    @bt_uk update since my call with your team (all v friendly & helpful) to confirm an error & an engineer will be out to fix the issue by 25 NOVEMBER. 5 DAYS! We were offered free hotspot usage for these days however, not one single one reaches my flat. So null, void & useless

    Anybody experienced this issue I’d like to hear from you please. I have @btsport through @SkyHelpTeam - but now I have a second Sky Q digibox, in another room, the BTsport channels are not playing/available on it, but fine on my main Sky box. Is there a way of making this happen!

    @MattMyszkowski @BTCare I feel the same about @Hyperoptic - I’ve been a customer for years, but it would actually be cheaper for me to cancel my plan and buy a new Black Friday deal. What’s wrong with this customer model in telecommunications?!?

    @bt_uk a huge nuisance as I have work to do & am unable to do ANYTHING from home & already missed a day of work. I’m a new customer & moved less than a month ago to avoid issues! We are in a lockdown & there is nowhere for me to use inet, unless I sit outside Tesco for 5 days??

    @bt_uk No BT I am not renewing my contract with you and paying more for a 300mb service that's only 50mb faster than what I have when you are offering new customers a 900mb service for less than I currently pay. How about you treat existing customers fairly for a change?

    @bt_uk Your updated and 'improved' emails still don't work properly. I thought it was just me but it's happening to others I know, too. We click on one email, and it whos the one a few lines down. nothing will induce it to click onto the required email. Please, get this sorted.
