    @BTCare Service status is all good on the link. However, we have a purple flashing light under the broadband symbol of our home hub 3.0 and it’s been this way for around 2 hours now. Checked all the cables. No problem on that side so I’m not sure what else I can do, Angus.

    @BTCare I’m in Bath and currently our broadband is down. Reset the router and turned the whole unit off and on again and left for 25 minutes. Still, the BT infinity isn’t working in my house. Any tips?

    @BTCare Raised a complaint but like I said no one at BT is interested in listening to my problem. You know I only had 1 line but are all hiding behind process. It’s not about the refund as that’s going to charity it’s a matter of principal. No rip off please!

    @BTCare I have only ever had 1 line with phone, broadband and BT Sport. In error BT have been charging me line rental on a line that never existed at my property. But as I have not been in touch for the past 2 years BT won’t help! Big business vs small man!!

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp Appreciate they are a busy team, totally get that, but they knew about our go-live on the 1st and had done for at least 2 weeks. We’re no pre-checks done, before the concierge service got in touch to say it’s all ok, we’re moving your on 1st.

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp Would becoming a Business customer get us any quicker turn around? A review 5 days on from our supposed go-live is not acceptable, especially when we don’t know what that ‘review’ consists of. What is the review, in technical detail? We’re paying for a service we don’t have.

    @BTCare My housemate was told there were no lines available, there would be a review on the 6th, but that means nothing, what does a review mean? We need it sorting, @OpenreachHelp, can you assist please? You told me yesterday to speak to my ISP (BT) but it’s an issue your side.

    @BTCare Hi Paula, no, all we heard was there is a ‘review’ on the 6th, 5 days after we were supposed to go live. ... the communication has been poor, we have had to ring to get updates, if they are out of lines in the CAB whats going to happen to get us connected? A new card? 1/2

    @BTCare Hi Ash, thanks for the quick response, no, we had initially received texts from the concierge service saying, moving date coming soon etc. But my housemate had to ring up to find any update on the Monday when we expected the go-live, I had taken the day off work. 1/2

    @bt_uk I have had two engineer appointments cancelled on me; 1st without notice (found out on the system when he never arrived), the other at 5pm on the day he was due to arrive by 6pm. Complaint logged in the system but you are on the verge of losing a customer of 16 years 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk @bt_uk I talked to the loyalty team and was supposed to get a call back today at 4pm. It never happened... I'm quite disappointed as the lady I was speaking to sounded quite reassuring and tried to convince me after she talks to her manager I might be able to get a better deal...

    @bt_uk disgusting customer service re overcharge. Chat and phone resulted in broken promises and returned call that never happened. Hate lies. You are rip off business that don't care. I will be taking this further. Hope @MoneyTelegraph take note.

    @bt_uk No, I don’t always get letter as sometimes the postman puts them in the wrong box. I did ring up to discuss it & they said it would be £40-45 a month, which I was absolutley fine with . As you can imagine, I would never of agreed to £58 a month.

    So disappointed with @bt_uk. Complained twice this month b/c our wifi cuts out. But our bill has still increased. Just spoke to someone & our options were £3 off our bill or another increase for a different service.

    I am so nearly completely done with @bt_uk. Don’t get ultrafast broadband with them, still not working after 2 weeks and now they have switched off the minihub they gave us so we have nothing but using our own mobile data. Fab! 🙄👌🏻
