@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@neiljonesgoal After we lose both legs to leipzig I can safely cancel my btsport subscription and save me depression and 30£

  • mrcharlieo Charlie O'Sullivan (@mrcharlieo) reported

@bt_uk Hello, my Internet has gone down in the last two hours. I can see a few others tweeting in the Croydon area that they are experiencing issues too with internet Is this a local issue? Phone line is fine just Orange light on Hub Box and no connection on SmartHub portal??

  • Eintrachtrob Robert (@Eintrachtrob) reported

@yvonne_nolan @btsport @NOWTVIreland Service could have still being provided. The vast majority of people who pay for subscription sports channels do so to watch the main men's leagues in Europe - predominantly the PL or, in my case, the BL. Some pay for Rugby, and that's fine, but it was a regional English match

  • andylord1981 Andy (@andylord1981) reported

@bt_uk Internet regularly drops out and frequently fail to be able to use Netflix, amazon, sonos because of connection errors.

  • johndocs78 Docs (@johndocs78) reported

One thing that is really starting to grip my ****, football commentators (from all channels) moaning about being cold........your being paid to go and watch top level sport during a time when no one else can, be grateful for that. #football @SkySportsPL @btsport #weknowitscoldout

  • chefpwaring Phil Waring🔪 (@chefpwaring) reported

Well missed all the match because @bt_uk vision is just awful. TV box just crashes all the time.

  • JamesFenton14 James Fenton (@JamesFenton14) reported

@bt_uk having problems with alibi channel

  • AndrewD1553 Andrew Douglas (@AndrewD1553) reported

@bt_uk If I move house - inside contract - but you can’t offer the same speed at my new address, do I continue to pay the old (higher) price, or will you be able to move down to the fastest available at new address (at the lower price)?

  • NickThornt1978 Nick Thornton (@NickThornt1978) reported

@bt_uk broadband down 5 hours now. That’s my kids not being able to do school work tomorrow nor me able to work from home. Well done.

  • stevievk69 SteveVK🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@stevievk69) reported

@bt_uk Absolutely no idea, I have been misinformed so many times it is a joke, oh and we have no Internet now, it is orange, the service has been nothing more than disgraceful
