Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

Just got home to find @bt_uk have cancelled my broadband as some idiot forgot to close my ticket for my order, house move back in May/June so due to it being open for so long they cancelled it! I have so much work to do before I go away tomorrow lunchtime, marvellous.

@bt_uk Apparently this has been looked into for the past 5 months…..we don’t have or can’t be given an acct number until this “problem” has been resolved!!!!! I can however give you my address privately… However I now have a meeting with my boss because I’m unable to do job properly

Well 20 mins again @bt_uk maybe sending a new hub finally! Great that confirmed the issue has been outstanding since may 2020!!! Really would like it fixed now please, oh and a refund!

@bt_uk Hi, I’ve been getting the purple flashing light on my Smart Hub. I’ve tried all the basics such as unplugging it, and texting HELP to your number. Still no luck.
