@bt_uk No, we could really do with your help on sourcing one. Especially since you are insisting we move to VOIP. It would be the same as what would have to be connected to analogue Lifeline equipment. So, I am sure you must be able to offer something?

@bt_uk Don’t have a phone plugged in so don’t know if there’s an issue with the line itself. Also nothing connected to an Ethernet port apart from a Hue hub which is fine. So it really does appear to be an issue with the router.

@bt_uk Not my issue. Issue is with you're 5G mast in NW3. It's been broken since July. Suggest you text FIX to your engineering team, STOP to your social media/PR team and SELL to your long suffering shareholders. At least you figure out how make the internet work. It's 2021 FFS.

@bt_uk Hi. It's through the website and I just keep getting the three coloured dots jumping up and down and not loading. Then when I click on account details it says "Sorry, there was an error showing your profile details. Please try again later."
