@bt_uk hi BT, I recently discovered that BT continued to charge me for months after I moved to Sky. I called to complain and was waiting for bt to phone me back. No one ever did and they closed the complaint. I was charged 600 pounds over 9 months despite returning the BT box

@btsport is it a waste of time bringing in Ten Hag to #mufc if the hierarchy isn't right? At Ajax he has a support network and they all work off same hymn sheet. The reason previous manager hasn't worked at United is manager and hierarchy have different agendas

@bt_uk Yes, another appointment has been booked thank you. But not sure why it was cancelled with no explanation in the notes and down in the system as me not being available. Hope it doesn’t happen again with the next appointment!
