    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @tsuzuku_ryudo @bt_uk In "city", so there should be no problems with the line. They always blame my end, then go to the exchange and it magically gets fixed when they sort out their cheap **** Chinese equipment. And they have the nerve to try pushing IP telephony over this same cheap **** lines!

    @bt_uk shocking service, failed appointments twice now and I couldn't get a clear answer wether this is to do with your systems or if its a failure in openreach. Your advisors are very good though at least you can claim that

    BT is down again! BT went down at April 7, 2022 at 09:35AM in Camberwell. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. bt_uk

    @bt_uk Three engineer visits later and countless phone calls , service still intermittent. All internet &phone service drops almost every day ( for several hours) all since our landline was converted to digital .

    @micha49maa @BTCare They don’t care. All they’ve done is send some creepy engineer who never talks and just messes with the router and goes away after splitting the frequencies
