@bt_uk We do not unfortunately just moving into the property, sky have taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve the issue. We are without board band still just trying get a provider that can do fibre to the cabinet

@bt_uk no internet and hybrid connect fails to do “what it says on the tin” thanks BT, oh and Sky Stream is just a paper weight without internet… absolute garbage FEA! FML!

@bt_uk How about sending someone out. I’m paying £50+ a month to have have a poor broadband connection, Down to 31/32mbps I have 3 halos it’s shocking. #BT #Sortitout

@hhysted @bt_uk The cut off has been pushed back till October for the two trial sites. But ISPs have to migrate you over by then at the latest. You will start to see degradation of your service ie slow speeds and no use of landline. Until your are migrated or you miss the date and cut off

@bt_uk Spent the morning on the phone with a helpful guy -Richard, just couldn’t get it back working. My kids think we’re in 1960. Disappointed as supposed to have a business line with same day repair and back up from the hybrid. Never trust companies with two letters in their name
