@bt_uk Out of contract however my renewal offers, along with the standard of service over in the Live Chat, have been dreadful. Would it be possible to speak to someone about this in greater detail in the AM?

@bt_uk Hi, possibly a stupid question but we've moved our broadband from sky to you, the router and hybrid connect has arrived. When should I plug it all in? The engineer isn't due till the 6th Feb. (I really hope your Internet is better than sky)

@bt_uk Wow. AnneL solved all the issues in less than 1 hour which every other operator for @bt_uk I've been in contact with on here and on the phone couldn't do. Maybe the problem is more @bt_uk need to train the call staff on procedures for fixing issues. Thank you AneeL

At least someone has pulled the plug at craven cottage. Someone is saving us from listening to analysis of that **** show @btsport #CFC
