@bt_uk Broadband is down in ST13, customer service has said that it might be April 7th before they can get anyone to fix the fault. Is there anything that we can do? I work from home and Internet is essential.

Had a few calls from 02083378335, saying she was from @bt_uk claiming the Internet was not working properly. A very rude and dismissive person said she would disconnect me. Not even with BT.
