@jmmgee @bt_uk I don’t work for them but myself and and another were able to dig around the internet to find actual information. Service providers and Openreach have provided no actual information just estimates that’s keep moving.

@bt_uk I’m still having problems with my broadband and it’s getting worse. Even though it shows blue I can’t access the internet at all. I’m going to be studying accounting and a-levels online in September with exams in May so I’m now panicking. It’s been a month now.

@bt_uk Yes, I checked but there is no data on what is exactly wrong. Is only there is an issue but nothing on what sort of issue is that and when possible with be sorted. As first notification was about 4 pm and now it looks like that will take until 11:00. But what exactly happens?

@bt_uk is there a know of issue in Norfolk of incorrect numbers being shown when somebody rings. Just phoned my dad with my mobile and he says it showed as a weird set of numbers like like an international call. Happened as well when my brother called him earlier. Also happened

Well folks if you are experiencing a BT Fibre Outage then be aware that they feel it is acceptable for it’s customers to be without internet access for 30 days! Yes 30 days! @bt_uk
