@bt_uk OK BT, I have BT TV. I saved 'Masked And Anonymous' as a favorite on my BT box from iPlayer .It now says it has Expired, but guess what, I went to iPlayer and I am watching it NOW. So guess what! You're So Full Of ****! #HaveANiceDay

@bt_uk My trial recording worked just fine, no issues with it so not sure why WWE isn’t working. Have reset my box and reset the series record link so will see if that fixes it, otherwise I’ll come back for more info

@bt_uk just spent 65 mins trying again to sort out my internet/tv and phone. Changed my hub as you said I had to and then nothing for 60mins been spoken to like I was an idiot then told lies about an engineer coming tomorrow!! I want this sorted ASAP

@bt_uk Hi. Please can you advise how to get into an email address if the account was accidentally deleted from phone app and I can’t log in via internet explorer either? No longer a BF customer so don’t have a ‘My BT’ log in!
