    @bt_uk Hi Dee. No not fixed unfortunately. They closed the lane yesterday for repairs said they would be here again today. But @openreach didn’t show up to fix it, again.

    @bt_uk impossible to get through to customer services today, tried at least 4 times, being on hold for 30 mins plus for the line to go dead.. I’ve got better things to do than waste time calling BT.

    @bt_uk - I experienced shocking customer service when trying to discuss my account earlier. Cut off after 40 mins on hold without a call back after my number was verified by agent
