Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

Do your job and fix it if it was a dodgy untested update send the routers a new one tonight 0:00-6:00 to sort out the issue or if it's your exchanges end fix it there or if you can fix it remotely just do it but fix it what if our phone lines go out on an important phone call

James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

Despite endless calls and attempts to get help !’ @bt_uk cut off again transferred then told no information on their screen , started details again now cut off again as lines close at 6pm this is a business account !!! We don’t close at 6 !!
