Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

@bt_uk @Portal_Queen You are so good at fobbing us off. I have to have two WiFi providers because your service is shocking. Your service is dreadful but you still make me pay it in full. I don’t have issues with my other provider. Amazing ‘init ‘🤔

@bt_uk Yes. Says problem with broadband connection, but all other channels but sport are working. Plus Broadband appears to be working fine. Thanks

@bt_uk Negative, this is the message that pops up when I try to access certain websites. I have done a factory reset of the modem which worked short term but has now gone back to that issue

@Tim32_cricket You should suffer the BBL on @BTSport. End of every over, wicket, field change. Might not be so bad if it wasn't the SAME adverts every few minutes.
