@bt_uk I reported my ultrafast broadband down this morning and someone is coming Wednesday to sort. However, my neighbour is also down which makes me think it's an exchange problem.....I'm located Peterborough (eye village)

@MicrosoftHelps Hi, it was bought via @BTCare on 19/10/2020. The model is 1679 and it’s definitely not as a result of any settings issue. It’s a physical problem with the device.

@bt_uk BT promised they would add no cancellation charge to my account as they had been completely unable to give me functioning internet!! Despite four home visits by the technicians! Finally managed to cancel and I have been hit with a £200 cancellation charge?!? Terrible by BT!!!

@bt_uk Rubbish! Constant dropping out on router. When it works it works, but it’s becoming quite unstable since digital voice. Rebooting it constantly every other day. Shouldn’t need to do that, and 3 Wi-Fi discs.

@bt_uk Day 27 since BT trashed my drive instead of laying cable down flowerbed. No accountability. Loose cable. Open duct. BT incapable of dealing with this.
