Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@MelJD46 @bt_uk What concerns me is lack of publicity regarding this plus the impact for those living in rural areas/areas where there is no mobile signal/ those with carelink style support devices. Plus hardly any phone boxes anymore. @BBCNews

Seriously @bt_uk you cut our Internet at 8pm on Wednesday & then say it's back on at 10pm. We've had no WiFi since & the EE mb network is a joke!! 18th October for an engineer!! How am I supposed to run a business from home? We want an earlier date for an engineer!! @Sheona9004
