@bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 40 mins now. I ordered bt broadband and landline on 17th january meant to be delivered today, gone to track delivery and it says it’s been cancelled at my request but I haven’t done this? Could I have some help pleas

  • andrewCWparker

@bt_uk Wi-fi (with you). To troubleshoot I also connected the TV with a hardwire to the router and the same problem happens. I also was watching the live game on my laptop and that was fine whilst the TV app was buffering

@bt_uk I tried to cancel a recent order on your website and it took me straight to that after submitting the request. Can you DM me please?

@bt_uk I have been on hold for a cumulative 6 Hours trying to find out why my broadband is not working?? I appreciate we are in a pandemic but this is absurd...

@davidwheldrake @btsport think you have to ring them to cancel a contract. Person running their twitter won’t have your account no.

Internet connection down! Looks like a BT problem, although I'm on TalkTalk here. Using phones as hubs. @bt_uk @talktalk #talktalk #bt #openreach

@bertybassett77 @btsport Exactly. Imagine if that was down the other end.

  • darrenjadams
    Darren Adams (@darrenjadams) reported

@bt_uk My connection date keeps getting pushed back because the order fails to reach OpenReach (according to everyone I've spoken to). BT need to fix that otherwise this is going to carry on.

    ASHY 🏆 (@AshyyAFC) reported

@bt_uk Ahh man. My Internet is really bad upstairs in the attic. I have WiFi extenders already and really wanted to move the main bt socket to the middle floor

  • Phil_Sandford
    Phil Sandford (@Phil_Sandford) reported

@bt_uk No. That is not the problem. It’s the constant, daily, reboot of the hub that keeps occuring for no reason - and all you say is “there’s no fault on your line”
