@bt_uk Took a contract in Nov, order messed up at the time. Had hours on phone. Router performance is poor, found out I am still on the wrong plan,more hours on the phone. Said it was sorted yesterday and now accidentally cancelled my bt sport, calamitous.Still not sorted 4 months later

So it takes @bt_uk two and half weeks to set up my home move to then be texted on the day of line going live to that there’s an issue and to call them! 20 minutes already this morning wasted. Disgusting service

@JDaBuddah @bt_uk I got a text from BT Diagnostics saying they detected a potential issue with our service. Not sure it will be resolved tonight though!

@bt_uk our broadband has not been working for 2 days, we have been given several deadlines when we will be back online but they have passed. When will our issue be resolved, this is ridiculous.

@bt_uk And... where it says to add the service online you get taken to a nice PDF which says nothing about adding it online. Says to dial 1572... "The service cannot be connected". You have to assume BT is not interested in solving this problem. As soon as I can ditch the landline...
