@bt_uk Because the last time we dealt with BT was back in the 2000s. It was the WORST customer experience of my life, BAR NONE. One of your moronic staff swore at us and hung up in the middle of an emergency. I WILL NEVER PUT UP WITH BT's IGNORANCE & INCOMPETENCE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE

@bt_uk Your colleagues are stating the issue is with BT Wholesale who haven't signed off the switch over, and if this were to happen the issue would be resolved. Which seems to suggest it's easily resolved but a broken process is preventing it. Which makes this even more ridiculous!
