@81damd @bt_uk They won’t let you complain- it’s how they can say they have “excellent service”. We’ve had similar problems trying to complain. Surely illegal?

@bt_uk broadband down. Hub solid orange light. Checked the broadband checker and it says there's no service issues. Restarted modem, and did troubleshoots. Nothing working. Whats going on?
