Luckily enough it has started working again after 2 days (which was odd as you said there was no local fault) so now trying to get through to cancel the engineer

Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
