@bt_uk What a waste of time - different contact number once answered had the same menu as the general number. I have been transferred 4 times spent one hour six minutes on the phone and was cut off. No-one seems to know how to sort this problem and I’m at my wits end. Very stressful!

@bt_uk So that’s Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday. I guess with your companies track record it will continue. Am I going to be compensated this time because last time I raised an issue like this I was told I was but I was never compensated. Beginning to think BT promises are just lies

@bt_uk This issue is, I have upgraded to Halo 3, or whatever name you’re calling this package, on Monday because I was this would guarantee stable internet connect. Well guess what Sharon, your guarantee is a lie, I was also told I would receive 2 discs on Tuesday, it’s Wednesday now
