    @bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

    @bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

    @bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk. Absolutely fed up with the stinking service I keep getting. Through twice on the phone, put on hold and then cut off! If you can’t be arsed to deal with complaints….. give a reasonable service! Going to look elsewhere.

    Receiving appalling service from @bt_uk. Offered deal to save me £100 a year. So far had no internet at all for 6days.. costing my business £500 a day at least. Zero help from customer service.

    @bt_uk @BTSopenreach that’s now ten full days with neither WiFi nor landline. TEN DAYS. You are both too busy blaming each other to focus on actually fixing the problem. Constant runaround from a succession of people reading from a script. Is this what represents customer service

    @bt_uk - after a month of truly dismal service from a number of your call centre agents, the amazing LILLY was able to sort my issue! At one point I was told my elderly/unwell Uncle's service would be cut off within days. Never the case but cause undue stress. THANK YOU LILLY.
