@Tedisiek @bt_uk That’s what I thought. Nothing is ‘slow’ right now with 50mb, but for 18p more a month it seemed daft not to. We don’t stream 4K as our old Pioneer TV is 1080p and old mkii Chromecast.

Having to eat my dinner with no TV entertainment because my @bt_uk tv box is not working AGAIN. Won't wake up from standby without being either turned off and on at the wall of it doing a software update or factory reset every single time.

Hi @bt_uk. Need your help. For some inexplicable and bizarre reason, your broadband has decided over the last week to stop loading various apps correctly. Won't load Twitter well, and won't load BBC iPlayer or BBC Sounds at all. Switch to data and all loads fine. Help please!
