@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk I mean wtf. This has been going on for 8 months and I’m sick of it. I’m complaining to highest level of BT management and reporting that GDPR breach too, poor Ray Moreland

@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@bt_uk Purple light flashing on Hub2 for over 90 mins now. Checked cables and attempted re-start to no avail. Is network/box the problem? Most infuriating.

@steffsheppard89 @bt_uk £20/m is amazing. No one I know gets that. Is it without phone and slow speed?

@steffsheppard89 @bt_uk 45Mbps isn't too bad. You've got a really good deal there and would still be good even with the annual inflation rises. Have you looked at the Halo 3 prices? Yikes, they're high for not a lot more than you already get.

@iamthemunro @SkyHelpTeam I live nearby (Stanstead Road) and my broadband is down as well (I am with @bt_uk ). Is the broadband down in all of SE23?

@bt_uk It’s a crime if you don’t give Jamie a pay rise he’s really done his best to fix things. It’s just a pity you have 0 control over Openreach.

@btbusinesscare You'll do nothing because it's not worth your while to do anything. There is fibre literally 200m away, but I have 50 year old copper.. Why? Because it's simply too much trouble and won't earn enough to justify the cost. ££££££'s is all that matters..

@bt_uk I'm not a new customer. My contract was not correctly ported from my old address, therefore, I was already unceasingly on a longer contract than I should have been. If I wanted to upgrade I don't understand why it needs to be a whole new contract.

Who knew trying to get a home move was so difficult @SkyHelpTeam ?! 1 week after being told someone would contact me in the next 24-48hrs, nothing, radio silence What a way to treat your ‘valued Gold member(s)’ 👏🏼 Now going to be without TV and broadband when we move @bt_uk 👀

@steffsheppard89 @bt_uk It is surely still a contract as we pay them for the service, but on a rolling month contract rather than 24 month contract. Did you get offered any competitive deals near the end of your old contract?

@bt_uk This is rubbish. I have Apple devices which have an email function which syncs with all email accounts. It works on my computers and devices at home and other workplaces BUT in some places eg any soho house in the world the address is not recognised. This is your issue.
