@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

@bt_uk I’ve taken out Wi-fi for 30 days for £39 but I’ve never received an email and the details I used when I signed up aren’t being accepted. When I try to put the password in for a hotspot it says it’s incorrect. Is it a different password for that, than my sign in password?

@bt_uk No WiFi since October. Promised to fix by 6 pm today. Now 23rd. Totally unacceptable. Also refused HALO hub to get me over Xmas. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. FRAGMENTED & UNRELIABLE.

@bt_uk Too many scams about to trust that you're legitimate. @bt_uk need to get their act together. I've trusted Bt for too many years now and I've never got the promised speeds.
