    @bt_uk BT did pretty well financially in 2022, but decide to put 14% on top of customers bills. Capitalism at its best. Rich get richer, poor folk pay for it. Contract ending soon, laters. 👋

    @bt_uk any reason why audio on BTSport app on Samsung TV is not in sync on live broadcast. Have deleted the app and reinstalled, it only happens on your app. Terrestrial TV, other connected devices and other apps are all fine including iOS app on AppleTV. Never used do this

    I do love a weaselly-worded email. @bt_uk at the top of my list, today. “We’re increasing the price of your service by 14.4%”. Actual increase to my monthly bill is 25%, because Line Rental Saver is no longer worth as much as it was, as a percentage of the increased cost. 🤔

    @bt_uk 2/....As yhe engineer won't see the issue happening anyway. If it happens again I will reschedule. In the meantime, how do I cancel the appt with the engineer? Thanks.
