    @bt_uk Thanks Dee.I’m confused as to how Laura has become a direct contact and alternative for any answers, as I spoke to her briefly via DM on Wednesday and others since. Im not expecting a call? I would just like clarity on the status of our wifi outage and how to get compensation 1/2
