Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@GemmaCarter23 @bt_uk ive posted a link of how dodgy they were even in lockdown. pls contact the police as its against cold selling laws for vulnerable. How could u do this still BT after the investigation and premote them on here? why do u even support disabilty sport when u dont help us as customers

@bt_uk u dont care im priority with lifeline etc and bedridden disabled etc and messed my account up so bad last month .it hasnt been looked into properly as noone can access all calls etc in 12hrs inc being shut.told go to ombudsman no help with anything.update everyday till ombudsman

@bt_uk @GemmaCarter23 be very careful.ive notified @MartinSLewis of this. BT why are u cold calling when a lot of vulberable areas its banned? why not spend the money on debt help over 20 pounds refused when millions will be coming soon.are u going to send us all to ombudsman or just disabled meek

@bt_uk @GemmaCarter23 whats the point when i was told today that if u go over 20 pounds owed "previous"(mine current no help) cant get debt help. go ombudsman still pay bt error. the staff have said u dont owe for two months what bt put u in this massive debt your sponsors aware with living crisis?
