  @bt_uk 's claim of unbreakable Internet is complete BS as it takes a few minutes for it to switch to the 4G service. However, it is a service they need to offer due to the awful reliability of their broadband which drops out at least once a day

  @bt_uk another fail. Not only could you not connect internet to my house for nearly 2 months, your hubs r so faulty they barely pick up signal & crash regularly. From 2 places in the U.K. Ryan in Belfast from ur CS team is the only good thing you have #badcustomerservice #badbt

  @bt_uk Hi, I pay for bt sport as part of my package and was told I’d receive log in details to use it through the app which I never have done. Also can I please remove hybrid connect from my package as we no longer need it now our broadband is up and running? Thank you.

  @bt_uk all the hype around providing a Hub Mini to provide a backup to a failed broadband service… what a waste of time… on the fibre 900 service, Hub Mini is providing me 3 mbps versus 857 mbps #poorcustomerservice
