@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

The @FoxCricket commentary we have to listen to in UK is the most painful thing in the world. Zero analysis, too many people talking, mostly talking nonsense, fake ‘banter’ - it’s awful. Sort it out @btsport

  • suffolk_spurs Col (Legacy fan) (@suffolk_spurs) reported

@btsport should never ever be allowed to be involved in English cricket again, coverage as bad as our batting.

Why is the picture sharpness of @btsport coverage of #Ashes test quite poor especially on long views?

  • StandellChris Chris Standell (@StandellChris) reported

@bt_uk I pay for Fibre 2 broadband, which is meant to have a minimum guaranteed speed of 55mbps, but I only ever seem to get 35mbps. Its rubbish, signal drops out constantly on my devices and it's unreliable. Can't justify spending this amount on crap WiFi.

  • carlsjames Carl James (@carlsjames) reported

@bt_uk @BritBox_UK why am I having to sign in with a code virtually every time I open the app these days?

  • PaulMarkey4 Paul Markey (@PaulMarkey4) reported

@GlennHoddle @btsport Great film.... if one player could have made me not support Liverpool... as the saying goes if you would have went there we might have won something

  • DavidPudney David Pudney (@DavidPudney) reported

@btsport why is your TV app so terrible? It plays and then just flicks the audio back to 2/3 minutes before, repeatedly.
