@bt_uk Question re the prices charged to loyal customers vs new ones. I am paying £15 more per month than what you are offering new customers for the same package. Why is that? I have been a loyal customer for 6 years at current address, and elsewhere before that. Annoyed+++ 😡

@bt_uk I have tried absolutely everything. I have reported it several times, have had a lovely engineer out, have had the line and number disconnected then reconnected. I have honestly tried everything - this has been an issue for a couple of years now at least. I am at my wits end.

@FtefanWithAnF @btsportmotogp There’s a hell of a lot of us only have BTSport for MotoGP. If half of it is going to be MotoGP coverage, we might as well go down that route and get every session plus press conferences etc
