Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

Settle down to watch the Test Match on a rare day off and right on cue the woeful broadband coverage from @bt_uk drops for what seems like the millionth time during the last couple of weeks.

@bt_uk I would say it is as best as it can be for now. You generally don't have good service in my area. Had terrible experience with your advisers and Engineers with little or no concern or empathy. I was at the last phase of giving up, Melvin took it up and redeemed my faith in BT.

@OpenreachHelp howdi, had fibre installation booked 18th Aug. Sat in all day - no show, no comms. Spent 30 mins on phone with @bt_uk told I needed a specialist technician (man with spade) to run the cable, told @WeAreOpenreach would contact me (never happened)…

@bt_uk more than 7 hours in call time and 27 different people and still no acceptable answer since moving address. Many promises to call back and get this sorted. Nothing yet. BT and Openreach clearly don't communicate. Complaints lodged. Awful, just awful service. HELP #BT

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I am fed up of chasing and ringing people at BT who do not know their arse from their elbow. How it has taken 8 weeks to repair and external line fault is baffling. I have no escalated the complaint with Ombudsman Services to seek extra compensation.
