@bt_uk Seems like the team in Enniskillen is just as unhelpful as the rest of BT. Probably just need to be grateful no trolling from them yet. Wonder do they go on the FB Customer complaints site set up by BT customers and harrass us like some of their colleagues eg Viki?

@bt_uk 3 weeks and 3 engineers later my 75yo father in law with Alzheimer’s still doesn’t have a working telephone line. So far been on a call to BT for 45 mins and have had to relay the saga with 4 different people and still no further forward. Can someone please help

@bt_uk Awful service ordering your fibre.. meant to be the best but can't even figure out how to get @OpenreachHelp to send anyone to do external work for 4 days after buying this in November now causing my partner unable to do any uni research just awful service for the property
