    @EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

    @bt_uk At the moment we've got fibre broadband that we're told only reaches up to 3km from the ***. we are 4km away. Our Internet is slow, often doesn't work especially during the night. We've been told to downgrade to adsl but BT say this doesn't exist.

  • Myles96779656 Myles (@Myles96779656) reported

    @Baggiepr @bt_uk same issue

    @bt_uk myself and colleagues here in BH23 have no broadband this morning … but you knew that already … we’re making do with hotspots on our phones … crack on, dry everything out and fix it please.

  • dodge4067 Roger Newman (@dodge4067) reported

    @bt_uk @VillaFan001 You don't listen I'm afraid, iPlayer crashes the minihub every single time, whatever device you try to use it on. Surely it's not beyond your engineers to find a fix for this?

  • RogueishGent Charming Rogue (@RogueishGent) reported

    @EfcManda @btsport Me neither.... never have. Never will. I have zero interest in paying for football or rugby..... Just a Sky sports wanna be.... Evening Manda. Hope all be well with you.....

  • ChazzaBot Chazza (@ChazzaBot) reported

    @bt_uk honestly getting tired of my internet crashing every 2 hours or so. the wifi package we have say 15mb at least down and 10 up and ive been stuck sub 5 down for 5 days and we've never had more than 0.7 up ever. its a joke. please fix your ****

  • RobbieMagill Robert Magill (@RobbieMagill) reported

    @bt_uk Hi around 2 weeks ago I had an issue with my broadband and they arranged for an engineer to visit today the 28th, but since then I received a call and text from Bt to say the issue is fixed everything seems OK can you please cancel the visit ?

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported

    @bt_uk OK but 1) my file is wav not mp3 2) why are audio files blocked? It's my content. 3) why is this not explicitly stated in the article on sharing? 4) I've no official Bt statement that this is the issue. Like others , I wasted time on this foolishness. I expect better from BT

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported

    @bt_uk Yes already look at that. The issue is the shared button is not there for this file. I'm looking in "all files". It now seems suspicious that that help page doesn't mention audio files. But that can't be deliberate.
