@btbusinesscare Good morning! I am still waiting for a reply. It’s a simple question: If I am being told that I owe over £2800 for cloud voice service for March 2020 to July 2021, please confirm that there were no issues and it was fully functional, and we had no issues. Thanks

@Macool__ @bt_uk Yh that is exactly what was happening to me. Yh I use a disk with the Ethernet into my pc. Bt will tell you to plug your Ethernet straight from your hub to console. And if it’s still laggy they will have to fix it otherwise they ain’t interested they was no help at all to me

@btsport hi guys, not sure if you have a help account, but why are episodes of Scottish Football Extra rarely on your 'tv catch up' part of the website? they used to be but now most episodes don't appear :(

  • harryt68 Their mum💙 (@harryt68) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we have told you that we have poor broadband. You tell us we have good speeds. How then has it taken me an hour to watch 30mins of tv on iPlayer. Constantly dropping out/buffering/freezing. Give me a reason to stay with you.

  • Broz_11 Broz (@Broz_11) reported

  • Macool__ Macool (@Macool__) reported

@TylerSheekz1 @bt_uk It’s terrible for me at the moment I’ll be playing warzone and then all of a sudden it’s 300+ ping but only for a couple of seconds and I’ll maybe get 10 of these spikes over the space of a 2 minutes or so. You using those disks? I’ve got my PS5 wired through Ethernet into it
