Just been on a call for over 20 minutes to your Indian call centre who previously told me they had taken off the incorrect charge for your engineer not turning up but now I see the charge on my latest bill!!

Never have I received such poor customer service, they don’t listen to a word you say and won’t let you speak to a manager! Sadly no choice but to take it further.
