@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@bt_uk I mean wtf. This has been going on for 8 months and I’m sick of it. I’m complaining to highest level of BT management and reporting that GDPR breach too, poor Ray Moreland

@robbcorin @bt_uk Rob, and all others saying such short sighted things are part of tge problem. Not as much as those sending racual abuse, but tye lack of understanding and lack of want to understand is part if it. Listen to people when they say how much on line abuse affects them.

@LFCRedRobbo @bt_uk It literally isn't about the penalties lmao, nobody gives a ****. It's about the torrent of abuse they're all receiving on social media by the so-called "fans."

@bt_uk If you really believe the penalty takers lost the game then you’re part of the problem. The team had 120 minutes to perform but they didn’t.

@bt_uk Yup its all about the losers. What ridiculous race bating. Why no support for Shaw, Kane and Maguire, the three who actually scored. Is it because they are white? Is it not possible to be critical of black people whatever they do? I am with EE but will change now.

@Roddysmith12 @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk On a rebound. Doesn't take away the fact it was a **** penalty.

@bt_uk I agree with many here, all the team played not 3. I do however feel for Saka in particular. He was on the bad end of a horrific foul, and then put on a pedestal before his penalty, insane pressure but he played a great game and his penalty was saved but… can’t fault his shot!
