@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@btbusinesscare Can you fix the bizarre process of sending bills when there’s no cost to be met and creating a credit agreement when no financial liabilities exist either? It’s true, worryingly CEO Allison Kirkby is aware but not acting to remedy. @TheFCA @Ofcom

  • SAEvans66 Sheila Evans 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@SAEvans66) reported

@btbusinesscare I’ve tried 3 times today to sort our broadband fault & your team disconnect me. You changed us to digital, removed our critical care (without telling us!), now we have no broadband and no mobile signal. Is this the way you like to treat small businesses?
