    @bt_uk Backed up by @EE mobile network for UNRELIABLE home connection. Absolutely the worst signal, can't wait for contract to end.

    @bt_uk Which is apparently June 2nd between 1-6 but with no confirmation nearer the time and no communication with the service engineer neither presumably. If you turn up then great but i have lost all confidence in your approach. I have 10 months left and will be looking elsewhere.

    @bt_uk Not good enough,being unsuccessful on the the 5th May I was told it would be sorted and they would call back on the 7th. The engineer was a no show. Also you saying they “hope” to have it sorted is not giving me much confidence. For a telecoms company your service is laughable

    @bt_uk Have wasted at least an hour every day on the phone to BT. First told 21st but could move to 19th. Rang next day 19th was never booked so still 21st but 17th now available. Rang today and told 17th never booked still 21st but can book 18th! How am I supposed to manage like this!!

    @bt_uk Yes can't use the free subscription through prime as they charge £5.99 a month after a free week. Think I'll just cancel don't need yet another TV subscription service charging 🙈

    Hi @TalkTalk Had power cut yesterday Is messed up my internet speed When from 63 download and 18 To 2 download and 2 upload Need my internet fix has soon has And @bt_uk BT openreach engineer stay me not bother call us out again 😡
