Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@Markind_0 @bt_uk I had to wait a full minute in silence before the options became available. I think you need to check with your tech team, as there seems to be an issue with your automated phone options 👍

@helen_spirit1 @bt_uk Big corporates all the same, customer service is a thing of the past. Don't need to care or try anymore because we have allowed them to get away with it for too long. Competition was supposed to encourage differences - its failed
