@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Except when BT have chosen to provision you on a network that can’t deliver the USO levels they claim to support, and they refuse to believe EE coverage can’t deliver it either. Come to BT for REAL broadband rage

@bt_uk DIGUSTING service from BT. Been waiting since the 7th May for a new hub for my severally sighted uncle and still no sign. Keep on getting told my customer service that the HUB is on its way and doesn’t seem to arrive.
