@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

So this phone call to @BTCare has been going on for more than an hour! All I wanted was to check the status of a SIM. Now, I've been blocked and they cant help. I'm on the 3rd useless advisor now (actually the second actually helped a little!)

@bt_uk I called to check the status of a sim that I ordered. But instead, the lady blocked my sim. I would ask for help, but it looks like all you do is F things up more!!!
