirmed by running of tests by myself and remotely by your team. Engineers attended to the problem (a local fault) on the 1st September attended to the problem but its still not right for many.

@bt_uk so I can’t cancel a service which is out of contact online but can take new services online. Anyway you told me to ring and every time I ring it’s a wait time of 30 minutes - this is just to make us give up.

@BBCWatchdog would be great if you could investigate @bt_uk for misselling broadband high speed package to rural areas and refusing to refund customers and reverting them back to their lower cost packages. Customer service dodging tactics and long queues to speak to anyone.

@bt_uk Yesterday I cancelled my contract with BT, I’m on 30 days notice, therefore still paying for another month. Today I have no access to Netflix etc. Coincidence?? I reported the issue on line and the issue will be resolved by Sept 8 apparently. This isn’t good enough.
