    @bt_uk Does the EE unit come with an external antenna? We have a femtocell for our BT mobile service so unless the EE unit has a much higher gain than a normal mobile it is unlikely to function. No broadband also means no mobile service.

    Update in the @btbusinesscare saga…firstly our broadband is back! However, despite an open complaint now running for THREE WEEKS we have still not received a telephone call from a manager, despite regular assurances we will get one. The compensation offer is also a joke!!

    @bt_uk Thanks, though this method is going to be difficult to use as I'm in shared accommodation and can't get access to the phone number the building uses. I've tried contacting the landlord about it, but figured I might be able to get some help online.

    @bt_uk Not yet, the landlord themselves seems to be out until the 20th, and the properties company I went through to rent the place has yet to respond to my e-mails about this issue. If I get any more info, I'll try the methods you've suggested. Thanks again.

    @bt_uk are there outages or problems in the West Wales area? The building I'm in uses BT Internet, and over the last few days the service has seriously degraded in terms of quality. It can't hold a stable connection and has very low data throughput when it HAS a connection.

    @bt_uk It was a couple of hours last month, and a couple more the month before. And for all that and no service for months? £38.40 refund. It gets less every time I talk to someone.
