@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@virginmedia Is O2 part of that price, no additional costs? Can I use Netflix on a different device, meaning I’ll get login details? Can I hand pick Disney channel for the 6 months, any additional cost within 6 months? Does this include BTSport at no extra cost? Do I get the WiFi pods?

@tempusvastum @EE @BTCare I am told there are many logistical issues, and BT does move at a glacial pace, but it IS happening. People are already seeing changes (like the hub software removing BT logo). I am just trying to save some money!

@bt_uk Well I’m already a customer, so kinda pointless, and as a shareholder it really doesn’t look good to say you’re from BT but then have ID which says something else. Suggest you have a word 👍

@btsport Never a £20 ppv especially with that under card £9.99 would’ve been fair

@btsport It's really not titanic is it?? Parker has had to drop down to Chisora level!+

Why @bt_uk cancel an engineer and say I’ve reported the fault as fixed when I’ve done nothing of the sort is beyond me. And being told a 4G hub would be delivered in 24 hours and hasn’t because it want processed is a joke. Over 15 years as a customer and am now looking elsewhere.

@btsport Two genuine nice guys and it will be sad to see a looser. I think Joyce will be to strong and do what he always does, walk his opponent down, tire Parker out and get a stoppage.
