    Day 69 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

    @bt_uk I've been without broadband since 29th Aug. I've had 5 different dates from BT when you are going to do the civil work, the last of which was today. 5times you've failed to fix my broadband. Exec cust service says you are doing all you can. Why have l been lied to 5 times

    @bt_uk All i get is message from "trevor" saying same thing, they have done all that was requested,and it's still not working. Why are you wasting our time? Incompetent service received do you not know how to fix problem??

    @bt_uk having some real issues with high ping and random speed drops eg. 0.4mbps download - can you take a look please? The ping is the big issue.
