    Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

    @bt_uk It is strange that it is only BT/EE mobile signal that is poor in our area. O2, Vodafone and 3 all work well. 😔

    @bt_uk is there a way I can request speeds in my area to be upgraded? The fastest I'm offered by BT is 30 mb/s whereas virgin media offers 1gb/s speeds here. 30mb/s is too slow considering the amount of people who live here and the amount of devices.

    @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

    @bt_uk Yes they are in a contract but when it was taken out my mum didn’t know Dad was going to deteriorate so rapidly. Mum tried to cancel today

    @bt_uk “My complaint has been resolved” except I still don’t have a working business landline or broadband connection. Are @bt_uk ever actually going to help? If I have customer service this bad I wouldn’t have a business left!!!! #philipjansen #btuk

    @bt_uk Opened a complaint on 12th Feb 2021. Absolutely nothing said or done. Wait for the PR response to attempt to pacify me and make it look like they are "doing everything they can!" So big you're untouchable. #WeAreNotStupid
