ralphaverbuch (@ralphaverbuch) reported@bt_uk login to account but can't see any details on anything anymore? Something is broken. Who do we talk to to sort this?
-
Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported@bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
-
Technicslover (@technicslover) reported@bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.
-
DebP (@dyson123) reported@GrahamH36921247 @John210750 @bt_uk I was switched to EE from BT(no choice given) &they've been fine. However, new prices look awful and as at end of contract considering a switch. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?
-
Gavin Cook (@gjc_cook) reported@bt_uk you’ve sent me a returns label to an email address I don’t have access too. I cba to ring so can we sort it on here please. Also, I’m sure I paid for the equipment when I started the service so why do I have to send it back now?
-
Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Ste (@stepho2k1) reported@bt_uk why is your sales team pushing an elderly person with parkinsons to sign up for a new service. I will be calling tonight to sort this. Not happy
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Yes, tried that, doesn't work. That's why I am contacting you? Has BT reached the stage where it simply isn't able to fix basic faults?
