@alanburkittgray @bt_uk Yep, this seems awfully familiar. The Twitter DM support is quite good though

  • Sarcastit Sarcastit©️ (@Sarcastit) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Steph, appreciate that but I’ve spent hours with loyalty & billing and nothing can be done to reduce costs for a 30 year customer.

  • Lovetogoaway Letsflyletsflyaway (@Lovetogoaway) reported

@bt_uk What is a BT home tech expert? Can they also sort out network faults? When logging my fault they advise a cable issue. Home tech experts seems to set up routers etc...?

  • MikeCloudsdale Mike Cloudsdale (@MikeCloudsdale) reported

@bt_uk Not much help given how many spoof numbers there now, very annoying as I was told by BT that digital voice would reduce the number of calls, but it hasn’t made any difference. And what about call screening on your digital handset? That functionality is not there!!!

  • temnilica temnilica (@temnilica) reported

@bt_uk Thanks to the tech support Exec Imran and OpenReach engineer after one month of no broadband finally someone was sent to fix the fault. All the previous comms where “someone is working on it” were complete bs. I highly recommend that you review your support process.

  • StorageAbingdon AbingdonStorage (@StorageAbingdon) reported

@bt_uk Lets see how long it takes until you say "I need to put you through to someone else", they will then say "their system is down" and then I have to wait another 5 weeks. My hopes are not high in resolving this.

  • foxtonm Joyce (@foxtonm) reported

@bt_uk Still nearly £64 per month for broadband on that link! I’ve been a BT customer for 40 years so very disappointed that this is the best you can do.

  • bonhistory Paul Fisher (@bonhistory) reported

@bt_uk My logon details haven’t changed in a while and I have them stored securely so fairly sure they are correct. Thanks for your help.

  • bonhistory Paul Fisher (@bonhistory) reported

@bt_uk Just arrived in Vietnam and unable to receive or send emails. Have tried signing in to web Mail but logon details not recognised. Can you help?
