    @bt_uk @jenjen235 Stop using the same reply, it cannot all be about social media when multiple sites are offline across the country. Ours is up and down like a yo yo!

    Anyone else having trouble with @bt_uk Wi-fi? Connected to the Wi-fi and can use google and netflix but Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram won’t load, same on every device in the house #bt

    @bt_uk next to no internet speed in TR1 (Truro) postcode. Your website says there are no problems. Twitter and downdetector say otherwise... so, is there a problem?

    @bt_uk BT! Impossible to get support when trying to resolve a WiFi phone line problem. Yet again terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk absolute joke of a company! Promised us we could leave our contract back in March due to poor wifi and not being able to work from home efficiently. Still billing us in September! Stop direct debit so they get the creditors involved. Bullying the consumer!
