    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    BT / Open Reach Worst service ever! Internet service 3rd world Service appalling!! Make appointments to upgrade to full fibre & cancel without any reason or notification! No service at all!! Is there an alternative?? @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?
