The internet issues are ongoing @bt_uk We have received a replacement 4G hub but after yesterday’s shenanigans, we didn’t receive the call promised today and our plug-in date has been pushed back another week. Apparently it is not possible to speak to a manager 🤬

@bt_uk Hi, the engineer was not able to install my full fibre connection as he said the cable did not extend into my property. He said I would have to wait for the openreach property team to look at a solution and said this could take weeks. Can someone call me to discuss this?

@bt_uk For information I just checked my monthly bill and found that BT had overcharged me by about 20% due to some incorrect simple calculations. Not sure how many other customers suffer?? Perhaps you could offer Care to these and also help your billing department with simple maths?

@bt_uk I appreciate it sounds like we’re fine because of the hub but we’re in area of poor phone connectivity so it doesn’t work that well and it can’t support more than 1 or 2 devices, hence us needing proper internet
