Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Call centre closed today for key worker appreciation day. Being left with disconnecting internet for weeks when an engineer was booked and never turned up. What do I pay you for ? Locked into a contract for 2 years for continuing problems. @Ofcom
