Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk Halo, Halo 2 now Halo 3 all have the similar broadband speeds yet cost more then the previous package.Your Charging more for improved customer service.Customer service should be equal to all.Its like your running a class system.Halo 3 = 1st class Halo 2 Middle class Halo lower.

@bt_uk Still having problems. The 4G mini hub is constantly cutting out, overheating regularly and when not plugged in the battery only lasts 4 hours max. It's not ideal tbh.

@bt_uk you have left my 90yo dad who has just moved to a flat on his own without a landline and broadband for 8 DAYS now! Service engineer has failed to turn up TWICE. Disgusting treatment of an elderly vulnerable person.

I so regret switching to @bt_uk for broadband from @SkyUK. Had no problems with Sky in a 2 floor house and now can't have a proper meeting in a normal flat with BT. Engineer came and told me that everything is fine but I wish he could attend the meetings with me 😡
