@bt_uk so having been told to wait 30 minutes to wait to cancel something every time I ring this time I waited - 30 minutes in they pick up and hang up. Bt is a waste of time. Can I cancel everything now as they won’t pick up

@bt_uk Tried all you suggested. Got a reboot at BT end and rebooted all our devices and hub. Still poor connection for FaceTime and Skype but strangely tv streaming is fine! Perhaps we need a stronger solution…ADSL? Microwave dish? Something faster and more stable
