@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My Pensioner father was being robbed by @bt_uk as he just didn’t do this pointless dance of threatening to leave. He had never upgraded. They were charging near £200 pm for his phone & internet. He was too proud to tell us and just thought that how kuch it cost.

Hi @bt_uk, I received a letter about a changing my landline to Digital Voice, but I don't use the phone and not interested in it coming digital. I've been calling all day to change to a broadband only plan but no one answers. Can you help?

@btbusinesscare We’ve been down that road too, the local community is too small to self fund the high cost of installation. Universal access to fibre infrastructure is what is needed, rather than passing installation cost to the consumer and then charging them to access the services.

@bt_uk so Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram have crashed and now yet again I have no BB. I pay £55/mth for a home mobile router as the landline is poor and now this is crashing every hour.Can't even load a website. It's an absolute disgrace. Can't even phone you,I have no voice atm!
