    Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

    @bt_uk why do we pay for your internet when it crashes about 5-6 times a day!!! Sort it or cancel my so called deal

    @ZoemMcbride @bt_uk Nothing surprises me with BT anymore. It’s lies after lies day after day. We have been waiting for a broadband since 12th of April. Had countless no shows by engineers and countless promised call backs that never happened

    @btbusinesscare Hi Your reply is a waste of time , it’s a load of question boxes , non relate to my problem ! MY BROAD BAND WAS DISCONNECTED by Bt and they say they need 10 days to reconnect .... really

    @bt_uk Yes, will do that. The problem first showed was when I was checking e-mails I had flagged as I needed them for sign ins for various events, so total disaster. I’ll leave it and check in a couple of hours.

    @bt_uk Tried all of the above. I had left my e-mail and all was well, then when I went back in, they had gone. I tried on my phone and also went in via the internet sign in. It’s all gone. Checked spam and trash and it’s not there.

    A lesson somewhere... BT contract with @OpenreachHelp who contract with Kelly’s, whose engineers are self employed. Today’s @bt_uk saga involved more than a dozen messages and emails, 9+ people, 5 hours waiting, 1.5 hours on the phone... and still no service.

    @bt_uk 3 ways to stop online hate: 1. Unsubscribe / stop subscribing to The United Stand. 2. Report incitement, vile and derogatory language. 3. Social media platforms should ban service users who encourage online hate.

    .@bt_uk caused me to combust today. I was in tears on the phone with them after an hour trying to sort out my broadband and 7th person I spoke to. They are an utter outrage and their customer services stink. What I think of them is unrepeatable. They must be investigated.

    @bt_uk for two weeks you told my elderly grandparents there was an issue with the landline somewhere in the area, they rely on that landline for emergencies, you told them to use a mobile, they are late 80’s - they don’t know how!
