@bt_uk Been a customer for over 20 years and customer service received on our non existent broadband line is poor. Both our lines are down, engineer due between 8-1 but nothing and can’t look at our other line until Tuesday. Nobody wanting to help

@bt_uk I've been having frequent problems with my internet dropping over the past 2 weeks, since you started texting about your digital voice service. Never had any issues in the past. I don't have a landline so don't need digital voice.

So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk My issue is less about the cab being full (I'm IT, so i get it)! It's the fact i asked a question in December, when i did i explained why, and explained it'd inform what i do. I was assured there was no risk, a few times. So went ahead. Hence where i am now! :(
