@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk We now have a temporary fix, thanks to Rita. So, thank you. We have to do better for our more vulnerable populations, leaving people with faulty landlines and broadband for weeks is not acceptable.

@bt_uk My broadband contract is up for renewal and I’d like to cancel my BT sport. When I look at the offers and select what I want there is no option to add or remove it from a subscription. Am I missing something?

@bt_uk Hi. I've tried to log into my BT account online and it says a message something like it's down because BT is adding something new? Also I can't access my account through the MyBT app because it's saying something went wrong. I could log into both about an hour ago.

@bt_uk any way to speed up a repair? My internet is down since this afternoon and the first text reply said an engineer could resolve without having to visit property yet the next text said repair would be completed by 6th Feb! I wfh so can’t afford to wait that long, London area

@bt_uk Hi Rita - got text saying it now working but it isn’t. Also service status says everything ok but it isn’t. I need this sorting/ I’m getting massive amounts of stress over this to do with my work. Please can u sort/find out what is going on
