@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!

Bwahahaha, managed to get a “**** you, ************” from the guy claiming to be from @BTCare to “sort out my internet”. 10/10 would play again.

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp On 4th & 5th occasion, I went down, put plastic sack over manhole, then t'cover on top. Stopped the problem, until subsequent times they did temp repairs & again left cover off afterwards...Different engineer each time; no history of fault ever passed on 🙄 Worst firm in Europe

@bt_uk why can’t I speak to someone about getting my 94 year old nans phone line fixed today? Spent hours on the phone with no answer & Monday via the app isn’t good enough Surely you have emergency staff for the vulnerable?

@alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp First 7 were down to Openreach twice digging thru their own BT landline cable!! when laying Br'band cable a mile away. They kept omitting to put manhole cover back after temp repairs, so every time it rained ...Then also eventually found cable rubbing against trees nearer to home

@bt_uk Seriously still not one lick of contact. I have been on hold for a combined 5.5 hours. Absolute joke of a company. I'm going to cancel the whole thing been a shambles from day one!

@btsport - At the start of every month i pay my monthly bill. In the middle of the month you switch us off saying our bill hasn't been paid when my account shows it has been paid. This is happening often. What will you do about it?. Tired of paying for a service i'm not getting.

@AgiBergman @bt_uk Oh wow that's awful. I'm with them currently but swapping to Vodafone soon as they offer fibre to the premises the cheapest. No experience with Vodafone yet though.
