  BT is down again! BT went down at June 15, 2022 at 04:40PM in Camberwell. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. bt_uk

  @bt_uk Thanks Scott, a bit late now as the wife is on the case with another call handler (Jenny). I’ve checked the “outage map” and there appears to be a problem. Jenny says that there is a major outage in our area which may take up to 48 hours to rectify! How can we WFH!? #shambles

  I was hoodwinked into getting the BT halo 3 package… It’s ain’t worth it plus it’s down again, they’d been and replaced the modem and router couple month back, @bt_uk nothing but trouble with it and you lot have put the rent up, now we wait 1 week for an engineer to come out.
