@bt_uk absolutely sham I didn’t enter a contract and started it a year ago feb with tv and broadband to be told in may I app called and started a contract when I infact didn’t what a absolute scam when the wifi has been broken for 6+ months always slow and dnt watch telly

@RingCentralUK is the worst telephone system I have ever come across. Budled as @bt_uk CloudPhone, support calls get answered - and ignored - in Singapore. 26 calls for support in 2023 so far. #abysmal

@bt_uk BT A quick update Hello, Your reference: VOL013-752386245116 my complaint closed without any resolution, explanation or allowing me to reply! Very strange behaviour by the personal - not happy about 14% increase applied on the whole amount when 12 line rental paid in advance!

@bt_uk Today was supposed to be the day I was reconnected. A call at 8, by someone not knowing what was going on. Call was transferred, which cut me off. No one rang back - rude. I rang BT. I have to re-order the TV service from scratch. No, just no.

@bt_uk - why does BT make it so difficult to complain. Im suffering we severe broadband issues - raise a complaint - you try & call me once & that’s it. Surely you should try harder to reach to address my situation!
