@CEOemail @bt_uk Hey, yeah we did. Using an older phone was an issue. BT helped me with a new, VOIP type phone to work with the new digital system.

Why do @btsportfootball @btsport not have a help page on Twitter? Trying to get through to customer service via phone or live chat is an absolute nightmare.

Also it’s not a “payment issue”. Absolutely terrible to do this @btsport during a cost of living crisis. This will put people into their overdrafts. What are you planning to do about that?
