@BradSRay @bt_uk It’s because they supply wireless ac routers, not ax. So they just can’t possibly deliver those speeds wirelessly. Shocking they can sell it that way. Managed to get them to put me down to 500 without extending my contract

@bt_uk Hi. So I have received your newly sent through 4G mini hub today. Just connected it and it cannot find a network. It’s perm red. Have reconnected old one to at least be able to download. Can I get an engineer out to sort please?

Spoke @EE 4/5 (staff) don't listen. Had to upgrade to them as with @bt_uk now . Told male advisors(2) struggle speakn to men-ignored just kept asking ?'s. Stark contrast to BT who excel with 'vulnerable' customers.Sick of it now, EE zero damn given unless on their agenda!😓
