@bt_uk I’m sorry but the service we have been receiving for the past 2 days has been absolutely shocking the amount of hours on hold and still no resolution and internet being cut off with no explanation, absolute joke of a service.

@btbusinesscare It needs escalating above her. What’s the point of sending an openreach engineer when the DP isn’t even close by to connect to! No one at @btbusinesscare has actually listened or understood the issue. Get someone involved who will actually deliver!

@BTCare - Horrendous experience with a new BT Order. Connections Team useless in resolving the issue. Passed from pillar to post. No call back from manager as promised. Being asked to wait 30min waiting in a queue.
