@bt_uk With the greatest respect due, Aisling. There’s always a fault. ‘We’re experiencing problems in the area’ is a monthly thing then I just get £15 off my bill at the end of the month. Why I even bother @‘ing you guys in the first place when the issue never gets fixed, I don’t know.

@bt_uk Router is disconnecting (flashing purple and orange) every 30 minutes. Been like this all day. Getting no where reporting this via chat or using your tests. Help!!

@bt_uk Hiya guys, wifi has been awful all day in Aberystwyth. Hub keeps cutting off and when it’s not off it’s 1MB download speed. Any chance it’s a fault your end?
