@bt_uk @openreachhelp have cut all services, they refer to BT, BT refer to openreach. BT just attempted to close my complaint with a £20 gesture of goodwill.

So cancelling @btsport and they have set up a new account for when we moved house…. Trying to tie us down for an extra 12 months. Admitted the mistake and want to charge a cancellation fee. Don’t think so. #whatajoke

@bt_uk sup guys. Just wanted to check, I had a guy and a woman come to my door today asking about my internet speeds and saying that the fibre optic lines had been slow in my postcode... Any way for me to verify if they were legit? There was no call ahead they just showed up.
