@bt_uk Lisa, this whole process has gone on for a year. I am entirely disillusion. So you taking on my complaint is of little significance to me, as I have been let down so many times. I am so fed up with this I am at the stage where I’m tempted to sack the cheque, and just pursue...

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk for two weeks you told my elderly grandparents there was an issue with the landline somewhere in the area, they rely on that landline for emergencies, you told them to use a mobile, they are late 80’s - they don’t know how!

Serious question: can I sue BT for negative health impact of their appalling service and its impact on my business? @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph

  • compucademy Compucademy (@compucademy) reported

@btbusinesscare @MoneyTelegraph I have chatted to about 10 different team members. The infrastructure doesn't exist for someone to take responsibility and make it right. I have spend about 10 hours of my life just trying to get my order working. Beyond awful customer service.
