@btbusinesscare I have been calling for 2 days (over 4 hours) on the phone and can't speak to a UK call center about why its taking 3 months to fit FTTP to my property. I cant even get through to cancel? I am now paying for a service I haven't got? I received my HUB the next day

@andreasmav1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp That's crap mate. I'd be truly pissed off. Well, at least the revenue will flow. You re-order a connection from BT. They book it with Openreach who then recharge BT for the pleasure. Guessing too that he cut it so ALL the cables will need replacing. Nice🤑££££ #gangster #telco

@hendopolis @bt_uk We had issues with our fttp through BT. They supplied a mini 4g hub. Not perfect but worked. Paid compensation for each day we were without Broadband. £8 per day and £25 for missing an appointment. Was a problem with the Exchange.

@btbusinesscare Promised a phone call before 1500 when I called at 0930 latest estimate is service will be available on 10th April !! 😶 (Lost 28th March due to BT internal confusion with our order) now 1355 let's see if we actually get a call

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk Your wait times to be answered on Cloud Enquiry line is outrageous, very poor. They just do not answer. Another reason why we are cancelling our contracts with you. Just seems you do NOT CARE anymore!!!!!! Please do not blame COVID.

@OliviaAnko @bt_uk Hi, Had a 3 week delay when moving my parents from EE to BT (after being told it would take 2 hours), but insisted they provide a 4g dongle in the mean time. Cut out every time a A380 went over, but I could still work from there

Another ombudsman complaint against @bt_uk as two months ago they created a second internet contract for me out of thin air and started charging me double. Complained many times, open complaints have been closed, requests for deadlock letters have been ignored. Awful company.
