@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Spoken to @bt_uk teams in Newcastle, Belfast and Cardiff. Got absolutely nowhere. You’ve to go through a bot to get someone to call you so trying to contact support is a painful process each time!

@bt_uk not happy by the service I have received getting your broadband installed. Engineer supposed to come yesterday but nobody showed up. Rang customer service 3 times all to be told different things. Now waiting for a call back today but who knows when it will be installed.

@bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…

Hey @bt_uk. I think you could learn a thing or 6 about customer service from @OctopusEnergy. As soon as I am able I shall leave BT and never return. Your short term approach will cost you long term. You could have dealt with my complaint fairly and I'd have stayed a customer.

@bt_uk does BT have a complaints team who actually contact people. I cancelled my BT one for being charged for something I’ve never used/asked for. that complaint was closed with no contact just a generic email. I reopened the complaint, still waiting for contact. Not impressed
