    What is the record for being on hold to @bt_uk @brg? Up to 35 minutes now, as they don't let you cancel services online. I remind you this is a communications and online media company.

    @calneeagle @bt_uk I have similar issues with mine. Drops out for 10-15 minutes then comes back online. I’ve just stuck to using my phone 4G (luckily my area has pretty good signal on O2).

    @bt_uk my internet is down again and no guarantee that it will be fixed until Wednesday next week, which isn’t good enough when working from home. I have only had your internet for 2 months and I have had more outages than with any other provider.
