@bt_uk bt customer service principles: 1 Never call back a customer unless customer has complained on social media 2 After several complaints just ignore completely. 3 Don’t bother rectifying problem that prompted complaints in the first place

@bt_uk Hi I can't make calls to Japan from my landline today. No ringtone. Just silence. No problems making/receiving domestic calls. Is there any international line faulty on your side? Need to speak to my family who are elderly and don't use online services. Hope you can help.

@bt_uk I've just got home from overseas and am currently isolating. I've lost my sim card and have no home phone to call and ask for a replacement SIM. The BT online chat couldn't help me, is there anyone who can help me get a replacement sim card please?
