Update in the @btbusinesscare saga…firstly our broadband is back! However, despite an open complaint now running for THREE WEEKS we have still not received a telephone call from a manager, despite regular assurances we will get one. The compensation offer is also a joke!!

@Filbert631 @bt_uk You NUTS. Europeans were never invited to Africa, they turned up and took African land by force. And yes, Black people should be considered for major jobs in the UK it's called equality. By the sounds of it you don't believe it that. Enjoy your OWN BS.

@drl @bt_uk Beware they’ll have you paying £20 a month more than new customers if you’re lucky enough to get a working service. Mines been off since an engineer came to upgrade me at 8am yesterday morning. Support is horrendous to get hold of

@Lee__White__ @bt_uk 1. It’s ‘fibre’ and 2. You’re probably an idiot.

@bt_uk hiya, once again the service from our hub is intermittent, the other day you acknowledged the service isn't up to standard in my area and cheekily offered a more expensive service. Sort it out!

@bt_uk Does the EE unit come with an external antenna? We have a femtocell for our BT mobile service so unless the EE unit has a much higher gain than a normal mobile it is unlikely to function. No broadband also means no mobile service.

@SusanEveWhite @BTCare Check the “helpful” links they sent. 1) is obvious and why I asked them for help 2) is a link back to my tweet!

Still, after a month @bt_uk you have not resolved the issue with my father’s broadband so they are unable to watch tv. I am exhausted with repeatedly phoning you and nothing gets resolved. Utterly appalling. My parents are 90 years old and housebound yet you treat them this way.
